I contacted Valleywide Glass for an adjustment to our glass shower door. At first they didn’t want to come out to Goodyear, we were outside there service area. I get it, but maybe don't include “Valleywide” in your company name. As I’m having trouble getting anyone to help in the current era of post-Covid customer service, I gladly offered a trip fee. I sent in the requested photos and waited for the scheduling call I was supposed to receive. I didn’t hear anything for several hours and contacted them again. They put me on the schedule, but on the day of the appointment they were unable to come out due to the tech getting injured. However, they said they would reschedule and there has been no response from them to my efforts to reschedule. 1 star for being unresponsive and wasting my time. We are all busy.

I just had a project done replacing my windows around my house. To start, I have to say that I think Marvin Infinity windows are the best out there when it comes to durability/pricing (after reviewing basically every window on the market). I worked with Greg Johnson, and from start to finish...very through! First, he’s not your typical salesman as he’s more into building relationships through communication, and getting completed what’s most important to you on your project. Installation was great and Kenny made sure everything was done in timely manner, cleaned up and you could barely tell anyone had been there for a major upgrade. Nice to know if I need anything, I can always call on Greg or Kenny. I’m sure these windows will last me a lifetime, and I’ll be referring them over to family/friends. Nice work guys!!

Amazing window and door installers! They were fast, professional and safe. I’m so happy with my new custom steel interior doors, it completely transformed the look of my house.

We had a.tub to shower conversion which took two half days. Installation looked fine and the products used are nice. John the installer was polite and respectful. We were told not to use the shower for two days. On the second day when I wanted to use the shower, one of the doors won’t shut. It rolls open, will not stay closed. Called the office and Project Manager, Noah, with no response. Husband called and also no response. It has been a week since install.and I can’t use this shower. I have some disabilities and would like to use my shower. Customer service is zero. What good is a warranty when no one responds?

My order was not what I expected. The two larger windows were not openable. The locksets were passage handles only. No locks. Doors were excellent but when all was delivered I was shocked that there was no installation. Had to get an independent contractor in to do that. Also got proper locks from Home Depot and we installed those ourselves. I prefer to work with local small businesses but things like this are making it difficult.

We replaced our old original sliding door with a much larger BEAUTIFUL door. Illumination was very professional, always on time and completed the job quickly. We could not be happier. The actual door slides like a dream! We are now looking at doing the windows.... Thanks; we appreciate your service and professionalism.

Richard took care of replacing my windshield last week and he was great! Fast friendly and knowledgeable. I wanted to replace my windshield with Ford quality glass, they got the same stock glass you would get new from the dealership and it looks great! Thanks Reliable!!! This is my second time using you and I will use you in the future for sure.

Preferred Home did an excellant install on 7 windows at my home. They masked inside the home to prevent dust from coming inside . The work was professional with attention to detail and pride in workmanship. I would highly recommend them.

Trevor, Austin and Chris came out to my home within the timeframe we were advised they would arrive. Trevor greeted me at the door and was very professional. All three guys were professional. My wife said she heard them all singing along to country music at one point during the installation. Windows are working and look great! We couldn't be more pleased with the service provided from the sales presentation to the installation. We will definitely be utilizing Power for future Home Remodeling projects!

We had Gary out to our office to do some various small jobs. One was installing a new kitchen faucet in our breakroom. After he left, there were issues with the faucet so we thought. He came back to our office and replaced the faucet at no charge. It wasn't the faucet issue at all. It was a problem with the hot water heater and the pressure to the faucet. Gary went above and beyond working hard to fix this issue. He is very nice, and I will definitely ask for him when I request Handyman Connection again. I highly recommend their service. They are professional and fair! Thanks for the hard work Gary!

We have used several window cleaners over the years but Phoenix Glass Cleaning is above and beyond anyone we've used in the past. We have a large home with many large picture windows so we were hopeful it would be a great experience. Needless to say, Phoenix Glass Cleaning was excellent in service, quality and window washing competence. We were very particular with our new and tightly fitting screens and Calvin was very careful and used specific tools for removal and reinstall. Our windows all glisten perfectly and our screens are super clean. He took his time and was extremely detail oriented which is hard to come by these days. I feel like he valued us as a customer and in turn, we will be definitely using Phoenix Glass Cleaning again and again. I particularly appreciated that he wore shoe protectors to protect our floors and also even covered the feet on his ladder. It's just nice and professional touches that make you feel like he cares about customer service and quality work. We also have many bushes all around our windows and he was very mindful of them which we appreciate too. I think nowadays everyone thinks they are window washers but it truly does take a finesse which Calvin has.

I did not end up choosing this company, but I would recommend getting multiple quotes and do some research. Remod AZ had a very nice presentation and appears to be selling very nice high quality windows however I was frustrated with their high pressure sales tactics. For example they originally quoted me $27,000 but were willing to take it down to $20,000 if I could commit that day. It felt like a good deal but I’m glad I didn’t because after a little research on google I found that the product they were charging me over $1,000 per window for should really be less than $500 per window including installation. Any time a company try’s to make you commit without giving you time to do your own research is a red flag for me.
