Best Commercial Service in Phoenix AZ

It is a very bad company, they have a bad reputation that their houses have lichen very soon, their workers do very bad jobs. I do not recommend it.

Best company within the construction industry I have ever used!

These guys so far are fantastic. The gentleman gave me a very good estimate. Now I just need to get approval from my insurance company to move forward.

Lars came out 2 days after we contacted RENCO, super nice guy, he went over everything we needed to know so we went a head and scheduled for them to replace our flat roof.

They called us day before the scheduled day to confirm the job and what time they would arrive. Mark and his crew worked on our roof from 5am to 3, they got it all done in one day!! Very clean, covered everything around our house ( car, pool, patio furniture etc.) to protect it from over spray, to make sure it didn’t get anything on it.

We went with this company because of the good reviews and also how easy and knowledgeable Lars was. We are very happy !! We would recommend this company to anyone who’s in need of a new roof! Mark and his crew gets stuff done!

As for price, I’m happy with what we paid, could probably have found lower, but we were not looking for a Groupon deal, wanted a solid company that stands by their work.

We just had our roof completed and we could not be more pleased. Jesse came over to give us our quote and he kept his promises. There were no surprise fees or charges. Jesse was quick to respond to all questions via call or text. The team worked very well together and got our roof completed quicker than expected. We are very excited about our new, beautiful, long lasting roof!

Floyd the technician was awesome. Called the day before to reconfirm, was courteous and efficient, emailed me the paperwork I needed. Everyone at Lyons was awesome. Highly recommend!

Called for roof deck quote early August 2021 someone came out to measure and was told quote would be in 2 days max well I am still waiting to get quote in september.

Home Inspector identified stains on eaves after recent heavy rain. Recommended an expert inspect for leaks. Alex (manager) was very courteous and made me feel very comfortable about their inspection process. Their technician Chris inspected the roof and repaired flashing. He was very kind and honest with his inspection in which he detected no leaks. This company has INTEGRITY with TRUST!

Took care of my roof leak in a timely manner, priced right and great to work with. Would reccomend to anyone looking for roof work that needs to be done on their home.

I had a great experience with multi pro roof solutions. From start to finish it was stress free. I knew I had a worn and damaged roof so I called Kris Chavez and he came over and checked out my roof. I made a claim with my Insurance company and he helped me through the proces . He even met the insurance adjuster at my house. A week later the materials were dropped off, then a day later the work started. The job was done in one day and the crew leader was very polite and caring. He asked permission before doing or moving things. I highly recommend this company and Im very satisfied with the finished product.

They offered friendly and professional service, impressing me with their determined effort to provide a quality job in a timely manner. They far exceeded my expectations, in that the job was done on the day they began and the roof looks fabulous! Absolutely the best to work with. Nick was our sales and site supervisor and he was at the house daily. Great communication and the job site was clean every day when the crew left. The roof looks spectacular.

WARNING: This is a dishonest company, and I would never use them again.

The estimator gives you the feeling that everything will be taken care of, and that they will own this section of the roof, which couldn't be farther from the truth.
My roof was bowed up in a fairly large area on one slope of the roof. I assumed bad plywood or something similar. This was very well communicated to both the estimator and the roofing team that came on site, yet the problem was largely ignored.
At the end of the job, the roof looked ok, but within a short time it was bowed up again. Although they did come out to inspect the roof again, their findings indicated that there were issues with some trusses that had not been installed or sized properly, which needed to be trimmed off.
I was frustrated that this wasn't found to begin with, but was perfectly willing to pay for additional repairs to have the work done, until I saw the estimate to charge ME for all new shingles/reinstallation in an area they just replaced. Why should I pay twice for the same job that wasn't done correctly to begin with? I would have easily paid for the work unrelated to that.
I made a logical argument that they should cut me a break on the shingles, since it was they who had failed to diagnose the roof properly, but they wouldn't budge, not a penny. At this point I am having to cut my losses, as I certainly was not going to let them double dip on these charges.

In any case, I'd think twice before using this company because they don't stand behind their work, and will take your money and run.

WORST COMPANY EVER. I can’t even put into words how awful these people are. I’m driving to work and one of their drivers cuts me off and almost drove me off the road!! Who does that? Especially them having big lifted trucks and me, a young female in a car. Shows they have no morals. And now they are blowing up my friends phone harassing me, calling me previous job trying to see if I still work there. That’s harassment! Everything they did is harassment. I took a picture of the license plate and have wrote down a whole report. And I have screenshots & witnesses of them blowing my phone up and calling a job that I used to work at.

Wow they are so immature! I have PROOF, they called my phone more than 10 times! You’re saying you called me back? Who calls someone back more than 10 times!!! And then my coworker from my old jobs has me call because they *67 the work office where i USED to work, I’m not even an employee there
anymore & asked if I worked there & when she said no they said “yeah she does” and hung up. These are grown men. You are cutting off teenagers and driving reckless. It’s not safe for people to drive like that. How would they feel if someone did that to them or their children? Think before you do someone. We need better people in this world. We are all driving to get somewhere alive and we have people driving reckless. I don’t know how to add pictures but I have pictures to prove everything I am saying. So yes this is a VALID review because it’s about YOUR company & YOUR employees.

My story hasn’t changed. You’re driver was unprofessional & cutting someone off and driving someone off is illegal & reckless driving. I’m not going to sit here and continuously argue over the situation. You guys called me, like I stated before that I have proof, more than 10 times. Someone professional would call once and leave a professional voicemail and handled it correctly. So I stated everything that happened and that’s the truth & still you guys are trying to make it seem like I’m in the wrong?? You have bad drivers who are endangering other drivers because of no reason. So your bad drivers are UNETHICAL.
