I looked at a few different window companies as I have a home that needed 8 new windows. I needed good, solid windows at a reasonable cost. Wow! I got that plus more! From the first visit, the folks at Desert King Windows were awesome! They weren't pushy sales people, they explained their windows features and benefits and I was shocked at how much we got for the price compared to others. They were just installed and we couldn't be happier. They delivered what they promised. The install guys (Nick & his partner) did an amazing job and cleaned up any mess. Only reason I wouldn't give them a perfect score is because of some hiccups after the initial quote. There was a mistake, and a delay in the response. But when I called management they were very responsive and did everything they could to recover the lost time and earn back my trust. In the end the windows got installed on time and with high quality

I contacted Ryan at Valleywide Glass while doing my due diligence in seeking bids for the replacement of a large (4 x 5) exterior window that had broken during a storm. They answered the telephone promptly and quickly arranged for a tech to come to my home. They were very flexible with scheduling to meet my needs and arrived within 2 days (my choice....). Both tech's arrived early, were uniformed, spoke professionally, and explained the install process. A job estimate was received via email by the end of the day. A very competitive bid, that beat the locally well known radio home repair network by nearly 30%.
The install was completed within 10 days (due to the need to order a custom sized glass replacement). Customer service was exceptional thru-out the entire process. Simple telephone calls, scheduling, and courteous professional install! This company is now on me Go to List.

Craig installed a firedoor in the home I was selling and got it done within our closing deadline. The price was hundreds less than a competitor who came out and measured/quoted, AND Craig did a lot more than they would have done. Craig also took care of all the small details and was exceptionally thorough, capturing all the things I asked for without me having to bring anything up twice. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone else shopping around.

Adam was extremely knowledgeable not only about the products offered by SI Windows, but about everything available on the market. He shared lots of helpful information to help me make the best decision on new windows for my home, without pressuring me to buy. The installation team went above and beyond to make sure my windows looked absolutely perfect and were very courteous and respectful of my home. As promised, Adam came by on install day to ensure everything went just as planned. Jason, Dallin, and Brandon were exceptional though the young man Brandon does not follow directions or the lead of his experienced workers. Brandon cut wood incorrectly a couple of times, he would not truly listen even to Shawn Bazzy. I would truly recommend him to be guided and closely watched as he tends to half listen which leads to mistakes to follow with his attitude when corrected.The respect he could learn from both Jason and Dallin would be a great asset for the next customer. My husband and myself think the product looks great! Thank you for a less stressful install Jason and Dallin and their professional conduct.

I am very happy with my purchase and the installation of new windows from Krasiva. The salesman was very knowledgeable and made the decision to buy new windows an overall exciting experience. It truly is unbelievable the improvement I immediately noticed with new windows with professional installation. The installers were friendly, showed up on time, finished the job in two days, and made sure any issues were brought to my attention before leaving my home. Krasiva also installed a new sliding glass door with a built-in doggy door for my pooch. Thank you Krasiva for helping make my house feel even more like a home!

These people are the best!! Jennifer in the office is super nice, friendly and helpful and their tech Josh was as well. Very down-to-earth AND professional. It is so refreshing dealing with a company that REALLY cares about you! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!Another plus is that they repair your windows with metal-not plastic parts-especially important in AZ heat and they offer an extensive warranty on the repair! They were also cheaper than any other place I called for the repair!

pricing on front door was good , as I had 3 different quotes. Install was done professionally and precisely as that was also supervised by an experienced installer. My front door looks and works marvelously!

I've used this company twice now. Once at our first home and again at our new home for a full window replacement and sliding door replacement. The install was delayed due to supply shortage (as is everything) but they communicated with me every step of the way. As soon as the windows were in stock, they called and set up the install. The full service install was supposed to take 3 days but they dedicated extra people to the install and got it done in two days. Would not hesitate to recommend this company
