Dave's Metro Auto Glass

The employees at this place went above and beyond to help me with a windshield chip (smaller than a quarter) on a rental car. This was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. I phoned a few places and they had the lowest price at $40. I didn't have to book an appointment and could walk in. I was there for about 15 minutes, and they have a comfortable waiting area for customers with free WiFi. Then to top it off, the employee surprisingly didn't even charge me for the service.

Had a rock chip from a while ago, and then snow in Flagstaff helped it spread out. Had 1 day off, and nobody in Flagstaff had what I needed, nor could fit me in today. Was told to call somewhere in Phoenix. Dave's was the first place I called, and they said they'd be waiting on me when I got here. They started working on it almost immediately! Great staff and customer service. Definitely more than 5 stars! Thanks guys and gals for helping me out in a crunch.

Service was literal 5 stars! I had a rental car that had developed a chip in the windshield. They require to be there by 4 PM (1 hour before they close) on weekdays and it was 3:59 PM when I called so I showed up Saturday 15 minutes after they opened. Got checked immediately and had someone repairing the chip within 10 minutes. Also pricing is PERFECT!!! Cheapest out of every place I called. I was in and out in less than 25 minutes. They will be my new glass place!

Do not go anywhere else, 45 mi from can I get my windshield replaced to out the door super friendly and got big inventory of semi trucks windshield and glass gotta come back for my other truckless then half the price from safelight.

In today’s world you never know what to expect on your first trip to a business of any kind. Well I can tell you from the first call to completed service they were outstanding! Missy behind the counter was great to work with. The guys in the shop got me right in and repaired my windshield quickly. When you are greeted with a smile you know you have found a place that you will return to.

Great place to get a windshield or auto glass replaced. The store is in a tight spot if your driving a commercial sized vehicle but they get you in and out quickly enough. Good folks also.

I reached out via email for a quote and they were very quick to respond! I'm in Dallas and didn't realize they were in AZ, but even after they knew I wouldn't be using them, they took the time to speak with me and explain their quote. Very thoughtful and kind! I'm bummed I didn't get to use them, but they seem wonderful!

I am very happy I went with Dave's Metro Auto Glass for my windshield replacement. The customer service was top notch, and the installation was flawless. The technician that did the work was friendly, experienced, and did a great job. His attention to detail with every single step was obvious and the end result couldn't have been better. This installation was on my brand new (3 months old) 2019 Chevy Colorado. I will be recommending Dave's to everyone I know for their windshield replacements in the future.

Have been coming here for years, they have replaced many windshields on the semi's I have owned and always have them in stock. In and out in usually thirty minutes. The Tech even went out of his way and replaced my windshield fluid hose without asking, they are the greatest!!

Motorhome windshield replacement completed at their shop. All the people I delt with were nice and the work was completed satisfactorily. They were very accommodating with schedule, etc. They've been around for 30 years and do really good work.

But I must WARN you...they are located in a bad neighborhood. The person that checked me in warned me that vehicles left overnight get robbed quite often so he made arrangements to store my vehicle at an alternate location. The (shared) parking lot has nails, screws, and razer blades laying around. When picking up my completed vehicle, I was outside talking to the owner (Dave, a really nice guy) and we found several sharp object, including a razor blade. I found others while moving my vehicle.

Friendly folks, great price, and fast service! There was even room to get my semi truck and trailer in so they could fix it on site. Thank you for taking care of me!

I had a rock chip my windshield and then split halfway across while still driving. I was on my way out to an evening appt in Buckeye and wouldn't be able to get back in time to get it repaired the same day. Dalton was fantastic and very pleasant to work with! He showed up promptly the next morning at 8:30am to my home, as he'd guaranteed. It took about 30-40 mins and he had me on my way to work in time. I highly recommend and would certainly use them again!!

My F-150 was in and out in about 45 minutes. My 94 Acura legend took a few hours. Either way, this is the place to go. The service is GREAT! They really know how to make the waiting experience the best. Their waiting room has Direct TV with all the channels, WiFi, USB & power strips, a water cooler with cups, clean restroom & a foosball table. Their customer service is also great and everyone is so friendly. They also come to you and replace your glass at your address. Last time I was there, John even referred a good plumber since I mentioned I had a water leak, but that's another review. These guys are the ones that take care of our big rigs at work and are definitely my go to place to get my auto glass taken care of.

Screamed at 60 + and u had a monsoon when u went to truck wash. Was only in truck 6 months. Before crack thank God. Called these guys up and never looked any place else on windows for my semis. So goes to show u its quanty over quality At safelight way overrated and overpiced. Dave's metro glass has my business for any of my vehicles. Commercial or personal. I had a technician come out to me the very same day, explain the procedure as well as the risks to me in person, and perform the repair without any issue. Due to issues with Safelite I called Dave's Metro Glass. Spoke to Missy, explained my issue and she had my insurance info shortly. Called to say she received it. From 930 in the morning I had a new windshield by 1330. 30 mins to change. Install.is flawless.

This is my go to place for windshield replacement, unbelievable great service. Did a super great job, went through a truck wash and No Leaks.

I had some Some issue with my windshield and I called Dave’s auto glass and spoke to Messi she was very professionnel. When i got there I waited to see the old guy only one in the shop to fix my truck and after 20 minutes of waiting he came out and started to ask questions how /why / when / I just tolled him to replace my windshield and I will see if there’s any changes after the fact. He came inside my truck look at my windshield. ( I’m a truck driver and I was driving in the rain for 4 days straight and I have to do something to stop the water to get inside the truck)
He ask who put the silicone one the windshield and I tolled him was me to get back to Phoenix and fixed he was upset I didn’t know why ? I could’ve clean it silicon will come easy then he took the windshield out and I ask him if he want me to clean it and the was just NO. Ok I left him alone and I saw him jumping from one chair to another and all my paperwork and my holder my chargers all my electronic staff was on the other chair and this guy was seating on them going left and right on them. When he’s was done. I complain about him to the office and that was 3 days ago. I never got any calls from the Manager or the owner. I don’t recommend anybody to use the old guy is the only one there everybody else is a younger.

Very satisfied. They were the only company I could find that would do the repair of the custom glass repair. I am from Virginia and no one here wanted anything to do with it.

The smell of fragranced glue was so strong that it was nauseating. Even with the windows opened for days, the smell has saturated the interior of my vehicle and is now in the vents. It has been days since my window was replaced, and the smell is still strong inside of my vehicle. I will most likely have to have my vehicle professionally ozoned to try and remediate the interior of my vehicle. I cannot recommend this company because the adhesives used have damaged the interior of my vehicle. I am unable to even drive the vehicle without the windows fully opened due to dizziness and nausea.

Called the day before because I live way up on route 66. They made sure my glass was in stock and gave me a window Of time the next day to show up which is great because it was flexible and who knows what can happen in a 3+ hour drive. I showed up around 2pm and they had the window changed in under 40min. Everything was timely and professional. I'm not your average customer because I own a body shop, I restore old cars too...
