We recently had a sliding door installed with a low threshold for wheelchair use, and we were pleased with every detail of the installation. Brent and Jeff, who installed the door, ensured the door was installed with wheelchair accessibility as a top priority. Many thanks - we love it!

Analin, the windows they sale, is a excellent product and Craig was a no high pressure salesman, very nice experience. House is much quieter, windows keep out outside noise and air conditioning doesn’t seem to run as much. Installation was good but they had one very good installer and one inexperienced that did some below par work and had to be corrected, but they did make it right, so overall Very good experience.

We had a custom wood door made and installed and have had problems with it since the beginning. I recently called to get a tech to come out and fix it, and they promised they would call me back to schedule and never did. I waited a week and called back again, and once again was promised that someone would call me back to schedule. Once again, no one called. Called back a third time, and they scheduled me right away, but no apology or even an acknowledgment of the missed commitments. I arranged to go in late to work to make sure I was here for the 7a appointment. At 710a, I get a text letting me know the tech is not coming because they’re sick. The same thing happened a previous time when they came to fix the door. To say it’s been a terrible experience is an understatement. I purchased an expensive custom door so I wouldn’t have to deal with second hand service but unfortunately that’s all we’ve received. It’s a beautiful door and I understand problems can happen, what I don’t understand is the poor service. Don’t recommend this place at all.

We’ve had our windows for a couple of weeks now and immediately noticed the difference in the house after the installation was complete. Our gas bill dropped about 50-60% since the installation! The salesman was awesome, the installer did great work, and the exterior of our home looks so much better! We will be using LEI again for some additional windows and doors and we will recommend them to my friends and neighbors!

Joseph T and Blake K did a great job on my bathtub install. They walked into a mess left by a bad installer and left me with a beautiful tub. I am thrilled with the work they did. I will use them again when needed.

Jim D, was very helpful and honest on the extent of repair that my roof needed. Did some minor patching and provided a rough estimate for total roof replacement.

I locked myself out of my workshop outback, before I gave it too much thought I tried to pick the lock myself using YouTube tutorials, and ended up breaking the window to get in. Then I realized just how extensively I had damaged the lock and window by breaking in. I was so sure I'd be paying a bunch of money to a locksmith and glass repair company to get them fixed, that when my brother told me about a shop that did both I was so relieved. I thought it'd cost an arm and a leg to get them done separately so I figured if I could save one or the other by using a2z service pros, I then it'd worth it.

Let me just say that the technician was very kind and didn't even laugh, (despite a hilarious situation) and got the window fixed and the lock replaced in no time. I barely felt a dent in my wallet and I will be contacting them anytime I need handyman! They really do provide services from A to Z!

Preferred Home did an excellant install on 7 windows at my home. They masked inside the home to prevent dust from coming inside . The work was professional with attention to detail and pride in workmanship. I would highly recommend them.

I found the salesman to be straight forward, knowledgeable, and honest. The install technicians were polite, professional, punctual, and performed quality work. In my opinion, the price was high, but you get what you pay for. I was pleased with the end product and service they provided me with.

If you want to use a company that is well
priced against the competition, Optum is for you. Not only are they very well priced but the salesman are very knowledgeable and friendly. They will educate you and help you design a beautiful shower or tub. I would recommend Optum to anyone.

Sean and Brian did a great job on my roof. Perhaps just as importantly Sean spent lots of time with me beforehand making sure we got the job right and helping me with some other paperwork I needed to complete. There were some extra things I wanted doing on the roof and the team went out of their way to do these to make the job perfect. Altogether a great experience.

Baseboards and more is the ONLY place to get your baseboards, door and window frames molding and crown molding. Their prices are much lower then Home Depot or Lowes their selection is bar non the best selection in the state. I've recommended them to my customers and have purchased for my clients for years and will continue. Thank you guys

Sears Home Improvement Windows & Doors first major installment was a disaster from day one... and continued to be that way months later! There were many things not done correctly including damage to my wall and floors, and a door lock that didn't work because it wasn't installed properly. Sears was horrible about fixing these numerous problems. When I requested another installer to inspect the job they sent me someone that had no experience at installing so errors in workmanship were not caught or corrected. When I had my 2nd/last installation the new company found another problem that I didn't know about (the patio doors weren't properly sealed) and after my repoting it... they corrected this other installation company's mistake. I still have no idea if there are other installation problems because no one has inspected the first installation. (NOTE : The second installation company Sears hired for my last patio door was excellent.)

DO NOT use this company defrauding consumers out of their money, and either not starting or completing work. Featured in local AZ news for these reasons, Google/YouTube them!!
