Best Windows Door in Phoenix AZ

Due to Covid delays my windows were delayed beyond when I would be at my home for installation. From my summer home we were able to schedule the installation, solve minor problems that occurred finish the project it's cleanup and rehang the woven woods that needed to be taken down for install. James and his install team were courteous responsive and with a little help from family and friends we were able to complete the project. Hats off to an overall great experience. I have not seen my windows in person yet but but look forward to that when I return in late October. I'm certain I will be very happy and am sure any minor things will be taken care of by Desert King Windows. Thanks again Guys,

Consult/Estimate with Ennis was informative- he provided great information that ultimately lead to our decision after 3 other consults. Install teams were amazing. Misa and Humberto and teams were on time, friendly, efficient, and insured to clean up and walk us through the windows after installing.

Dustin and Javier from AZ Valley Windows were professional and thorough during the installation. They were friendly and took pride in their workmanship. They finished the job after two days and we already feel and see a tremendous improvement. Quality service at its best!

I ordered seven windows in October, with a 16 week lead time. Well They are installed in less than 12 weeks. Crew that showed up to install we completely professional, Windows are exactly as ordered, installed perfectly and everything is cleaned up. This has been fantastic experience I would highly recommend this company.

Dwayne was awesome! I accidentally busted my 2nd story window pane and was in a panic to hear that the first 5 companies I reached out to wouldn't be able to be out till the next week. Even one company came out and wouldn't work on my window because it was too high up (12ft... bruh). But Dwayne came within hours and fixed it super quick and it was a great price! Highly recommend him as he seemed to have a veteran in the business attitude and I was very confident in him to do the job.

This Valley Glass company did a fantastic job on my daughters patio door today. Extremely professional and very kind and compassionate. Will recommend to all friends and neighbors and family. Job well done!!!

Outstanding! I called these guys when my bedroom window broke, and they had me scheduled for a repair at a very fair price the same day. My technician showed up right on time and was in and out before I knew it. My bedroom window looks amazing and should anything ever break in the future, I will be calling Duarte.

Craig was quick to respond to my initial phone call. He came out and provided excellent service that was fair and honest. Pricing for the product he sold to me was fair and a lot less than his competition. Would recommend him without question. Work was done professionally.

The installation was fantastic! I am very happy with windows, they were just installed today! I must say that I was told the window install would happen within 10 weeks, THAT DID NOT HAPPEN!!! Yes they were installed almost 8 weeks after the original wait time !! I am not impressed with k&j because their only excuse was that it was manufacturer delays! The will not get the chance to do the other half of my house! My contract was with K& J, and all they did was blame on the manufacturer. BEWARE!

Greg and the team were fantastic to work with. True craftsmen who finished the job ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend Greg and team to anyone looking for replacement options.

The window regulator was replaced. Good job however grease was left on the outside of our car door. Should have been cleaned off by the technician.

All the guys were great and really went out of there way to keep out home as dust free as possible:)

Scheduling a time for them to come give you a quote is almost impossible. The company keeps referring me back to a sales person that doesn't return my calls. They should get rid of them. I can measure my own windows.

When looking for a reputable company, I was referred to Red Rock and am so happy with the knowledge and service I received. I am happy to refer the company to everyone I know.

We have a rental property in Tempe that has a sliding glass door that was over 35 years old. Needless to say, it no longer slid like it used to. When Mr. Garcia gave me a quote that was 1/4 of the price of a different quote I got, I was suspicious. But he said after he was done it would slide like new. So I let him have the job. He is extremely professional and he did everything he said he would. I would definitely use him again....not just because of the price, but because he knows his stuff and performs.
