Best New Door Replacement in Phoenix AZ

I am a property manager and when getting bids for windows for a client's property, we had several companies to choose from. Nothing but good things to say about everyone from the initial meeting with Michelle, Sales Rep to install and beyond. We were kept up to date with ordering and install. They did a very professional job and the windows are great. What a difference they made to the home. Kudos to everyone with Desert King. Highly recommended.

I had a pane of glass broken by my niece in my front window yesterday, so I called Valleywide Glass. The gentleman at the front desk explained what I should do and then gave me the piece of glass with no charge. I’m a small business owner myself and I will use Valleywide Glass from here on out. During our first summer in our home several of the rooms were hot boxes! After some research and going to Home shows and street fairs we met and talked to Greg Johnson from Infinity from Marvin.
After talking to him and checking ratings, we had 3 large windows and 2 extra large sliding doors installed in phase one. We absolutely love our new windows and doors! The hot box rooms are no more!!! The installation was quick and the guys knew what they were doing. We are now looking at phase 2 and plan to have 4 more windows installed. Thanks Greg!

I have used Alex and Everlasting Windows for many of clients (I am a general contractor) over the years. Some bigger jobs, some incredibly small, but incredibly important to my client. Case in point today. A family with a baby on the way was moving into a home they recently closed on.
Two windows wouldn't lock and the master arcadia door stopped locking. Alex took care of it no problem - and since it wasn't too much time or parts (he did have to make a trip to Ace Hardware)....he didn't charge me. Solid guy. Solid work. Great communication from the office - arrived at the specified time and fixed 2 power windows on 2 separate cars in 90 minutes! The cost for two was about what a local shop quoted for one and they would have to find the parts for my older cars!!! These people know their stuff and are a great value!

We have Power windows and Window World windows. Believe me. Please go with Window World! The extra expense for Power and their “spells” windows isn’t much of a difference or valid. However, choose for yourself.

Excellent customer service, very professionally done. My wife loves her new windows! The installer team did a very professional job, and they worked together very well. They brought all of the tools that they needed. They used plastic and drop clothes to protect our carpet and personal belongings. They removed old windows and debris from the property. In conjunction to the new windows, they utilized a ton of consumables, sparing no expense. They damaged nothing.

I had one of the salesman come out and do some measurements for a quote on two entry doors. I was told i would have a quote in a couple days. Nearly a month went by with no word! Called again and was told i would see a quote the next day. Waited a couple more days still nothing, second quote ended up going into my junk mail. I wish they would have made a follow up call saying the quote was sent and to see if i had any questions. Anyways, called again and spoke to Britt and he came out and remeasured and got me into the schedule for install. After a couple months the door needed to be adjusted because it was hitting the door frame in one area. I made an appointment for that to be fixed. 9am appointment comes and goes with no call, no show. I had to call again and ask where they were? Turns out my appointment was forgotten about. No good in my book. Britt was helpful, the installer was nice but based on my experience i can't recommend them.
