Best tile work I have ever seen. Ran my hand down the wall and never caught it on the grout joints. Perfectly even. John and his team were excellent to work with every step of the process. His pricing is very fair and honest. They were very flexible and even made suggestions for the design changes. I am recommending him to our close friend for some work. Definitely will use their service again.

We hired Phoenix Home Remodeling, after meeting with and receiving quotes from several other companies, to remodel our master bathroom. We were so very impressed with the communication, support, and reliability we experienced, from our initial appointment through our entire remodel. Every trade that came to our home to complete the project was equally professional. We are so pleased with our new bathroom and appreciate that Ben, Mark, and Jeremy were always available to answer questions, respond to requests, and help us create our new space.

Our installers were Corey and Casey. The arrived on time, were very professional and very knowledgeable, they kept their work area clean and informed us all the way through the job about what they were doing. They did an excellent job and completed the project in one day. They were very polite, hard workers. I would recommend this company and give them a five star rating.

Russ & John came in and took ownership of the Masterbathroom. remodeling. Very friendly, outgoing and very clean and respectful. Russ called and wanted to move this two day job up a day. I said sure. Great Job to both RUSS & JOHN!!!!

I had Homework Remodels update the kitchen and laundry in my Haver home and I couldn't be happier with how things turned out. It is really a stressful time to have your kitchen torn up for weeks but all the people I interacted with during the remodel were great and provided excellent quality work. We recently had our entire home remodeled by Crafted, and we are glad to have chosen Mike and his team to do the job.

From the get-go, Mike was a pleasure to deal with. He was super responsive to inquires, met on time, and produced detailed quotes promptly. That excellent communication was consistent throughout the entire work.

What I appreciate the most is how patient Mike was when it came to change orders and questions. I probably asked more than average amount of questions and quotes that a contractor would get in a job...but Mike answered them all professionally and promptly. Not to mention Mike also gave out lots of good suggestions to our remodeling.

In the end, Mike finished the job on time, earlier than estimated, and we are happy to see how much has the house gotten better now.

We got six quotes and hired Better Bath Remodeling because they were flexible with our needs and were way better priced than the others. They arrived when scheduled and worked on both of our bathrooms simultaneously. Martine was there everyday and did an amazing job. He always cleaned up after himself and was someone we knew we could trust. When we asked to change the shower doors he was very accommodating and the owner Mike was always calling us to keep us in the loop of the timeframes for completion. We could not be happier with the way they turned out, would hire them again, and also recommend them to others.

Expensive but really nice and completed quickly

Exceptional experience. We had an old bathtub removed and a new shower installed. Jeff was very professional, kept us informed throughout the whole process, made sure we were happy with everything and when the job was done made sure everything was clean. Wouldn’t go with anyone else and would request Jeff.

Stopped in to see about a bathroom remodel. First off the photos here on Google are very misleading this place is tiny with a small selection of tile and cabinets, no tubs or shower to look at. When we walked in the gentleman working was with some customers and came up to us and with not even a greeting I'm with customers zero customer service skills.

From the initial meeting to project completion it was a good experience. Derek answered all our questions and even helped us obtain a Veterans benefit that we were not aware of. They are thorough, responsive, and all members of the team are friendly and professional. They have insightful advice and they did a great job of listening to what we wanted. They guide you through every step and make an overwhelming process stress free. We love our new bathroom and highly recommend!

Had the old shower removed and replaced new shower with glass wall and door. Professional job done by both shower and glass guys. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was told a week to 10 days for glass and door for shower, took 3 weeks. But when they gave a time and date they were there and cleaned up everything when finished. I would recommend AZ bath good job guys and thanks.

I worked with Holtzman Home Improvement on a full remodel. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They are a true on stop shop . Daniel the sale person was detail during the whole sales process. Carline the designer was excellent she bailed every detail . There design renderings match every detail. There trades were exceptional and detailed. We couldn’t have ask for better experience. Every worker was not only on time, but they all asked for my input into their tasks. Austin, my project manager, was very professional and communicative and made what could have been a stressful time, an enjoyable one. I would use TWD again ina heartbeat.

Ross recently remodeled our shower. They did an excellent job. Project was done quickly and right on schedule. Ross was also very easy to communicate with before/during the remodel. Happy with the end project! Would highly recommend!

I contracted with Maxum to be the General Contractor for a total remodel of our recently purchased 2,750 sq. ft. home. A 75 day project is currently at 112 days. The end date is at least another 20 days away.
Every week there is a change in supervisors, laborers and sub-contractors. There is absolutely zero consistency in project progress. My wife and I have often acted as GC with workers looking towards us to provide direction.
As cheap as possible seems to be Maxum's mission statement. This has resulted in delays, redos and very intense disagreements as to how to move forward. Maxum has caused extreme anxiety for my wife and I along with unexpected costs for temporary relocation and for day to day living expenses.
The remodel results so far look very nice but only because of our very active role as designers and quality control managers.
This job did not need to be this painful. Maxum provided no concern for our input, promises made or common sense direction. We believe that our job was Maxum's first project based upon their total mismanagement of planning, product procurement, customer relations and day to day supervision and direction of employees and subcontractors.
If I were to start fresh, the contract would be much more specific related to project details and materials. I would also have included penalties for missed progress dates.
