Desert King Windows installed 14 windows at my home and I am extremely satisfied. The installers were ready, started right away, explained the whole process, and delivered an excellent product. Overall, an excellent job. I highly recommend Desert King Windows.

These guys are amazing. I bought a cascading, 3-panel sliding glass door. The job was big, because they had to do some construction. But, it was done on time and I am in love with the outcome. I would highly recommend this company.

Easy to work with payment by check or credit card. I checked with other companies and Vision is a lower price everything included. Dual pane and extra locks with screens. No mess when finished. He took the old windows and frames with him! I had the advantage of seeing Chris install windows in another home in Apache County AZ so I know his work is professionally done.
Super friendly and stays on task. Took just a few hours with 3 huge bedroom and 1 small frosted glass bathroom windows.

Disappointed with customer service! I called made appointment a few days before appointment they call and cancelled. They didn't even attemp to change it to a later time! As a business owner we always we go above and beyond to make it happeed. Take your business elsewhere.

This is now our 3rd time using SI for our window needs.
At the beginning of our project, we received quotes from several window companies in the valley and we found our representative Greg Johnson to be very professional and honest.
We realized that although they are not the least expensive company - the windows are amazing quality and visually pleasing.
And it just so happens that each time we purchased, the windows were installed within the promised time frame. What’s not to love about that!
The installers were professional, courteous and clean.
We couldn't be more thrilled with our windows or the company’s overall performance.
This current install will conclude our project but we will continue to refer SI Windows to family and friends.

If I could put 0 stars I would this company took a family members money 50% upfront and did not deliver. They actually damaged the home. We will see them in court. Use someone else all these reviews are fake. Please do your research buyer beware would not recommend.

Our representative, Chris was awesome! He's Very helpful, Straight forward and informative. He knows his stuff and the consultation was very well tailored to our needs and the look we wanted. We're ordering 20 windows of all different sizes and some odd shapes. Lifetime has a good product for all budgets and designs.

Had all of our windows and a sliding door replaced.
The entire team was a pleasure to work with, from initial sales to install. They answered all our questions, kept us informed, even worked with the HOA for us on some changes we wanted to make. Can't recommend them enough.

Freelite provided new windows throughout our client's home. We are a general contractor. Freelite was a subcontractor. Their installers are stellar. The lead installer is customer focused and properly trained. They left the jobsite clean. We highly recommend Freelite for new windows for homes.

The installers where awesome, they did Great!
Not the right size, Windows are way to small.
They used plastic 2 “ wide on each side, plus in the Guest room 3” on top and bottom of window, it is a long and narrow window already.
I called a few times, when my rep called back, he said; they could not do more window than the original, they windows are way smaller now.
I wanted for him to come out and look.
He just got upset with me.
I told him, so, I am paying all this money for plastic! They would not even reduce my bill or anything.
People please if you purchase windows and they do not look the right size right away, complain then!

Great experience. Good price, good install. Everything was as they told us it would be. Will do business again when we replace the other windows in the house

I have a house with a lot of windows and I had gotten a couple of bids already, they had better windows and a better price. The installation went really well too. I would highly recommend getting a quote from them before you buy windows from someone else.
