Both the sales rep and the technician were terrific. It only took a few minutes to get set up with a plan and the technician was able to do the initial treatment the same day. They explained how everything was safe for my cat. They even cleaned up all of the old spider webs around my house. I can’t say enough good things about Greenway.

We referred to Aldo when our remodeling contractor found evidence of termites in the home we had just purchased. He was able to come over very quickly and treat for termites. He also explained termite treatment as well as pest control which we really appreciated as we were new to Arizona. The services offered by Arizona's Exterminator Company were just what we needed. Our home is bug free and termite free thanks to Aldo! We highly recommend Alto for your pest control needs.

I have used other company’s in the past but when it comes to quality and peace of mind go no further!!! Green Arrow Pest has it all and the guy that came out took his time and made sure everything was in order and also made sure to check everywhere even the places I never even thought to look!!! If you want over priced and not good quality go somewhere else but if you want 100% customer service and top quality for your budget this is the place!!! Crickets. I let the supervisor know I was not getting crickets for two years prior to their servicing my place , I was using another company, and instead of trying to fix the problem or come up with a solution he says I should go back to who I was using. I let him know I already knew that was an option!

Aaron Johnson was our service tech today. He was super friendly and knowledgeable. He acknowledged my concerns and took care of them. I have no worries with Aaron and Bulwark.

I used this company since I needed an inspection due to refinancing my home. The only complaint that I have is this - the report that I received which was 1 page turned out to be not sufficient enough and now it is holding up my loan process. I explained I needed the inspection for refinancing so the gentleman should have known the correct report to send so I could forward. I had to call another company to come out and expedite the correct report since the current company could not do it for two more weeks.
