Handyman Connection recently completed our master bathroom and kitchen remodel. They were recommended by a friend of ours after they remodeled her master bathroom. We are beyond impressed with their professionalism, reliability, and craftsmanship. Allen, the owner, met with us on numerous occasions before work even started. He was quick to respond to all of our questions, and guided us in the right direction. We received an estimated cost of the remodel upfront. As work started, we added additional items to the project. Allen ensured we discussed all costs and approved them before the additional work was completed. He was reasonable and fair throughout the entire process. He came by our home several times during the remodel and checked in with us to ensure we approved several details of the project. Additionally, it was clear that he supports his employees, as he spoke highly of them and brought our contractor lunch. Mark was our contractor and we could not have been more pleased with his demeanor, work ethic, and craftmanship. He showed up on time every day and he worked hard. He consulted with us throughout the entire project (our preference) and offered his professional opinion, helping us make decisions about details. When an unforeseen electrical problem arose, Handyman Connection addressed the issue immediately so our project would not delayed. When Mark finished the job, our bathroom and kitchen design looked exactly as we had imagined. Recently my husband and I sold a home. Prior to sale, we needed a number of improvements completed which included electrical and wiring, plumbing work, carpentry, painting, appliance installations and a number of other repairs / upgrades. For this work, I contacted Greg Knutson. Greg worked long hours and weekends to meet our very aggressive schedule. The quality of Greg’s work was excellent. His work reflected attention to detail and great craftsmanship. Greg made sure his work was done right, enabling us to develop trust in his ability to do fine work. Based on this positive experience with Greg, we have also hired him to do all maintenance work at our two rental properties. He is courteous and completes work promptly for our tenants. Greg is reliable and easy to contact. He is also flexible and accommodating to last-minute requests or urgent scheduling. My husband and I had been researching for several months on live edge tables as an anniversary present to each other. I had incidentally seen an advertisement on Facebook for Citizen Wood Company and was immediately drawn to the beautiful tables that I had seen posted. I reached out to Tommy and he immediately was on board with my vision. Wow, what he made for us exceeded every expectation. He found the perfect piece of wood and created what he dubbed as a lake effect dining table. It is truly a work of art and we get more compliments on it than anything else in our home.

Tommy kept us posted on each step of the process and it was soo awesome to see our table come to life. Tommy has a real passion for his work and it shows from beginning to end. Thank you Tommy for creating an heirloom. Now we are thinking about what he can create next!
