They recommended a company to tint my windows and installed the tinted replacement windshield. Reliable, friendly and very professional. They worked with me and the tinter to get everything taken care of in a timely manner. My installer was victor. He’s been installing windshields for 20+ years. You can’t beat the kind of service. Highly recommend.

While driving AZ-51 this morning I was nearly side-swiped and had the passenger front end taken off by a tech driving this companies van (van #1). Missed by inches!!! Honked to let driver know someone was occupying the lane while slowing down so as not to be hit. Driver rolled down window, flipped the bird, and other obscene hand gestures (I responded in kind).

This driver/van had been driving in the right hand lane next to me for several minutes (evenly with my vehicle), so I am sure my vehicle was seen before he so graciously merged into my driving space.

IF this is the type of people employed and representing this company then I know who NOT to call upon for any glass needs in the future.

I am so impressed with the customer service and how quickly they responded to my request. Once I filed my claim they came to replace my windshield the very next morning. My car looks brand new again and that awful crack has now been replaced with this quality windshield.
Also because my insurance worked with Auto Glass Clinic, they even cut me a check for $100.00 it was that easy and handed to me upon completion of my car. I'm amazed and if I ever need to get my windshield replaced again ( Hopefully not!) I'll definitely know who I can reach out to and trust.

I was on my way to Mayo hospital from Yuma when all of a sudden my passenger rear window blew out shattering everywhere on my Chevy Silverado. My insurance company found Auto Glass Clinic to repair my window. Within an hour Kyle called me and he made my appointment for the next morning. They came to me on time, very perfessional and did an excellent job. They even vacuumed my vehicle. I highly recommend Auto Glass clinic!!

We called and the price was the best we found. They came out and replaced one windshield and repaired our other windshield in a few hours. Victor was very helpful and experienced in his work. Definitely recommend Auto Glass Clinic!

I work for a refrigeration company here in Glendale AZ and have used Auto Glass Clinic recently. The technicians are friendly, courteous and they go above and beyond the call of duty to make sure our service is done and done right the first time. We recently had a chip repaired on a service truck and the tech noticed that the rubber gasket around the window wasn't securely in place. We thought it would need to be replaced. But Auto Glass Clinic repaired the seal around the windshield without mentioning it to us or charging us more. That is great customer service. He seen it wasn't in the channel and even though he wasn't there to fix it and did it anyways. I will recommend them to anyone who needs glass repairs. They are always on time and always at the max next day service.

Having a Jeep Wrangler for the last 5 years replacing windshields are unfortunately a common occurrence Auto Glass Clinic has taken care of me with quality glass professional installation and fair prices. Amazing job by scott over at auto glass clinic! I called em earlier today and they said they can come over today and get my front windshield replaced. Since I Live far, it took 30 minutes to come over but BOY was it worth it?? our Hyundai Sonata sport 2.0 turbo looks brand new all thanks to you guys at auto glass clinic✊? HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Reply to managers response. Upon return from the autobody shop, I was told the windshield had very minimal surface rust and could be taken care of with minimum effort. I was also informed the adhesive was substandard and likely the problem of the leak. I won't address the rest of the response. All false statements and excuses for why they will not honor their work product. Like I said before, no one should have to deal with all this over a simple windsheild replacement. Plenty of other companies out there.

Very poor customer service. Manager was extremely defensive and could not talk the issue through to resolution. There are many other glass replacement business out there and I would not recommend this one.

World class people work here. Victor R. replaced my windshield on my Lexus and I want to say he is 10/10 we had a great conversation and I watched as he completed the job. 100% Recommend this company, give them a chance.

I was recently driving down the I-10 in Phoenix and a rock from an 18 wheeler cracked the windshield of my Acura NSX. I needed it repaired quick and professionally. Perhaps the best experience I've ever had with an auto repair company. Easy and fast setup for the repair, they were able to come out to my vehicle a single business day later. They then did me the ludicrously nice courtesy of driving to my work location for paper signing, as I couldn't be at home for the repair. No fuss or tricks regarding the $100 windshield insurance-covered repair. Being an Arizonan, I've had my share of Loop-202 windshield cracks and have used several other auto glass repair companies. Luckily, I don't need to shop around anymore. Seriously, choose these guys.

After finding out that I did not have auto glass coverage on my insurance it was a nightmare calling around and getting prices. I never knew how expensive a windshield could be. Not sure how auto glass clinic does it but I thought the price they gave me was a mistake because it was so much lower than everyone else. Love to see businesses like this actually caring for people and providing great customer service with such a low price.

