Earlier this week we had two windows replaced and the experience was awesome. Due to window failure of an old upper arch window and water damage created by poor sloping on an exterior “pop out“ surrounding the garden style window beneath it, we needed both replaced. We also wanted the exterior pop out removed and the garden window replacement to be flush with the wall to prevent issues in the future. The sales guy I talked to was thorough, had great color suggestion for the frame and responded quickly to email. The two guys who came out to put in the windows were very neat, cleaned up everything thoughtfully and when a concern over existing water damage arose during installation, came up with a solid solution. They bought additional 2x4 and added extra waterproof material to the framing, explaining what was and wasn’t necessary, while listening to our concerns. I really appreciated how they handled the situation and the quality of work. We will certainly recommend you to our friends.

My tile/shower guy has used them for a number of years as his glass company to go with on showers. I as a general contractor always have trusted my guy to get it done which he always has. I have also referred clatyon glass to anyone contractor or homeowner asking for a solid referral. I finally give them a call myself because my tile guy is running behind on work and am told I am not on there current list of contractor and they won't deal with me right now. I am told they are not taking on new contractors which I am not I try to explain the situation and it is obvious they frankly don't care. It doesn't matter I was told unfortunately I am not in the system BUT if my tile guy calls they will deal with him when they have the time. It is unfortunate they do good work but apparently when times are good they don't care about the little guy is how I took it even though behind the scenes I have been dealing with them for years.

From the first call from Reliable to set up an appointment through installation the process was as professional as I’ve seen in awhile. ABC Glass representative is color blind, I ordered Bronze, they installed a Black Sliding Glass Door, Told My Wife she didn't need the screen over the south facing stationary 8' wide glass door, in Phoenix. when they were removing the one that was installed. They did not install a new one, I had to do it myself, however it most likely would have been BLACK if they did, I had to change out the BLACK screen on the moving section of the 8' screen to BRONZE myself, Bugs can crawl in under the door between the door and frame, light shows thru at both ends about 3 wide, appears track was cut back too far from factory, BLACK frame installed with ALUMINUM colored Screws !!, I'll have to paint them myself, Frame is bowed due to the frame was not shimmed like a Journeymen Craftsmen would have installed it, Quality of installation is like a 4th grader !! I should have taken heed to the previous reviews, I thought people were just complainers, I didn't even address the lack of finish on the interior that I had to finish myself !! I paid full price and got a Half Ass Job in return, save yourself some heartache, do your homework. I'm a retired General Contractor,

This is the 2nd time I used this company, the first experience was excellent but this time it wasn’t. We had Miguel replace our windshield once again, because of COVID concerns I went inside after I greeted him. However, my daughter stayed outside with him until he was done & paid him. I was curious so I wanted to see the new windshield after he left, but I noticed a little chip not a hole, as I was later told today. I immediately left a vcm concerning the chip & and sent an email not even an hour after the job done, which I have a copy. No response so I called in the morning and made arrangements to be at the main window store location. I got there and Carla got a chance to see the chip. I told her I wasn’t going to pay 130.00 for that, I need a replacement. She didn’t believe me and kept questioning the chip. Again, I informed her I sent an email and left a message yesterday regarding the chip. Usually a company understands and emphatic, I wish Miguel was there maybe things would have been different, but she was questioning which got me angry. No apologies or concerns. So I would be cautious when there is a window replacement, I regret not being outside because of the pandemic but I was positive there would be no problem. Daniel (the technician who showed up at the store) declined replacing it or otherwise.
