From the beginning with Zach who provided our initial sales consultation and estimate, we were provided all of the necessary information to move forward with West Shore and we were happy we did. They worked with us and our schedule and their customer service support has been excellent! Barry A. and Isaiah G. were our installers and were extremely professional, polite and thorough from start to finish. They were patient with our questions and showed us along the way what was being done and honest about their time frame for completion. They have great personalities too and we could tell they make a great team and make work fun! We are completely satisfied with the product, the install with creative solutions for our shower space and how they left our house clean when completed. We highly recommend using West Shore!!

I am a senior, and have live in my home for 30+ yrs and I had been scan in 2021. I was very hesitant about allowing anyone in my home. But I saw West Shore Home advertisement and gave them a call. I received an appointment with Joe R. He came to my home and went over everything. I need 2 bathrooms upstairs with hairline cracks in master bathroom shower and the hallway tub & shower. I felt comfortable with the pricing & I select my, designed for both bathrooms and my installation date was set . Christian A and Daniel G were both professional and hardworking and I had 2 new beautiful bathrooms in 2 days. Barry A was also professional he came an installed my doors and did an excellent job. I knew I was in good hands when the General Mgr Zack T reach out before the Job started because I had some questions and after the installation of my beautiful bathroom making sure I was HAPPY. Well the first day Tim and Mike came out they did the rough in work new plumbing fixtures. Checked for water flow etc. took the old shower out and disposed of all old material. The next day they put in all the new fixtures, glass doors, new shower head, safety handles.well it looks absolutely beautiful. I forgot to mention that day we had Tim, Mike, and Darius. They were very polite, courteous and did a great job. I would highly recommend West Shore Home five stars

From consultation, installation and follow up, the entire process was communicated exceedingly well. They remove the old shower down to the studs, moved the drain, installed new waterline and installed an acrylic shower. It turned out beautiful ! Jeff E., Jordan B., And Daniel G. Darrius W. and Lester B. completed the installation of our new shower. These gentleman were on time, extremely professional, and offered amazing customer service. When they arrived, I explained that our son works nights and had just gotten off work and was sleeping in the front room. Both gentleman took this into account and did everything in their power to work around our resting son. Their work was was fast and immaculate. Both Darrius and Lester were welcoming and helpful in explaining the process to my wife and I. If we have another job done, I would hope Darrius and Lester are available to do the work. Westshore has been first rate in working with the design consultants Joe and Tom, to the installation team. An amazing company we will be working with in the future! Fabian F. and Mike M. were the installers of our new shower remodeling project.
I can say with out any hesitation nor hesitation nor reservation that they did a great job!

They arrived on time and got right to work. Fabian was very thorough in going over every detail of what we ordered to our satisfaction.

What everything was signed off signed off, the project began with Mike Mike laying down drop clothes along the entire route to the bathroom location.

Both Mike and Fabian were very friendly, yet professional from beginning to end.

The project was completed well within the projected time and they cleaned up everything before leaving!
Also, in full transparency, Mike took pictures and showed me they had made a couple of small marks in the wall and that they would repair them (they were very small marks that Fabian repaired that there with spackling paste). I told them I could sand and paint it later. I just appreciated them letting me know.

My wife and I were completely satisfied with the finished product and would highly recommend West Shore Home for future remodeling projects.

Everett Gutierrez was very professional and very respectful while in our home. He kept us in the loop throughout the entire installation process from beginning to end. He was attentive to our needs. He even showed us the plumbing configuration he had to do. His assistants (Lester Butler and Darius) were also very professional and hard working. We love the new walk in shower!
If there is one knock, which is no fault of the installers, its that the cost was much more expensive than what I wanted to pay. Otherwise it wouldve been 5 stars. I probably would try to get a cheaper rate if I had to do it all over again.

