They were very nice in getting a broken window repaired. Because of delays in the delivery chain due to no fault on their part, they finally were able to replace the broken window with a new one at no charge. The repairmen were also courteous. Professional and decent business.

This company is one of the few out there that has the staff and expertise to perform new construction for windows and doors. We took out a wall in our kitchen that went out to our patio and replaced it with a 3 panel sliding door. We also took out an arcadia door and replaced it with a window. Did we run into hiccups? You bet we did, especially with the supply chain issues going on the last several years. This company worked to communicate every step of the way. From Robert the initial sales person, to the owner, the officer manager, the finance gal, the installation crew, the finishing crew, all were easy to work with and committed to resolving every blip that occurred. No complicated job is problem free, and the folks with this company stand head and shoulders above all others. We highly recommend them for your next project!

Wow, wow, wow!!! What an incredible team at AZ Valley Windows! The office ladies are so friendly and made it easy to schedule. Salesman gave plenty of options to fit my needs. The installers are friendly as well and their work is impeccable! Will be using them again in the future for my doors.

This review is overdue. Early one Saturday morning I received a text that a glass door in a building I manage had been smashed overnight. The company I normally work with(no longer!) was not answering their 24 hr emergency number so I started looking for nearby options. Sunny State came up in Google maps with lots of good reviews. I reached Dwayne and he apologized that he had family plans and wouldn't be able to make it till about 3pm. Considering it was about 10 am at this time I thought that was very reasonable. He called when he was on the way, got the place boarded up quickly and gave me a quote for glass replacement once it could be ordered. The price was very reasonable for the board up and the replacement. A very nice woman in the office contacted me Monday morning with a written proposal and a schedule. They followed through on everything they said they would do and stuck to the schedule communicating along the way with more specifics about time once the ordered glass had arrived. All in all, excellent service and, really nice people, good price, communicative and on time. What else can you ask for?

I called K&J window because of all the wonderful reviews on Google. They scheduled Tony to come out to my residence to show me the available products they offer. Tony was nice and courteous, and had told me that he would email an estimate in one or two days. On the third day I called K&J windows to see if my estimate was ready, and Tony let me know that he would send the estimate that night via email. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the estimate as promised. I’ve received a couple of quotes for other window companies on the same day or next. My question to the owners of K&J windows is If i can’t get an estime after you come to my house, how can I choose your company to replace my windows?

From the start of the process, these folks are awesome.
The consultation was clear and all questions were answered clearly.
The wait time for the windows was perfect and not excessive at all.
Installation was great. The crew kept the work area clean and kept our home in mind when doing their work. protecting the inside and the flooring. The entire install crew was professional and personable.
All refuse and debris was removed as they worked AND when done with the install. Management was very easy to work with and responsive to any and all communications.
I recommend the product, the company and the people that work there very highly.
I believe we made the right choice to go with this company, SI Windows - Phoenix. We will use them again if the need arises.

I am very happy with my purchase and the installation of new windows from Krasiva. The salesman was very knowledgeable and made the decision to buy new windows an overall exciting experience. It truly is unbelievable the improvement I immediately noticed with new windows with professional installation. The installers were friendly, showed up on time, finished the job in two days, and made sure any issues were brought to my attention before leaving my home. Krasiva also installed a new sliding glass door with a built-in doggy door for my pooch. Thank you Krasiva for helping make my house feel even more like a home!

Outstanding experience with Window World! They came out to present their windows. They came again to measure and I signed on the dotted line. Two months later all windows were installed by a team of professionals who were outstanding. They cleaned up after their work in each room and left behind sparkling new windows and a clean home.

I was impressed with their level of professionalism as I had three other quotes for windows [two from large stores and one from a small Phoenix based company ] and the products were not made in America. Also, the large stores hire out for installation --not what I wanted.

With Window World, the difference in price and quality were incredible. The fact that these windows are made in the USA, in Arizona for our Arizona climate was the most impressive factor... They are backed by Good Housekeeping and Angie's List so the reviews and recommendations spoke for the company and the quality of the windows. I am duly grateful to the team from Window World who made this year's summer a much more pleasant one given our heat humidity. My energy bill was significantly less this year as a result of the windows.

Dustin from the Phoenix office came to our house which is a bit more then an hours drive to show and explain the windows and all the features also aided my wife and I as to which window would work best from our home. We live in an area that is always cooler the Phoenix which we get snow during the winter months. Installation was quick and the crew was very professional while doing their job. We had 8 windows replaced of various sizes and all look great. My wife is particularly happy as she won’t have clean the windows for a bit since the crew did that job before they left. The crew also left the house as clean if not cleaner then it was when they arrived. Should you need windows or doors replaced I’d suggest to look no farther. We did that shopping and Lei charged less then the “other” company was quoting us.

