After spending over a week dealing with a very dishonest septic company and trying to get a passing grade to sell our home, we called Mike Roybal Septic Services, desperate for an honest assessment of our septic. While the other company was ready to rebuild for thousands of dollars, Mike conducted the same tests and found no issues. We are now certified and ready to sell! Honesty and integrity is hard to come by and this company has both in spades.

We had emergency overflow with our septic tank. We called Quality and spoke to Vince and he was on time explained what could be the issue/issues the worst to the best scenarios and luckily it was not as bad as he thought he pumped our septic tank and drains and we are good to go! Will definitely use him and Quality again!! Thank you!

I thought we had a septic tank for our sewer service, turns out we are on city sewer and sanitation. I called Sewer Time thinking we had a septic pipe leak but it was the main sewer pipe to the street. Dan at Sewer Time explained how my sewage and water system works and that they were a full licensed plumbing company and they dug up and replaced our sewer line. They did it fast and were very clean doing the work. I want to recommend these guys to everyone sewer system or septic system they do it all.

This team is passionate about helping people understand their waste water system and keeping them from throwing money at it needlessly. I called to have my septic pumped because all of my drains were clogged. As soon as he said they didn’t pump I thought I was off to the next number but I was wrong. He walked me through my septic system from drain field to clean outs to be sure I needed the system pumped and helped me figure out that I had a clog at the septic intake. Rather than charge me to come out and fix it he gave me simple clear instructions on how I could painlessly fix it myself in under 5 min. I highly recommend Hornick Contracting.

Experienced a drain field failure on my 41 year old home. I contacted Paradine Services and they were able to come out and give me information about my drain field and options for replacement. I opted to have them take care of installing the new one. They did a fantastic job. They communicated everything that would happen up front, gave accurate estimates on pricing, and then took care of everything from getting the necessary permits and soil tests done to removing the old system and installing the new one. Very happy with the service and job performed and would recommend them to anyone in the area that needs any type of work done to their septic system.

I really can't say enough good things about Jake and Black Mountain. We operate a short term rental and had our septic tank filter clog and tank needing to be pumped. To make matters worse, we didn't know where the exact location of the tank or lids since the home was a fairly recent purchase for us. Jake located, dug everything up, installed risers, new filters, lid and cleared our blockage. All within a few hours of our call. We had a real sh*tty situation on our hands, but Jake took care of quickly, effectively, and a very reasonable rate. We now have a reminder to have them out for our annual inspection and cleaning here on out.

I actually called a local plumber whom I I’ve used for 7 years, and was transferred to Anthony’s because he was attending to his father who was ill. Okay I thought seems a decent thing to support a local company in his absence. The kitchen faucet handle broke so I purchased a new one that was ready to fit. I was told it would be a $49 call out charge no matter what.

I was out initially and my wife called to say she had to sign and agree to a $350 charge before the job could begin. I got home and the job was 70% done. I asked the tech why for a simple mixer faucet was it so much? He then presented me with a bill for $442. I was livid.

Based on the fact the tech started at 9:05am and almost finished at 9:25am, that works out to $1326 an HOUR. I spoke to his supervisor, who couldn’t grasp the hourly rate I mentioned , and instructed me they charge a flat fee no matter how long it takes? We had a heated discussion but he basically said ok, I’ll tell the tech to remove what he’s done and charge just the $49. And told me other plumbing companies would charge the same. I asked him if he knew what a cartel was. Wasn’t worth the time.

So you’d rather waste the techs time and ours to prove your justification for this absurd price for a simple 20min job. It was too late so he finished and I asked for any discount, or was that forbidden. We got 10%. On the bill was $395. So that wasn’t right either.

To be fair the tech was polite and did a good job, albeit feeling awkward now with an irate customer. Also note they insisted on installing new “ supply lines” which replaced new supply lines installed only a year before and in excellent condition. I was told it’s company practice. I’m sure it is. The tech left.

I had to call back to have the faucet centered up, as it wasn’t done the right way. No charge for that 3min service.

