our installation was very difficult as we had two upstairs picture windows and had to work around a saguaro ! Rodney was our installer he did a wonderful job and pleasant to work with !

I acquired many quotes for replacing my windows and Energy Shield was extremely competitive not just in price but the service received just in first meeting for quote process. Window replacement was scheduled with parts and workers being on time with a notification letting me know when they'd arrive. With my job I wasn't able to be there but my girlfriend complimented their cleanliness and how corgual they were. The windows look great and operate as promised!

We had Dwayne replace all the windows and doors in the back of our house (three large windows and two sliding doors), as our old windows let in tons of heat, especially in the summer. Dwayne came in, explained all of our options in a clear way, and quoted a price way lower than we expected for such a large job! He was professional, informative, and helpful throughout the process, and the windows look amazing! Best of all, our house is cooler than it's ever been! My wife and I have worked with the guys over at Discount Window and Door for several projects. They are FANTASTIC!
Craig is as honest as they come and his attention to detail and care in making sure the job is perfect is something you just don't find very often. Kris and his installers are very experienced and hardworking. We had French doors put in to turn a bedroom into an office. Craig handled everything -- from ordering the doors and materials to scheduling the installer and then following up to make sure everything was perfect (it was!)

Kris worked on another project with me -- a total home remodel. He installed, hung, adjusted, and fine tuned door after door, making sure they opened and closed perfectly. He is really generous with his time!

We've had work done by other contractors before and you just never know what you're going to get. Even when the job gets done, you usually have to put up with some things that aren't quite right. That's not the case with Craig and Kris! Craig treats your house like it's his own home and won't be happy until it's JUST RIGHT!

Fantastic from start to finish! Tony came and brought samples with him and went over the different price levels and there was no hard sell. We chose what we were interested in and he gave us a bid based on that and the prices were much lower than we expected. There was no trying to talk us up to the next price level. The installers Solo, Carlos and Larry, led by Nick were great, they covered everything and cleaned up after they were done and left the house looking better than when they came. Nick thoroughly showed and explained all the features of the windows and made sure we understood everything before he left. They definitely deserve the great reviews they have, we highly recommend them.

When I first met Greg I jokingly asked him if he wrote his own reviews because they were so good. I will happily add an additional excellent review. Greg and his team do exceptional work. The Infinity by Marvin windows are top notch windows. The Capstone Windows team are even more top notch. I’m not a fan of letting a group strangers into my house, but the Capstone team would be invited to a barbecue! Real professional, punctual, polite, smart…all around really great team. I’d highly recommend Capstone, but I’d also highly recommend the fiber glass framed Infinity by Marvin windows.

Fast and good communication throughout the process. I had a broken windshield and a window at my house that needed replacement. They had to schedule two different technicians because their auto glass is separate from their residential glass department. The auto glass was available within 24 hours but I had to wait a couple weeks for the dual pane glass to be ordered. I guess the residential windows are custom made here in Phoenix. The windshield was replaced at my home in the driveway and the technician did a great job. A week or so later my home window glass was replaced and I'm very happy with the way it looks. Great job!

On Dec 2020, Krasiva replaced three windows of our house, since then i had experienced in first hand all the benefits they went throught in deep and show us on their first visit . After we convinced ourselves tbat we deserve this kind of confortt and protection we decided to invest in these high tech windows. After two weeks they came again and take a detailed measurements of all three windows. A month later they installed them without major problems.
Since then, everyday we support our decision due to we had not a nice looking windows but all energy saver and safe.
I just have a good things to say about this company...they have develop a high end product by doing a very professional research of our environment, needs, etc; but more important, setting up a team of professionals aligned to the company vision.

Fantastic experience! My window broke on a Saturday night and I spent most of Sunday frantically trying to figure out where to go before the next round if thunderstorms rolled in. Cynthia responded to my message with a friendly phone call first thing on Monday morning and was able to book an appointment for me the same day (even though it was last minute and they seemed to be pretty busy).The price they quoted me was exactly what I paid, and my window fixed within the promised time frame. No run around, no upselling, just good, solid service.The owner of the shop was even kind enough to offer me a ride to my office in midtown AND picked me up later when my car was ready!The entire team went above and beyond to make a frustrating problem an easy fix! Highly recommend.

Freelite has been incredibly good to work with. Every person that I have been in contact with has been professional, courteous, thoughtful of my needs and efficient.
I have now purchased product and services from Freelite twice; once early in 2015 (doors) and once early in 2019 (windows and sky light). Both the product and installation have been top of the line. When requesting the new work in 2019 I asked if some maintenance could be completed on the work from 2015. The maintenance was agreed to and at no cost.
I have the highest regard for Freelite and it's employees.
I strongly suggest them to anyone considering purchase of anything that they sell.

Jason and his team did incredible work on our home! We had our flimsy frames and windows replaced and we could not be happier. They were professional, helpful, affordable, and QUICK! Our AC doesn't need to kick on nearly as often and the noise pollution from outside has decreased significantly. I am glad to say we have found our window guy for as long as we are in Phoenix!

We bought a sliding glass door from them. We opted for the composite material. After placing the order, we waited 10 weeks, yes 10 weeks, to hear from someone about installation. At that point, we called the salesman -- who had urged us to be patient about installation -- to complain. We heard from an installer a week later.

When installed the panels overlap -- they door was not measure properly. Windows World and the installer both insisted this was normal which is of course ridiculous.

The door, while solid and of decent quality, is extremely difficult to open and close. The installer returned and said this is just how the door is designed...there's nothing that can be done. I have another call into have someone come out and look at the door.

We are about to start the process for replacing windows throughout our upstairs. Given our experience, we are not considering Windows World for this. There are simply too many competitors out there to give repeat business to them...

I had 8 windows replaced an Arcadia door and a security door for the front. I thought Tom was very straight forward and decided to go with him. I got several estimates and they where all over the place. I found that his windows were the best quality for the price. The install crew was very professional. I was worried because my housekeeper just came 2 days prior. After the installers left i couldn’t tell they where even there. All around solid experience. Thanks guys!

I don't think we've ever had a better experience working with contractors and we've done just about everything to our house that you can imagine. They were friendly, respectful, and easy to stay in touch with throughout. The project manager was there the first day and just about every other day inspecting work, cleaning, and communicating progress. The crew was professional and so friendly and they cleaned up every single day, even vacuuming the rocks under my front window!!!
We had one set of windows that my husband asked the stucco be redone and the crew got right up and finished it off. We are both so happy with the quality of the windows, the project management, customer service, and professionalism.
I feel compelled to add one more thing. As a woman, I'm often disappointed with the treatment I get working with trades from initial contact to on-site work. What a revelation it was to work with Bridgette and Leo on this project. Not once was I talked down to, overlooked, ignored, or worse. I have already recommended them to a friend looking into replacing her windows and have stressed this point.
