They came to my house. I paid for the project/product. They called and made an install date and time. They called me the next day and canceled the job. They won't answer their office phone. Still trying to get my refund.

Jeremy and the rest of the team were great to work with in remodeling our bathroom. Although small, it was a technically complex remodel with limited space. They did an excellent job from start to finish, and we were updated every step of the way.

Dreamstyle Remodeling Bathroom Remodeling
Dreamstyle Remodeling did an excellent job installing our walk-in shower including removing a bathtub, small stall shower and a short wall between them. We chose vinyl panels instead of tile to avoid cleaning grout. The finished shower is attractive and works well. The chief installer did excellent work, including coming back on a Saturday to finish the job. After we had signed the contract, Chris, a consultant, outlined the shower in painter's tape so we could better see the size. Chris suggested we make the pony wall a bit longer, plus some other ideas that improved the final product. We originally contracted to have a glass panel on top of the pony wall to be installed by a subcontractor. We discovered water does not go over the wall plus glass would require cleaning, thus we decided to delete this option. Dreamstyle refunded the cost of the glass panel.I would rate the job 4½ stars if I could because of two minor negatives: (1) The supplied shower hooks were just small knobs that would not hold a towel. We bought better hooks and towel rods at a local store that were installed for us. (2) When he patched the ceiling drywall where the old wall was, the installer did not get the texturing right to match the rest of the ceiling. (He admitted he was not good at texturing.) We had to hire a handyman to sand off the drywall mud and add the texturing. Thus we suggest other customers find someone else for this small part of the job.

This was my first time doing any remodeling job and it went GREAT. I had the kitchen totally redone all the  way to the studs. Every step was explained to me and there were many options. The PRICE DID NOT CHANGE and the service was great.

Better Bath Remodeling Bathroom Remodeling
I'm not one that generally writes a review, but this company earned it! Better Bath came to our home, viewed our needs and provided a very competitive quote for 2 bathroom remodels, involving tile work. Not only did the job start and finish on time, it was actually moved up a bit, which we were very excited about. Martin was assigned to our project and did a beautiful job! He was so informative throughout the project, ensuring we were happy all along the way. Couldn't be more happy we went with this company and would do it again. I highly recommend Better Bath Remodeling!

We are extremely pleased with the shower remodel we just completed with Rebath. From Kevin who helped design and conceptualize the project, Josh who made the concept a reality, and all their support team who kept us apprised every step of the way, the whole experience was great. Josh was fantastic- from his superb workmanship / skills, communication, and commitment to keeping job site organized and clean, we cannot be happier with how the project turned out.

Aqua Therapy Walk In Tubs & Showers Phoenix Bathroom Remodeling
Aqua Therapy was the fourth and last contractor we consulted to redo our master bathroom. During our first meeting, I got a great feel from Derek as to his sincerity and knowledge and responsibility, and sure enough, he proved all that out. Our bathroom looks beautiful, and he was very good to work with. He was patient witih our selections even if it meant less expensive options, he always let us know what/when the next step in the project would be, and he made himself available for any questions/concerns I had. He is not like many contractors who seem too busy to take/return calls once they get your business. His crew of Jacob and George were very pleasant to have in the house too, and we always felt comfortable with them there. I recommend Aqua Therapy for the whole bath and not just a walk-in tub. They did our shower, walk-in tub, flooring, vanity, lighting, and medicine chests.

AZ BathMasters Bathroom Remodeling
Had the old shower removed and replaced new shower with glass wall and door. Professional job done by both shower and glass guys. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was told a week to 10 days for glass and door for shower, took 3 weeks. But when they gave a time and date they were there and cleaned up everything when finished. I would recommend AZ bath good job guys and thanks.

Holtzman Home Improvement Bathroom Remodeling
I want to caveat this one-star review by saying I am still hoping that Holzman does the right thing and returns our full deposit. When that happens I will gladly increase this rating.

There are a lot of good things about Holtzman and my wife and my experience with them started out very well. We chose Holtzman to remodel our bathroom due to the positive reviews they received on Yelp and Google. We received excellent service from our superintendent and, after choosing a layout and materials, we submitted our deposit so that work could get started. A tentative start date was set about two months out and we were told we’d be contacted soon with more info on the timeframe. A week went by. Then two. Then three. I emailed our superintendent multiple times with no response. I finally tracked down his cell number only to learn that he had quit the company and been told not to contact any of the people he’d been working with. We were concerned about the lack of communication at this point but decided to keep going. Our old superintendent gave us the contact info for someone at Holtzman who would reschedule us and get us a new superintendent. We were rescheduled but we wanted to ask our new superintendent about some details. So we were given his information and we emailed him. No reply. So we called him. No reply. After a month we had not had any communication with this superintendent. Then Holtzman randomly had someone come over to measure for the cabinets, though this had already been done and the guy who was doing it said that “this isn’t really my job”. Finally, we had someone knock on our door at 7am unscheduled and unannounced saying he was there to do the framing. We were all very confused as we still hadn’t spoken to the superintendent and no work had been scheduled. At this point, we lost confidence in the process. We had been left in the dark after the superintendent we liked left. The new one assigned to us was completely non-communicative. And now we had random trades coming over for no reason.

I told Holtzman that we did not want to proceed with them and would like our deposit back. They responded by saying they were going to keep $2,000 of it for salaries and work that had been completed. This confused me to say the least, since all they had done since we put the deposit down was ghost us and send random people to our house. We asked for a breakout of these expenses, which they never provided.

We had every intention of proceeding with Holtzman until the process broke down. We have not received $2,000 of value. No work was done. To the contrary, it has caused considerable wasted time and worry.

I respectfully ask Holtzman to refund our whole deposit so that I can update this review to confirm that you are a fair company who cares about customer satisfaction. Thank you.

Maxum Construction Bathroom Remodeling
I am so glad I decided to go with Maxum for my kitchen remodel. The process from start to finish was obviously a messy task and interesting to get used to with your kitchen torn apart but man were they great. The communication was top notch, the workers kept the space clean as best they could and were very respectful. My questions were always answered on a timely manner and they made it seem like a breeze. I highly recommend them for any of your remodel projects. I will be using them again. Thanks guys!