Renewal by Andersen replaced all of the windows in my home in two stages; one in December, 2021 and the second stage on April 21, 2022. Two separate crews performed the installation and both were excellent. Bruce and his crew were here on the second installation and were extremely professional and I must say very respectful of my home. Everything in the home was covered before the work was begun and when they finished, my home and patio were cleaner than when they began. Renewal by Andersen has a wonderful product, sales and installation staff, and is a company that is a pleasure to do business with. I could not have been happier working with them. It is not always a good experience having strangers in one's home, but Bruce and his crew were just great. Would welcome the back anytime.

Despite the delay in the arrival of my glass doors, and the fact that I had to look at my walk-in shower for 3 weeks before I could use it, I couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome in both of my bathrooms.I started out with two, yellowed marble surrounds, and two, 12-inch mini tubs that didn’t hold enough water to cover my body.I have ended with a beautifully pristine white walk-in shower and a soaker tub to beat all tubs!(I regret the lighting in the bathrooms didn’t allow you to see how WHITE they really are)We began with the master. Nathan and Dylan V. did an incredible job! They worked quickly and efficiently. Nathan ran to Home Depot twice to get some items that would improve the quality of construction, as well as provide the finishing touch on the project; very detail-cognizant.Both Nathan and Dylan respected my home and my time. Nathan was thorough in giving me the maintenance and care instructions, and when the guys finished with the work, they cleaned up the bathroom as well as the garage!Next, Robert and Jonathon worked with me on the guest bathroom. Moving from a 12-inch mini tub and told I only had one choice for a 17-inch tub, all I was expecting was a larger version of what I had. But when I saw Robert and Jonathon lifting off one of the prettiest tubs I’ve ever seen from their truck, I began jumping up and down with excitement and asked if I could sit in it. (silly me). This beauty even has arm rests! GEEZ!NOTE: I hadn’t asked for a soaker tub specifically, but Aaron really listened to me at the sale meeting time, when I said I loved bubble baths. He also showed me bubble glass for the first time, and I am happy every time I look at the glass shower doors…no one else I talked to had this glass.Robert and Jonathon had the demo done in no time, skipped my offer for lunch, and finished in 7 hours! I was again given cleaning instructions for care and maintenance. They were detail-oriented, did very quality work, and cleaned up like a dream!After a snafu with scheduling, Nick came a few days later. He installed some rubber stripping in the master shower that was missed when the glass doors were installed. He hung the grab bar and switched out the waste and overflow cap in the guest bath. He also measured, cut, and installed PVC quarter round at the base of the tub. He called me upstairs and shared his expertise, in that he felt clear caulk at the tub/floor seam would look nicer than the white. I agreed, and I couldn’t be happier with the result…it looks incredible! He also cleaned up very nicely.My only regret is that I didn’t ask him to hang the shower curtain; it makes me nervous that I won’t hang it at the right tension so as not to bow the acrylic, if that’s even a thing. I will call.I am so very pleased with the work that Dreamstyle did for me. I find myself going upstairs all the time, just to look at the bathrooms.Dreamstyle: Treat these guys right; you don’t want to lose them!UPDATEFOLLOW-UP REVIEW Sept 8, 2021After seeing and appreciating the expert job Nick did with the clear caulk he used on my guest bathroom quarter-round, I requested that he return and redo the quarter-round caulking in my master bathroom; I really wanted it to look as great as the other. Nick came back, carefully removed the white caulking, cleaned the tile and grout, then redid it using the clear caulk. The white caulk looked OK; it was something I could have lived with, but I couldn’t be more pleased. I am so much happier with the clear caulk against my dark, wood-look tile.Once again, Dreamstyle, take care of Nick; he is an intuitive thinker, and with his attention to detail, you need him around. My bathrooms are now finished, and once again, I will say that I am extremely happy with Dreamstyle Remodeling.

My order was not what I expected. The two larger windows were not openable. The locksets were passage handles only. No locks. Doors were excellent but when all was delivered I was shocked that there was no installation. Had to get an independent contractor in to do that. Also got proper locks from Home Depot and we installed those ourselves. I prefer to work with local small businesses but things like this are making it difficult.

Super friendly service! They came to my house and replace my Tesla windshield then I had a chip 2 days afterwards. I called in to get a quote then Sarah told me to bring it in because they offer 1 year chip repair for free! The staff at the shop repaired it for me as soon as I arrive. Highly recommended!
