Friendly is the only thing I can say about this company. The man came and sold us a tree trimming service and fertilizer service for $900. They send a small crew of men to do the trimming and have not made good on the fertilizer. I have made numerous phone calls and have received nothing but the run around.

Had a 100 year old pine tree that unfortunately had to go, Design true maintenance was prompt and courteous And did a great job not disturbing my neighbors! Would absolutely use them in the future, and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone for all Tree maintenance and landscaping needs

I have been using BJ's services for about 3 years now. They do a good job of maintaining the yard. They let you know when they will be coming and they are always on time. They are very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend them.

They are very reasonably priced, very responsive, did an awesome job trimming/pruning our trees/shrubs, were on time, and extremely efficient! Everything looks spectacular!! Tom and his crew have performed exceptional work for us for over 10 years. We have an 80' Eucalyptus tree and very large Arizona Mesquite. Below both trees we have a great number of specimen cacti and succulents. Their team of professionals cut and trim our trees beautifully and have never harmed any of the specimen plants. Each team member is courteous and professional. I highly recommend them!

They destroy the trees and plants in our gated community. We've actually watched plants die because they cut them until there is nothing left. They need to properly train their workers on how to TRIM trees and plants. The workers cut away until there is nothing left. They're doing more damage than anything.

I hired Hummingbird Tree Care last year and they did a fantastic job. However, I’ve attempted to hire them twice and twice they were a no show.

Our first no show was November 3rd 2022. Johnny confirmed our appointment about a two weeks prior. However, was then completely non responsive when we texted or called to verify we were still on for our appointment 24 hours before. Of course day of he never showed. We even called and texted to make sure he was ok? Again no explanation or return call.

After months of not hearing from him I called and spoke to him (this time he answered) I explained he had done work for us in the past and we would like to have him out to crown our tree. He asked if I could send him photos. I was driving at the time and forgot to send them. So the next day he texted me a reminder. I immediately sent photos. We exchanged texts and I was given a price of 1200.00. I agreed to the fee and he confirmed he would arrive on February 16th between 7-8am. I texted him on Monday the 13th to verify we’re still set (given our past experience). Again no response and again a no show on the 16th. I called both numbers he has on the internet with no option to leave a message with either. Therefore, I texted him and emailed him asking for an explanation? Again non responsive.

I am disgruntled because I took off work, boarded my dog, and picked up the yard/took down stringed light—all in anticipation of our trees being serviced. Not once but twice for him to no show. I find this disrespectful and completely unprofessional.

I guess he doesn’t value 1200.00 and lacks human decency to notify people of rescheduling or postponing a job if they’re setback due to inclement weather or employee shortages etc.

We are completely understanding people. Heck we offered him a second chance and didn’t hold the first no show against his company. However, two no shows is where I draw the line and write an honest review. Hopefully, others do not experience the unprofessionalism of hummingbird tree care.

Don’t waste your time with this company.

Worst wood purchase I've ever made. Over priced for mixed wood, $80 delivery charge for delivery less than 5 miles (the price doesn't include stacking), and to top it off, the drivers were nearly an hour late. I've had better furniture delivery service for that price.
