Vincent and Sabastian came out to install our cabinets and they were so polite, respectful and true perfectionists. They worked so hard and answered every question and concern. We cannot find even one small complaint with the install...it is perfect.

I purchased bathroom cabinets and a counter top from Ray Spears. The cabinets are beautiful! The counter top was 10 feet long and needed to be brought into a small space with lots of corners. The install team was superior and managed to get this beautiful counter top into a seemingly impossible area. They never gave up and got it in and installed perfectly! Kudos to the team!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I WENT INTO CONTRACT STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER ITS GOING ON ALMOST A YEAR NOW. SO MANY EXCUSES FROM OWNER WILL O'FALLEN TRACI PROJECT MANAGER. WHEN I WENT TO OFFICE TO ASK FOR REFUND JEFF WAS SUCH A JERK REFUSED ANY CONVERSATION AND TOLD ME TO GO THROUGH ROC. NOW I HAVE YO SUE THEM GO THROUGH ROC AND CURRENTLY HAVE A LAUNDRY ROOM HALF MESSED UP BECAUSE THEY FAILED TO TAKE PROPER MEASUREMENTS. IN ADDITION A DAMAGED DRYER THAT WAS BRAND NEW. SEVERAL EMAILS GOING BACK AND FOURTH PROMISING THEY WILL COMPLETE PROJECT. JEFF HAD THE NREVE TO TELL ME THAT HE HAS EVERY RIGHT BY THE ROC TO FINISH JOB AS IF ALMOST A YEAR INTO THIS ISNT ENOUGH. THEY HAVE BEEN ALMOST COMPLETED PAID OFF BUT 800$ THOUSANDS RECEIVED. SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME AND ENERGY USE ANOTHER COMPANY

We got rushed through trying to figure out a cabinets and what it would cost. A few days after that we got our quote it was a little more than I thought.

I was relieved to see that I wasn't the only one being humiliated.

Was working with her product on a job where the contractor purchased flat pack boxes from them, we ran out of Staples on site was trying to call them to find out what staples sizes They use. After being hung up twice a and then finally a third time I called back asking to just please give me the size of the staple cause I needed more to be able to complete this installation.

They kept me on hold for 45 minutes didn’t answer. My question hung up on me three times and finally told me to have the main contractor called him back because they did not want to give me the standard size installation, staple that they use. Terribly unprofessional company will never recommend them cannot recommend them.

I would use CFA or HCI for your cabinet needs. Far more professional, and less troublesome installation as well as customer service.

The bottom line - Valleywise is the company for your kitchen cabinets and counter tops. We are elated with the results of our kitchen remodel!

We purchased and moved into our home in early 2022 and knew at some point we would remodel the kitchen. The project surfaced to the top of our to do list early in December 2022. We made a list of 3 contractors we would seek estimates from; first up was Valleywise Cabinets & Countertops.
One of the owners, Lucas, personally came to meet with us and discuss our vision for the new kitchen. Lucas quickly understood and offered suggestions which greatly improved the layout and functionality of our kitchen. When we received the estimate for the project we made the decision to move forward with Valleywise and not get additional bids.
Our gut feeling about the company and foregoing additional bids was the correct decision. We then decided to expand the project and replace the vanities and cabinets in both guest bath and master bath. We then met the other owner, Daniel, at the company’s manufacturing location and he walked us through the process. We were able to observe counter tops for another job in the in the process of completion.

1) Design - Prior to finalizing the layout, including the number of cabinets and drawers, the company’s designer came to our home and in a few days we were able to access the computer generated design showing the design for our new kitchen.
2) Quality - all cabinets and drawers are “soft close” and very sturdy. The counter tops are amazing and the lines are “clean
Workmanship - the demolition and installation was almost seamless and everything went according to plan. The only “hiccup” in the process was the design for the new coffee bar had to be changed as the original size of the bottom drawers was not available. As it turned out it was for the better as the drawers are wider and a 3 tier spice rack was added at no additional cost.
3) Price - very fair.
4) Crew - one cannot say enough good things about the company’s employees. They are friendly, possess a true desire to please the customer and their work is meticulous.

Eric is top notch! He knows his stuff, has great quality, very big selection and was significantly cheaper than other while still offering the same quality or even better!

From the start of the process to the end, we had professional, friendly, knowledgeable staff working on our project. The installation process was seamless in our office. The install crew even came in on a Saturday when we're closed so we didn't lose any downtime! We're constantly getting compliments from our clients on how good our new counters and work stations look.

Always a pleasure when design and work are done on time, at the price agreed to and with quality workmanship. That is what is known as a Trifecta! Doesn't get any better than that.

Cabinets were a good quality and price, order was missing the refrigerator panel, scribe molding and crown molding, I contacted Abigail the same day of the delivery she said no problem she would contact the distributor and let them know. Two days later she said it shipped and the shipping company will let me know when they are coming, then nothing. That was August 12th, I have sent 4 email's and numerous voicemails with no response and as of writing this I still have not received the missing parts. I have requested a refund for the missing parts, I would not use this company again.

We were selling our house and decided to do some improvements to try and get top dollar on our sale. Knowing that updated kitchens go a long way with potential buyers, we got a few bids to renovate our kitchen. My goodness I wasn’t expecting how expensive it would be. So, we decided to look into some more cost-effective options, and we called New Generation Custom Finishes. Anthoni came and met with us and helped us create a plan to give the cabinets a much-needed facelift. He even recommended a different company to help us update the back splash. I was blown away at the final product. We were fortunate enough to have neutral color granite counter tops. We worked with Anthoni and his team to refinish the outdated light oak cabinets with a crisp clean shade of white and a darker color for the island. Just updating our back splash and refinishing the cabinets with new modern handles made the kitchen look completely modern and updated and was a fraction of the cost of what we were looking at to have a full kitchen renovation. They were complete pros and communicated everything very clearly. Their professionalism and quality of workmanship were outstanding. Definitely recommend giving these guys a call!
