Best Commercial Service in Phoenix AZ

We would definitely call Tree Pros again for trimming our huge backyard Acacea tree each and every Spring (and Fall too, if necessary). We called them as a referral from AMS Landscaping in order to keep our backyard tree shade without destroying our swimming pool due to excessive leaf debris. Nate came out to provide an estimate within 1 week and a crew came out to trim it up the following week. It was expedient, they cleaned up, and really did a great job for a fair price considering all that they trimmed away. We love it!

Guy on the phone (Jason) was short with me and rude. The tree trimming we needed I guess wasnt a big enough job for him...he made me feel inadequate,and like I wasnt important! Noone else was available in my area so I went ahead and used thier service, some homeless looking guy showed up to trim the trees, didnt say but two words to me(maybe didnt speak English) then took off! His truck was leaking oil on my driveway the whole time! The guy didnt even pick up all the trimmings...I guess thats what you get for taking a chance. Wont happen again! What kind of professional talks down to people,has bad service,high prices and leaves your driveway a mess??? The guys whos face is on the hood of the trucks a guess! What a chauvinistic fool!

Got an estimate for getting large tree limbs cut that were overhanging my daughters room. After estimator came out they said Id get an estimate later that afternoon. Didnt hear from them the first day, nor the second day. Reached out and was told owner will let me know the next day. Once again, nothing. The following day I reached out again and was told owner is not interested in doing the job. AVOID this company like the plague. They are unprofessional and will waste your time!

Second time I have used them, love their prices and courteous works. My tree took a little less then 30 minutes. They have the right equipment for the job. I will use them again.

OMG, what a wonderful experience this was. I had a 45 year old grapefruit tree that was pretty much dead and diseased. The heat last summer pretty much killed it and there were a lot of big dead limbs that I was afraid would break off in a storm and harm something on our property or worse one of our neighbors. When I called for an appointment , Sal Rodriguez came out the next day, looked things over and gave me a price, which, by the way, was extremely reasonable. On our appointment day, he was here when he said he would be. I was so impressed with the care he took getting this tree removed. Not one branch landed in any of our neighbors yards and he cleaned up all the leaves and branches etc. so well you would have never known a tree had even been there. I can't say enough wonderful and kind things about Saland his wife or their Arborzona Tree Service except if you want a great company to take care of your trees, these are the people you want.

These folks are fantastic, very professional and honest, not to mention punctual, which is hard to find these days. I was impressed with the level of detail and care they provided when working at my home. I will definitely have them back for my next project.

This is an amazing company, everyone from Kaitlan and Jennifer on the phone, Andy handling the job appraisal and Kyle and Kory who removed the tree stumps and did a fabulous job. I am so pleased with them all. I will be calling them again for some tree trimming. I highly recommend this company for all of your trees. Trees for Needs also donates to local charities which makes them #1 for me.

They showed up when they said they would show up and performed the work as promised. It was a great company to work with.

We've had Mike & PV Trimmers work on several projects in our yard this year. Each and every time they have been exemplary.

Very frustrated - paid $185 and specifically asked for weed treatment - the weeds are thriving so I essentially paid $185 to have the lawn mowed. The crew was late so I assumed maybe they forgot to spray and asked if maybe they could come back and spray when I noticed the weeds were growing back up a few days later. It’s been weeks now and they haven’t sent anyone. Asked me to set up another appointment and then never offered any times. I followed up again and even gave them a heads up that I was going to write this review and still no response. I recommend finding someone else to take care of your yard!

The team were professional and the job went perfectly. We had a Sabal Palm that grew to 15 feet and was located in a bad spot in our back yard. (inches from a concrete wall and wedged in a corner). These guys performed this duty with ease and took extra care on how the pieces fell being very careful all along the process. I got to watch from my back window so I saw how great these guys worked. Left the area spotless when finished and absolutely did not damage a thing. I would highly recommend this company!!!

We contacted American Tree and Landscape via Facebook and they responded right away. We then sent photos of the palm trees we needed trimmed (which are all very tall & require climbing) and were given a very reasonable price quote that same day. We next asked how soon they could do the job and were told that while they already had 2 jobs for the following day, they would be willing to fit us in after the other jobs were complete. They showed up early afternoon, got right to work, continually checked in with us as they were trimming the palm trees to make sure they were looking how we wanted them and the guys were just overall pleasant and wonderful to work with! We will be calling them again the next time we need any yard work done and/or trees trimmed!

Let me tell you, these guys are absolutely amazing their prices are great and their customer service is on point! We had a Palo Verde tree in our back yard that was needing a major trimming, these guys came out and knocked it out the park tree looks amazing now! We were so happy with the service we called them back out to do our front yard, needless to say our front and back yard both look amazing now, they do fantastic work and definitely know what they are doing. Will be using them from here on out! Thank you guys again ?.

Dave was great. He educated us about our trees and treated both for a reasonable price. We will use him again if needed.

After the storm our Palo Verde tree fell blocking my neighbors driveway not allowing them to get their cars out of the garage. After getting an estimate from Edward his crew immediately came after to remove the blockage of my neighbors driveway and the rest of the tree laying on the ground. They were professional, good priced and fast for the emergency. They also trimmed two other trees to avoid them from falling to save us from loosing another tree. We will have them back for our next trim. Great job
