Brody answered all my questions patiently and they had the job completed before I knew it. I loved how there we no traces of them even being there, expect the perfect new glass. Great service, I texted a picture of sliding door glass and measurements,was give price options on phone depending on type of glass I may have,they gave me a time when they would stop by.installers came in and looked at window.Said they had it in stock,they left to get glass and came back in 30min with glass all done from start to finish in about an hour. I am in the process of renovating my master bedroom. Part of the renovation included installing a large three panel window on my north wall. I had a small window already there. I had the contractor frame out the space in the wall for the window, but it was a weird fit because of the size and spacing of the wall. (This was an older home). I needed a custom fit window. I googled for it and Superior Glass was the first one that popped up. I gave them a call and they came over that afternoon. They provided me with a free onsite estimate that was way cheaper than I expected and ordered me a custom window that same afternoon. The following week, the installer brought the window and needed materials and installed the window in no time at all. He even cleaned up his materials and the area from the installation process and mess. It was so easy and complete. I am elated with my new windows and how painless it was to get them installed. We called and asked to have a glass made for a table. We gave the dimensions and they said they could do it. We brought the pattern and it took him a week and a half to tell us that they couldn't do it. Now we're behind. If you want a perfectly square piece of glass cut you can go there. I wouldn't waste my time on anything that takes any challenge

The installation was much earlier than the original projected date. Donald H and Zach H did a great job with our shower install. They were very professional and finished the job in 2 days. Thank you Donald and Zach! We are still waiting on the custom shower doors, but anticipate the installation will meet our expectations!

Back yard sliding patio door 23 years old repaired

My order was not what I expected. The two larger windows were not openable. The locksets were passage handles only. No locks. Doors were excellent but when all was delivered I was shocked that there was no installation. Had to get an independent contractor in to do that. Also got proper locks from Home Depot and we installed those ourselves. I prefer to work with local small businesses but things like this are making it difficult.

Cody was great to work with. He ensured all our questions were answered to our satisfaction. He arrived during installation to check if we had any further questions or concerns. Heath and his helper Joe did an amazing job installing our windows. We couldn't be more satisfied and highly recommend Universal Windows Direct.

This is an awesome company to work with. I special ordered a glass top for a table and from the lady who counseled me on what glass would be best to the guys in the shop who helped load it into my car . . . everyone was professional, helpful and I got exactly what I needed. Highly recommend!

A rock hit my ? and got a chip right on the edge of the glass. I need a windshield repair. Luckily, Phoenix Mobile Car Glass was recommended to me. I called them immediately and they scheduled me the next day. Now the chip is no longer visible..