I don’t like giving bad reviews and I’m sure the skills and plumbing is good quality, but your pricing sucks. It’s a horrible business practice gouging customers just before you start the job, to pressure them. I won’t be using this plumbing service again. The extra star is for your tech, whom I felt embarrassed for having to deal with this.

My sewage lift station was no longer working and needed to be repaired or replaced.
After contacting Macho Contracting, they evaluated and responded with an estimate very quickly.
I verified Macho Contracting was a Licensed Contractor and in good standing with the BBB.
After I approved their estimate, they scheduled and performed the necessary work to replace my pumps and control panel for my existing sewage lift station.

Ed is the man. I called him to explain my issue and he identified it over the phone. He was able to come the next day and resolve my issues. He located my tank, dug it up, cleaned the filter, pumped it out and had me back in working order by the end of the day. His pricing was reasonable, and he's just a great guy that you feel good about hiring. I will have Ed come out to clean my filter each year, and pump my system before large family gatherings.

We decided to contact SepticFlo after getting the cold shoulder from several other companies in the same area. SepticFlo works with some amazing service providers and the company they sent was able to get our repair scheduled and completed quickly.

Paradise Septic saved us from a very stinky situation! They came out same day and when there was a problem on my end with locating the filter, returned 2 days later. They were very knowledgeable and helpful over the phone as well as in person. I received a window of time for arrival with a call on for a 30 minute lead time so I didn’t have to sit around for half a day. The technician was very respectful and super quick, clean and kind. I am so glad my neighbors all referred me to Paradise Septic!

I want to say Thank You. I had called on Saturday with an issue regarding the water valves under my kitchen sink, I was having a dishwasher installed. I spoke with Martiza in the office and was so impressed with her professionalism. Maritza called me back when promised and kept me informed of all scheduling. The gentleman arrived on Monday, at the time established, he was extremely professional as well. My home was built in the 50’s and all that goes with it. The water valves were so old a certain replacement valve used, the gentleman didn’t have that on his truck so he went out to get one with hesitation.

The job was taken care of and I can’t Thank You enough for the pride that is taken in the work performed and the professionalism of your team. I have already highly recommended Hero Home Services to my sister, who is a realtor, as well as neighbors and those that I work with. You just don’t get service like this anymore………

It was time to have our septic tank pumped out. A American came out the next day, and actually arrived 2 hours early than scheduled.

They also replaced one of the tank inspection plugs which had cracked in two, at no extra charge.

On top of that, they were significantly lower in price then three other companies that I had called.

I hike highly recommend this company.

The gang at Ajax are simply fantastic. We've had the odd septic issues over the years and honestly, I can't imagine calling anyone else. They come as soon as they are able; they're knowledgeable and they don't try to plow you under, money-wise--when you are miserable and desperate and willing to do ANYTHING to get it fixed. HIGHLY recommend.

I hired to cleana Grease trap,

Technician showed up to clean the grease trap of our restaurant and pump 2min, then said His PUMP WAS BROKEN AND COULDNT PUMP ANY MORE,

YOU COMPANYBWAS PAID IN ADVANCE AND I STILL HAVE A GREASE TRAP ALL FULL AND HAVE TO PAY SOMEBODY ELSE TO CLEAN IT, WHAT KIND OF SERVICE WAS THAT.

I contacted this company to come out as I had a clog in my sink. It was around 7:30pm and they were nice enough to come after hours (for a fee of course) and unclog my sink. I gave them access to my house through the front door and side gate and secured my dogs in the garage so they could move about the house with no problem or interference from my dogs. Roy and the gentleman who were with him did the work they needed to and said they were done with the job and cleaned up and left. I let my dogs out back to finish dinner and about an hour later was alerted to the 5 cops cars beside my house. I realized at that point, Roy left without closing the gate and my dog got out and was hit by a car and died shortly thereafter. I emailed the company to let them know about the situation and their response is that they have no liability for leaving gates and doors open and have offered me 100 bucks towards the 1k I spent that night. If you have animals, don't use this company, as they have no regard for animals and will leave your house without checking to make sure they secure their access points. HORRIBLE company with a HORRIBLE owner!
