We have been a Hobaica Gold Plan member for some time now and are thankful for the HVAC maintenance reminders. Scott Koches was our technician and not only was he on time but he was very thorough in explaining what our unit needed. He was very courteous and polite and with service like that, why go anywhere else.

I have used Sun Devil Heating and Cooling for several years since they replaced the system on my roof to a much more efficient unit. I have always been happy with their service and Michael was just here for our biannual service. Michael is very professional and knowledgeable. I recommend him very highly.

I have used Four Seasons for the past 3 years. They are truly the best AC company out there. The communication is exceptional from there dispatch. Tech was very professional and knowledgeable, takes time to explain findings and how they are going to proceed.

Of course my AC broke in Phoenix in July, no one is surprised. I was surprised how fast Alien AC could install a new unit! Everyone else was booking 10ish days out, Alien helped me in 4 and did a great job installing my new Trane unit. Thanks!

My central unit gave up so called Air Handler Unit HVAC manufacturing and installation company they replaced the unit and also the furnace.

We called and they came right out. A/C was completely shot so Daniel brought us a couple of portable A/C units to use until we could get the new system installed. Daniel and his team showed up right on time and you could not even tell they were there. Very polite and professional. Great company to work with.

Took their time to make sure things were done correctly. Did not rush and resolved a vent issue that needed to be fixed that had nothing to do with the pm. Very pleased with service.

B3 replaced one of our very old heat pumps last year quickly and professionally. This year, when our other old unit started to die, we called them and they once again did a fabulous job. On top of the great service, their prices can't be beat! They saved us $$$!

This provider was very professional and service was exceptional. Carlos, Demetrius, and Jacob did an awesome job with the installation. I don't remember if there was a fourth technician, if there was I apologize for forgetting your name. Anyway, the entire crew was very good, the guys took time to explain what was going to be done and took time to explain the finished product. Would I use them again or recommend? I used Arizona Pro Service air conditioner expertise services about a month ago. I didn’t want to review them immediately because I wanted a good month of normal operating to see how the installation had gone. Let me tell you. Everything works exceptionally well. Nick and his team not only changed my entire AC system. They moved it to another location freeing up room in my backyard and making it quieter and more enjoyable for me. The AC compressor was moved from the north side of the house to the east side. New lines, including electricity supplied to the new unit, was professionally installed and hidden as not to create eye soars. The installation was 110% perfect. They added a new return to the air handler unit. Cutting a hole in my wall and installing a return vent. You would never have guessed that it was added. It looks as if the house was already built with an extra return line. I cannot say enough to recommend this company and their exceptional professionalism. They also went through all my AC ducting in the attic, ensuring everything was operating to maximum efficiency. Nick was honest from the very beginning with time frames pricing and realistic expectations on choosing a new unit. Thank you for making my home comfortable again Nick!

You'd be well served in hiring this firm to handle your hvac needs! Ulisses is very thorough, competent, patient, and above all honest. I found this firm via Facebook, and am in the process of collecting bids to changeout a 4 ton split heatpump. My installation presents couple of unique challenges, and Ulisses has been very wise in layout and addressing options. I've seen his work and it is excellent! Very refreshing to see in a world served by mostly corner cutting, overpriced hacks. His changeouts re-use what's practical, but replace everthing that is otherwise tired. His pricing is among the best you'll find too! Also look at his bid sheet! He delivers much more for your $ in his changeouts than most. You'd pay well over double for comparable services performed by the big bow tie corporate van guys!

Work was done to add insulation to attic, with concentration on void spots causing heating/cooling leakage, including a skylight which was not insulated in the attic. Also a heating duct was added to the laundry/extra bedroom to replace poorly performing heating/cooling to that room. Attic ducts and inside vents were also resealed. Installation was done in one day as scheduled. The cost was reasonable with an estimated less than 10 year payback.
The estimator and job manager were very friendly and personable and explained in detail the problems we had and the work to be done. Overall, we are very satisfied with the work and the results to date.
