Banging on my roof at 6:30 a.m. when asked to stop it was bosses orders, talked to boss and he says they won’t be up there till 7:30 a.m. tomarrow. I talk to my landlord he informs me that they weren’t even supposed to be up there till 730.. then after the landlord tells them to get down the work has the nerve to say there’s your hr.. I told his messican ass yo run my hands for talking stupid. mike was just unprofessional, regardless of circumstances.

They blocked my driveway with there trailer for a week. There was a rain delay on there ability to roof so they left there trailer in my driveway for 5 days, moving it on the 5th day. I had a vehical parked on the side of there trailer because I could not access my driveway. While they were roofing they damaged that vehicals paint. Then they blamed it on the weather and will not take responsibility. In addition the rain rails/flashing they removed were bent from the removal process and they refused them. It looks terrible and it will probably leak. I do not recommend this company.

He is aware of the issues I have had and he said he spoke with the owner and the owner was not interested in the damage to my vehicle. My husband and I had our insurance company come out to look at wind damage and they said it was “repairable.” Phoenix roofing came out to take a second look and they worked with our insurance company and got us a full roof replacement! Communication was GREAT. The crew worked hard to get the job done right before the holidays like we were hoping and did a great job cleaning up! I I highly recommend!!

They did a great job with our roof. Very professional and cleaned up well afterwards. We were very happy with the work. Also, their bid was very competitive with the 4 other bids we got. Randall (project manager) always responded to my phone calls or texts. Only issue was it took a little longer than expected as we had them install some sun tubes that were delayed at the distributor. Other than that, we would hire them again.
