Highly recommend this company and Wesley, the technician. We had a shower door that was installed incorrectly and Wesley came, figured it out and adjusted it properly. He was prompt and even called beforehand to tell me when he would be here. I also like that this company responds to text messages, which to me is very efficient.

Lots of 5 star reviews here, and I’m going to add another one. Dwayne just finished installing a new window at my house, and I’m super happy with the end result. The window is of excellent quality and matches perfectly with the style of the old window.

I had a window leak that had apparently been going on for a while, but didn’t become obvious until a recent monsoon. Called a few companies to get a quote, but Dwayne from Sunny State Glass was the first to come out. He took a look and gave me some options, rather than just immediately saying he had to replace the whole window. I decided to just go with a glass replacement, which would save a ton of money. I appreciated that he wasn’t pushy or trying to upsell me the whole time. I actually got the vibe from him that he was legit trying to just solve my problem as efficiently and cheaply as possible. Once we pulled the shutters off though, I noticed some rot on the window sill from the leak, so I asked about just doing the whole window instead. He gave me a quote and I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable it was for the size of the widow I was replacing (about 80” wide, two piece rectangle with a large half circle window on top). I went that route and got Low-E glass.

Very happy I just bit the bullet and did the whole thing, it looks great and I can already tell the Low-E makes a difference with heat. My old window was insanely hot and made the entire room warm even with shutters closed.

Overall, I’m extremely happy with Sunny State Glass. Dwayne is just a nice honest dude, and he did great work. He gave me contacts for the stucco repair and window sill replacement too, so I didn’t have to go searching for someone. Made things extremely easy and stress free. The window came way sooner than anticipated as well, which was a bonus. Highly recommended! Thanks Dwayne and Bre!

My historic home presented a slightly unconventional situation, but without trouble, he was able to install a new door and correct the issues. He delivered exactly what I had asked for, and gave suggestions along the way to ensure I would be happy with the finished product. Craig’s pricing was more than fair and his contract was clean and easy to understand. I was so happy with the door and the service, I am hiring him to replace my front door next! Highly recommended.

Disappointed with customer service! I called made appointment a few days before appointment they call and cancelled. They didn't even attemp to change it to a later time! As a business owner we always we go above and beyond to make it happeed. Take your business elsewhere.

Recently remodeled my home and decided to go with Capstone for my new door which included door, framing, drywall, and stucco work. I mostly dealt with Greg and Audrey, both were very friendly and very communicative! They kept me updated every step of the way and followed up with me before and after each “phase” of the project to check my satisfaction with the work that was completed. They turned an old 3-panel door in to a beautiful French sliding door in less than a week from start to finish (not including the order time). Honestly the work was so good that you cannot even tell that the old door was there! I have already recommended them to a friend and when it comes time to replace my windows, I will have Capstone do the work.

Tried calling several times because I needed a window replaced but the phone just rang and rang. They happened to be right near me so I drove by their address and the business that's there is Diamond Granite??? Obviously I went elsewhere.

Krasiva Windows & Doors installed 21 new windows and 5 new doors in our home, the work was all done in a professional manner and completed on time. All our concerns and questions were handled by Julie or the owner Greg. Each day a crew of six came to our home and worked as a team, 2 workers would remove the old window, 2 workers would come behind them and install the new window, the final 2 would follow and clean up. Everyday the only way you would know any work was done was the new window. Wayne and his crew cleaned everyday and left nothing, they completed 20 windows in 2 1/2 days, widow 21 was a little more difficult. Krasiva's crew had to deal with a broken garden window, not something they normally replace, but they took care of the window and it is beautiful. After all the work was completed I called Jack, the recommended painter for the doors, he is also very professional and neat, when he came he matched paint and repainted the replacement stucco around the garden window, at no cost, all payed for by Krasiva Windows. The process was easy, clean and we are very happy with all of the work done. The new windows have reduced noise from outside and look great. I would highly recommend Krasiva Window and Doors. Greg, the owner, is hands on and checks the progress of the work. We haven't been through a summer yet with our new windows but know our energy cost will show a savings.

I had this power window problem with my car, completely stuck and non functioning, what a drag right? I had been around to a few repair shops in the Mesa area, but no real easy situation was available. Most of these guys want you to schedule an appointment and drop off and wait all day while they shuffle everything around and finally get to your car. Then I decided to search on the internet and bang! there is was, Phoenix Power Window RepairSo I called around 9:50 am and was greeted by the owner himself. Randy knew what my problem was and had me text him my address and was able to come by my home at 12 noon the same day to fix it. Totally amazing, and for a fair price seriously! I am very happy now that my window can roll down when I pull up to all my favorite food joint drive thru windows and not have to open the door to order. We had a custom wood door made and installed and have had problems with it since the beginning. I recently called to get a tech to come out and fix it, and they promised they would call me back to schedule and never did. I waited a week and called back again, and once again was promised that someone would call me back to schedule. Once again, no one called. Called back a third time, and they scheduled me right away, but no apology or even an acknowledgment of the missed commitments. I arranged to go in late to work to make sure I was here for the 7a appointment. At 710a, I get a text letting me know the tech is not coming because they’re sick. The same thing happened a previous time when they came to fix the door. To say it’s been a terrible experience is an understatement. I purchased an expensive custom door so I wouldn’t have to deal with second hand service but unfortunately that’s all we’ve received. It’s a beautiful door and I understand problems can happen, what I don’t understand is the poor service. Don’t recommend this place at all.

Jason from ECON windows is one of the best! He is professional, keeps the customer informed, prompt and very personable. He makes sure everything is perfect and the customer is satisfied before accepting payment. His attention to detail is amazing and something I wish all contractors would adhere to. This window company is the least sales-ie, gimmickie and reasonably priced. We were having issues with getting HOA approval, solely because of window frame size from American Vision so I started researching other companies and found Red Rock. I'm so glad I did. We got an in-home quote within a week of calling, a few thousand less than American Vision. The windows were built and installed on time. The installers were friendly, cleanly and FAST. We noticed some inconsistencies with the caulking around the windows a few days later after install, while painting, and I called Red Rock about and the came right out and fixed it. We're extremely happy with the whole process and would highly recommend Red Rock.
