We used urban customs for tile flooring installation 4 years ago in two of our spare bedrooms and contacted them again when we had a water leak and had to get the rest of the flooring in our house replaced. Rachel was a pleasure to work with and remembered us and what our tile looked like from 2018! She also gave us some great advice regarding our kitchen remodel as well. Would highly recommend this company, our flooring looks amazing!

Ali Karsraee send a skilled team to remove all existing carpet and tile from out recently purchased house. The entire house was retiled. This was a one week long job. We had a large area of hard wood floor that was damaged by moisture and termites. Daniel came in and removed the damaged wood and reinstalled the new hardwood floor. His work is flawless!!! I was absolutely blown away by his attention to detail and his meticulous work!! The area looks perfect and even looks better than when we first installed it. Daniel is very personable and pleasant to work with, he showed up on time every day and was very responsive to texts and phone calls. I will definitely be recommending him to my friends and family. Excellent job Daniel! It was a pleasure working with you.

I had first chosen Express Floors after attending the Arizona Home and Garden Show out at Cardinal Stadium. After doing further research I had concerns with all the complaints Express Flooring had on the BBB website. I made some calls had other contractors come out and after meeting Heath and discussing what we wanted to do we decided and felt more comfortable using AAA Hardwood.
The professionalism, speed, and courteousness of the team that performed the work was impressive. I would recommend using AAA Hardwood.
