The two gentlemen that installed doors on our home today did an excellent job! They were professional and very polite. Did everything they could to make it a great experience. The doors are beautiful and we couldn't be happier. I just can't say enough good about the whole experience.

The only problem with this company is that their tech's are not covid vaccinated. They think nothing of going into people's home unvaccinated.

Sunny State Glass was the best decision we have made. We needed to replace three large windows in the front of our house. They were by far the most reasonably priced. They were very straightforward and no bs upselling. The windows look amazing. I’m not going through anyone else for windows ever.

These guys were super prompt and super responsive! The installer was extremely courteous and helpful. They were out within like 30 minutes when I called it was so fast! Thanks guys!

Every part of the process was excellent. From the estimate to the finished work. Window World came in a little less expensive but Craig's presentation and answering all our questions helped make the decision to hire Vision to do our work an easy one. The installation was done in a day and was exactly what was promised at the exact price promised. Would recommend highly.

When we moved into our home we knew that there were 3 windows that needed to be replaced. The seals were broken and the screens were a mess.
After meeting at the home show we had Greg from Marvin come out and look at what we wanted to replace. He gave us great advice and good education on the differences in windows. There was no pressure and he answered all of our questions! Was patient with all of our decision making as well!!
When installation came I was nervous about how this would work on a stucco house. Kenny, the installer was amazing. He was conscientious of the dust created and protected the house from it. He worked quickly and kept the work space clean. He insulated all around the windows and caulked beautifully. It was truly a very professional job.
The windows are amazing, cool to the touch when it is 112 outside I can feel the difference in my office dramatically. It makes such a huge difference and it is a great feeling knowing they are good quality windows saving my energy costs.

Richard C was very helpful and honest about replacing our home windows. He informed us that our shutters would need to be removed and pushed out in order for the windows to work. So glad he was so informative with this as this would be a huge issue if we didn’t know ahead of time. He was very friendly and helpful we couldn’t have had a better person or experience. had a bit of an emergency Superior glass not only answered there phone and even called back in a very short time. As you know if you have had to deal with this kind of stuff is not common. When they showed up ON TIME the tech was very kind and knew what he was doing. he was in and out in no time and the window was set and clean. After speaking to some friends turns out i got a more than fair price. i would use them again

My car was properly repaired at half the cost of the dealer. Just as important I observed other customers being treated with high integrity, being told the part was easily repaired and did not need to be replaced as he was told by another shop. Finding a trustworthy business these days is a gift. The focus on just door and window mechanisms may be a major contributor to their competence.

The owner, Thomas, came out for my initial consultation. He was not very friendly and was late as he didn't listen to my directions and went to the wrong complex. Maybe he didn't really care about my purchase because I only got two windows and one door done? He also did not bring a mask during COVID, and when I gave him one to wear, he wouldn't wear it over his nose.
I got many quotes and ended up going with Red Rock though because of all the good reviews on the product and their pricing. Nate and Cody completed the install today and it went great. They were very professional and hard working. My windows and doors look great, so far!

We had a shower enclosure/door done in our master bath several months ago. The installer did a great job, we're really happy with the product and their price was competitive. I would recommend them to anyone!

I love this company!!! Dustin was great. My windows looked awesome and everything was explained step by step through the process. It was completed in the time they set aside for it. I have already referred someone to them!

Ron Kelley provided the best customer service totally down to earth easy going sales person. Provided all possible solutions to an affordable price. Second time buying windows with Ron will be looking in the future to continue business on our next project doors. This was our second installment just like the first GREAT JOB.

Due to a combination of issues, my 5 window, two day installation job took an inordinate amount of time to complete. There is a third party involved, and they have agreed to step up to assist.

My problems seemed to revolve around issues at the factory, things that Lasting Impressions had little to no control over. The reservations I had were addressed directly by the owner, Mark Jacobsen, and the factory representative. This matter has now been resolved.

On the plus side, Lori and Karen in the office were enjoyable to work with and Karen's knowledge of fenestration answered many of my questions right away without having to wait for answers from the field. Mike was my on the job point man throughout the process and I can't say enough good things about his knowledge and concern when we ran into challenges during the Rand R.