We had West Shore replace the tub/shower in our guest bath with a shower only and replace the shower in our master bath. We think West Shore is a reliable company that will be around for a long time. We thought we may have had a problem and their master plumber came to check on it immediately. The problem was not with the showers. Leah & Barry were the installation team for our new shower. They were on time, introduced themselves, explained everything & started the install. Throughout the day we would check in, either Leah or Barry would update us. We could sometimes overhear them talking, it was apparent they worked well together & enjoyed the job. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. My mother-in-law was WAY over changed for a 1-day bath install. They charged her $19204 for a shower insert (nothing special at all). When asked for an itemized list of cost they stated they don't provide those. They cannot tell me how much materials and labor costs to get a total of over $19K!!! If you want to know what you are paying for DO NOT USE this company. Now if you want to be overcharged and taken advantage of this is the company for you!

This company came out to give my elderly grandmother with dementia a quote. For reference, I have worked in the one day bath remodel space for about seven years in the Midwest. I know the price points and I know the sales tactics. This specific salesman that visited my grandmother originally quoted her $22,000 for a bathtub before eventually dropping down the price $6000 to $16,000. Obviously, he was trying to price gouge her if he was able to drop the quote down to $16000. It’s really sad and disturbing that companies like this are still able to operate when they run such an unethical operation. Stay far away from this company , they will take advantage of you if they have the opportunity, regardless of your mental capacity.

Their consultant Shane Albanese coordinated the project with Tony to insure my project of complete walk-in shower replacement was finished in a timely and perfect manner! I’m a tenant but my landlord was kind enough to have a new walk-in shower, ADA compatible, installed into my patio home. We worked through Tim Miksovsky and he showed us all the options available. Due to my health problems, he pushed to have the shower installed as quickly as possible instead of having to wait the 6-8 weeks. This was greatly appreciated as showering in that current tub was becoming dangerous for me. We still had to wait on the City of Gilbert for the permit but as soon as it was obtained, the shower was installed the next week.
The install team arrived promptly on the scheduled day and went right to work. The shower was installed in one day as I had been told. Tarps were laid down over my home during the install to minimize clean- up afterwards. But the team cleaned the bathroom afterwards and the floor also. Also another team came later to clean up my garage- the walls were cut in my garage and that team cleaned the sawdust off the floor and some furniture pieces.
The shower turned out super and just as Tim had pictured for us. I have 2 grab bars just where I wanted; an overhead shower head and another shower head type wand than can be removed and has long flexible hosing. I use it and sit on the nice, wide, comfortable seat to shower my lower body. The material is acrylic so detailed instructions were left for cleaning the shower.
Besides Tim, I also met the store manager, Zach, and he made sure the clean- up was done properly and the final inspection was scheduled. Others from their office called during the process and everyone I spoke with was helpful and professional.
But most of all, I’m very pleased with the new ADA shower. It is making a big difference in my life

Had a quote for a shower remodel which would only include 2 shower walls, the bottom 42x42 pan and recover shower bench. They will not do glass door or back wall glass due to the shower being a California custom bath and shower design. The salesman quoted over $18000 initial quote and came down to over $13000 if I signed a contract at that moment. Even requested I sign a rejected offer form even though I hadn’t signed any offer as a pressure sales tactic. Buyer beware!

We had an absolutely amazing experience with West Shore. From beginning to end, the service has been top-notch and very smooth. Zach was our sales representative and did a wonderful job explaining our options and made us feel comfortable right away. Barry A. And Daniel G. did our installation and were professional and friendly. They made our entire family feel very at- ease during the process, which only took one day! We are so happy we have a beautiful, new shower that is clean, modern, and beautiful thank you West Shore home!

Had tub replaced to a shower. Did in 1 day and left everything spotless. Leah (lead), John and Darius did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

We just had a tub to shower conversion done and are very pleased. From meeting with the salesman to completion, everything went well and work done was completed in the manner we were told. Tear down to studs, inspect for moisture/ mold, put in new sheeting and complete install in 9 hours. Install crew were professional and when they finished you'd never know that they were there!!
