Brandon was over and changed out an old bathroom exhaust fan. He was very professional and friendly. He was running ahead of schedule so called to see if he could stop by early. He cleaned up everything and made the whole process super easy.

First, a rep came , took pictures of the cabinets we wanted refinished, and sent us a proposal for the cost of the job.
Next, we paid half the price to do the project.
Then, nothing.
I started sending messages to our rep concerning when the project would begin. After a couple of weeks, Joe came and worked 4 days to complete the project. He did a wonderful job! We were very impressed with his professionalism, work ethic, and knowledge. We would certainly use him again and will recommend him to others.

I had the pleasure of working with Paul Smith of response crew. The job that I needed was to have an interior door installed. The door was a bit problematic and required some modifications. Paul was able to quickly identify the problem, and was able to quickly adjust his method for issues that arised. He had all the tools needed to complete the job, seemed very familiar with the process. He even went the extra mile (no pun intended) to go to home Depot and grab the correct door and install it.
