After a error in manufacturing the branch recognised the error and fixed it. It just took an additional two months.

Ian, Matt, Daniel, and one other worker whose name I can't recall were very good at their job and friendly as well. They even were friendly with my dog! Very responsive to questions I had. The company kept their promise of installing the 7 windows in 2 days. Big crew and consistent. Only one snafu: an window exterior sun screen was taken as trash. Watch for or anticipate such a mishap.

If you need your windows repaired this is the company to use! Dwayne is awesome to work with. He was timely and checked out the problem right away. He placed the order for the glass and as soon as it was done he was back out installing. Another reason to choose Sunny State is that it's local and they did a fantastic job my new windows look amazing!!

Highly recommend Valleywide Glass! My sliding glass door was getting stuck and became a huge pain to open and close. Valleywide Glass was efficient, quick, and very professional! Will definitely use them again in the future.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. They were the 6th company I called (I never get that many quotes for a job) because I just couldn’t get on board with the other companies. Thank goodness I didn’t give up and tried one last company. They’re extremely responsive, kind, patient, and knowledgeable and offer great prices for their products, definitely not inflated like several of the other companies I talked to and the doors were ready to install in less than 4 weeks after ordering. They are not hard sellers but will any questions you have and offer advice if needed. They replaced 2 sets of very old French doors (one set included a sidelight) in my condo with new fiberglass ones and I could not be happier. They also replaced door sweeps and weatherstripping on two other doors as well as fixed a sticky patio door just because Craig noticed it sticking as he opened it. Kris also left the place as clean as when he came. Craig and Kris are just genuinely nice people with fair prices, incredibly hard workers, and are very meticulous in what they do. I will go to them for all of my future door and window needs as well as recommend them to anyone who needs windows and doors. You will not regret it!

100% recommend this company. Greg is very professional, knowledgeable and personable. He explained everything from top to bottom and answered all our questions (and we had many). He came out TWO more times to answer our additional questions. We originally only needed an estimate for one window but ended up replacing all of the windows in our home. We interviewed four other companies and we were not impressed with the professionalism we received as they really didn’t want to fuss with one window. We even talked with the other company that sells and installs Infinity from Marvin. I had to ask the sales guy to leave as he wasn’t transparent with his pricing. If you are looking for a professional, honest company this is it!

FAST QUICK AND EASY AND EFFECTIVE

My experience with Krasiva was good in the beginning but has now gone downhill. Perry came to my house back in November 2020 and basically sold me on getting two new windows. I went ahead and placed the order. My initial install was done February 26th. The installers were professional and cleaned up after themselves. One of the installers showed me a picture he took with his cell phone of a hairline fracture he discovered on one of the windows. He could've pretended to not see it but I felt that spoke to the integrity of the company. The installer told me that he would put in an order for a replacement window. I called Krasiva to confirm and the replacement was ordered. I followed up 2 weeks after that and the woman who answered told me they estimated my replacement to arrive the week of April 26th. To my surprise, I got a call from Krasiva last week telling me my replacement window arrived. That's 3 weeks earlier than estimated! I was so excited! The guy asked if they could install it that weekend, but I had a dentist appointment. So, I scheduled the installation for the following weekend (today). The guy told me the installers would arrive between 8 - 8:30 AM. I woke up early this morning. I cleaned up the area where the window would be installed, put down tarp on the floor. I was ready! When 8:30 came around and no one showed up, I tried to call Krasiva but guess what? They're closed on weekends!! So, who do I speak with to find out if the installers are still coming? While on the phone with my mom, I get a voicemail. I listened to it and couldn't believe what I was hearing. The installer, Randall, said he couldn't find my window and left his personal cell number. I immediately called Randall back. He answered and explained that he's been in the warehouse for over an hour searching for my window but can't find it. He says that happens sometimes when the paperwork guy gets the orders mixed up. He then tells me he doesn't believe my window was ever delivered. WHAT!! I asked Randall if he had a phone number for a manager at Krasiva to get it resolved. He tells me no and that he has the same office number, which is closed, so I'll have to wait until Monday. So, I'm not getting my replacement window today and there's no one I can speak to, not even Perry - the salesman, to find out who dropped the ball. What I also don't understand is why the installer can't contact ANYONE at Krasiva, especially on a Saturday. And why would you have installers work on a day that the business is closed? Doesn't make any sense, but I do know they wasted my time. I have other windows that need to be replaced but I wanted to test my experience out with this company installing only two windows to determine if I will hire them again. I think not.

UPDATE: 4/22/21
Had my replacement window installed last Friday. I also received an unexpected visit from the President of the company. Greg was apologetic, genuine and sincere. He's passionate about the business, his employees and the customers they service. That left a lasting impression on me. The installers were very polite and professional. They even brought in a vacuum to clean up the area where they installed the window. When they finished you couldn't even tell they had been in house. I would recommend Krasiva and will be using their services again.

They did a fantastic job by getting me in right away for a window repair and completing the job quickly and skillfully. The customer service by everyone I interacted with was really great too. All in all, this was definitely a five star experience.

I have a house with a lot of windows and I had gotten a couple of bids already, they had better windows and a better price. The installation went really well too. I would highly recommend getting a quote from them before you buy windows from someone else.
