Best Window Installation in Phoenix AZ

After interviewing 4 other window sales companies, some of whom were less that forthcoming about the actual language in their warranties, and one of whom was pretty much outright deceitful, it was a relief to meet Daniel, the Desert King sales rep. Daniel has been in the windows business for quite a while and he could show me, the warranties of not only Desert King Windows, but of all the other companies that I had already interviewed. It was a totally straightforward process and I was relieved that I'd finally found a company that I could put my faith in.

We had 26 windows installed last week. The installers were working here for 3 1/2 days and they did a great job. They tarped every room they worked in and vacuumed after they were through, but dust from cutting through stucco is every bit as bad as dust from cutting drywall, so expect to have dust after the job is finished, it's really impossible to control 100%.

The windows were the Amerimax Craftsman Series and they are beautiful. Insulation from exterior noise and the ever present Arizona dust is top notch plus there's a big increase in privacy because, at least in the daytime, it's very hard to see through the double-pane glass into the interior of the house. If you Google Amerimax windows, you will pretty much see nothing but praise for them.

As you can probably tell, we are very happy with our experience with Desert King Windows and we can highly recommend them.

Overall very happy with my new security door. They even filled in the gap at the bottom of the door with concrete to give it a finished look. All looks seemless, functions great and aesthetically beautiful! Thank you Energy Shield!

I got same day glass repair for a shattered sliding door when other glass repair companies were telling me it was going to take 7-12 days for product. Duane was professional, friendly and reasonably priced. When I need more glass repair this is my go to company.

Had our window that had to be custom ordered within a week when other places told us 2-4 weeks! They came ASAP and switched the window within 20 minutes! Amazing service

I can’t say enough good things about this company. They were the 6th company I called (I never get that many quotes for a job) because I just couldn’t get on board with the other companies. Thank goodness I didn’t give up and tried one last company. They’re extremely responsive, kind, patient, and knowledgeable and offer great prices for their products, definitely not inflated like several of the other companies I talked to and the doors were ready to install in less than 4 weeks after ordering. They are not hard sellers but will any questions you have and offer advice if needed. They replaced 2 sets of very old French doors (one set included a sidelight) in my condo with new fiberglass ones and I could not be happier. They also replaced door sweeps and weatherstripping on two other doors as well as fixed a sticky patio door just because Craig noticed it sticking as he opened it. Kris also left the place as clean as when he came. Craig and Kris are just genuinely nice people with fair prices, incredibly hard workers, and are very meticulous in what they do. I will go to them for all of my future door and window needs as well as recommend them to anyone who needs windows and doors. You will not regret it!

Repaired rear window regulator on my 2001 Cadillac Catera. They used their own metal parts, not plastic, with a lifetime warranty . Fast and friendly service at a very affordable price. Every body else that I contacted for a quote could not find parts or were very expensive. I highly recommend this local business.

Chip Marvin and his crew at Freelite were a pleasure to work with. Dealing with Angel, Tiffany and Lori was very enjoyable and they never allowed the light atmosphere they created to overshadow their professionalism.

Our new front door and security screen door were beautifully manufactured. Though we had a few bumps during the process (scratched surfaces, ill fitting jam, an unavoidable delay of installation), in the end, every situation was handled responsibly, in a timely manner, and to our satisfaction.

I knew nothing about windows so I called eight different companies and had them come to my house to show me their product. I learned very quickly that almost all of the windows are the same more or less. Window world beat everybody's price by about $3,000 up front no BS. When my dog ate my screens I had no problem dropping off the frames and the company replaced them at no cost. Exceptional customer service through and through I highly recommend this company.

So far so good. They haven't finished but they were much less expensive than the other two glass companies we checked. Once we get our glass I will update this review. They will either get a star or I will remove a star depending on the quality of the workmanship. The people behind the desk were very nice