I had a great experience working with Auto Glass Clinic. They were so knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. I woke up to 3 broken windows (including my windshield) one morning and they had brand new windows installed for me within hours. What happened to me was barely an inconvenience, thanks to them! I would highly recommend their services.

They connected me with my insurance provider to file a claim and ensured that I had an understanding of when they’d arrive on my appointment date. The technician forgot to put one of the moldings back on my vehicle after replacing the glass, but Gibson the general manager resolved this quickly. He ordered the part and sent a technician out again right away. I recommend using Auto Glass Clinic for any auto glass service needs.

AUTO GLASS CLINIC IS GREAT!! So, I usually hate taking my car in for an oil change or any type of service. I don't know much about cars or the cost of services and usually leave with a whopping bill feeling clueless.

I had my A7 Audi windshield replaced. I called to make an appointment and they were so helpful, kind and most of all PATIENT (since I had a million questions to ask). Auto glass clinic reasonably quoted me, they were on time with the appointment. My windshield came out looking spotless. Very clean, prompt, knowledgeable and professional!! Couldn't have asked for a more simple and comfortable experience. I would definitely recommend them again and again!!

I happened upon this place in a hurry! I was so worried since I had my wrangler rental and of course, they’re so prone to chips and breaks in the windshield and I had to fly out in two days. I called and they had the windshield and took me right away! Such sweet people and fixed it immediately while I took care of work. Thank you guys so much!! Definitely would recommend!

GREAT SERVICE... Gibson and Victor were very accommodating and did everything to make it right... Firstly, the original OEM windshield had changed, whereby they eliminated the dark windshield tint at the top. Victor noticed this and before beginning the job advised me of this and said let me my supervisor and see what he says. He explained that he could get the glass but only from a third party vendor, (at no additional cost) and I advised that with our sun any shading helps and thats what I wanted. I then had to change service locations as the original one would not work for me the following day.... NO PROBLEM he said, just say where and when and we will be there and they were.... You won't find a harder bunch of working guys...Oh by the way they are authorized with a lot of insurance companies which makes the initial process so much quicker and easier...

Kyle was great on the phone. I asked if I could get an earlier appointment then what I had, he put me on a wait list for cancellations and I got an appointment the next day. Victor was also amazing. He came to my place of employment and my windshield was done in less than an hour. Great customer service.

I was so hesitant to try another glass company after the nightmare I went through with safelite, well i received a piece of mail with their info on it so I gave them a call! By noon the next day they had my windshield changed and a check in my hand for $100! The customer service is AMAZING, so friendly and so welcoming!!! I had my windshield fixed recently, and it was as easy as it gets. They come to you and fix it while you are doing what you need to do. Then, they pack everything up, take your payment, and they are on their way. It's pretty simple. Nice that they can come to you when you are busy. I'll be using them again the next time.

So where to start!! First and foremost you will not find customer service and great prices like this company anywhere in town. I can not even express the immense gratitude I have for Gibson and his company. I contacted Gib after reading all the great reviews on yelp, and let me tell you he goes above and beyond the call of duty and exceeds a five star rating. I was stranded at home with a disabled anti theft vehicle and dead battery to add insult to injury. I called Gib basically with frogs in my throat (ok basically crying lol) to inform him I may not make it to my scheduled appt due to my car situation. This is when he immediately offered to come and help me out and offered comforting words to assure me we would figure it out. If this isn't a prince charming in the flesh I don't know what is lol. Hes commitment to his company is like no other and deserves the award of the century. PEOPLE DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE REVIEWS. THEY HAVE TERRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE. THEY WILL AVOID ANY CONFLICT QUESTIONS, LIE TO YOU AND TELL YOU THAT ANY DAMAGES DONE TO YOUR VEHICLE IS AT YOUR FAULY CLEARLY NOT VERY PERSONAL in the state of Arizona it's a one-party State meaning I can record any conversation without them knowing and I have the full conversation recorded I have an employee who I spoke too avoided any question about damages done towards your vehicle and how they are not responsible for what they do and how rudely they treat you making you feel stupid. I will place the conversation that took place on a Google drop or on YouTube so you can hear the conversation as followed please stay tuned for more updates. And overall avoid them like the plague.

I would not recommend this place I got my back window installed and the guy put to much of the seal and got it all over my. Truck and I had to call them again because not even 30 went by when my window was pop out unbelievable
