We’ve booked three cleanings through Queen of Maids and each house cleaning has been great. I like having the option to book my appointment online as well. It just makes things nice and easy.

We’ve had a couple different teams and they have always been very professional. The office gave us a call to follow up and see how the cleaning went. Very professional and good service.

These guys are amazing they’re punctual and very clean and professional . Michael walked me thru the entire process from start to finish and they took pictures of all my ducts to show me how dirty they were then showed me what they looked like after they were clean which no company has done before very trustworthy . May I also add very friendly and made feel like family would totally recommend these guys

I was quoted one price and then they added more and more. I was told the carpet cleaning g would be $169 and the stretching would be $250 for first two rooms and $50 for each additional. So should have been $569. Ended up paying over $900 which was a-lot more than I was quoted. Also the worker ripped my curtain down and hid it in my closet without telling me what he had done. I found it after they left. Carpets were not clean when they left and they wrote in the receipt that it was due to my not opting for more services. When I spoke to the owner he did nothing about it. No apology, no explanation, no nothing. He didn’t care. Do yourself a favor and don’t use this company.

I'm a property manager in downtown PHX, I hired Clean Towers window cleaning for our 4th floor common area. They were able to use our anchors on the roof in order to descend to the glass. I will be calling back in the spring.

I work for a Civil Construction Contractor. We contracted CBN to clean our field office in 2020. They were a very affordable solution for us in keeping our field office clean and sanitized every week during this Covid pandemic. They have been great at communication and fixed any issues we have brought up, which have been very minimal. We are now done with the job but will use them again if given the opportunity.

I dropped off my suite 11/21/2016 at 11 AM and notified them I would need it back the next morning. The front desk person told me it would be ready by 10 AM. I showed up at 11 AM the next morning and nobody had a clue where my suite was. After I gave them my info, the lady told me that it was scheduled to be picked up at 10 PM that night. They asked me if I could come back at a later time. After telling them I needed my suite back immediately, the front desk girl asked me to wait a few minutes and that they would have it ready. After 15 minutes of waiting they returned my suite. When I got home I took the plastic off and noticed that both my pants and jacket were covered in lint, also my jacket had a rip down the center on the inside. Hope your employees pay more attention to how they handle your clients garments. First and last time I use ABC 1 hour Cleaners.

I recommend Servpro completely! When the tub upstairs flooded down into my downstairs, well it was a disaster. They were very fast and worked with my insurance company. One happy customer here!

I have lived in Arizona for 25 years with 2 pools and numerous pool servicers. Rockman is the best I have experienced by far. Ashley has been my pool girl for a year or more and is very punctual always coming on the day of scheduled service. If I notice something I would like addressed either by note or verbally I can count on it being completed or an explanation and time for the request completion. I am also on the plan that includes filter and miscellaneous repair or maintenance and have found that quite useful and cost effective. My wife and I are real estate agents and recommend Rockman to all new clients and those that are tired of their current pool services. In a field where many service providers are available I find Rockman the best!

A Tidy Home HHS is the best cleaning service I have ever used. I have owned & managed vacation rental homes for three years now, and I have been through many cleaning companies. Heather and her team at A Tidy Home HHS are not only the best (by far) out of any company I have used, but they also go ABOVE AND BEYOND every single time to make sure that the vacation rentals are spotless. They are super responsive, very professional, and always make sure things are left sparkling clean - even when the guests leave the vacation rental a complete mess after checkout. I trust them to clean all 11 of my vacation rentals, and do an absolutely fabulous job every time. I also trust them to clean my personal home. They do a perfect job on every clean for an extremely reasonable price. I can always count on them to show up on time and pay close attention to the cleaning schedule (which is super important with vacation rentals, where schedule changes happen frequently). I absolutely do not know what I would do without A Tidy Home HHS. If i could give them more than 5 stars, I definitely would!

We are trying to stay ahead of the curve when it comes to the coronavirus; that is why we have been using All Pro Sanitize weekly to come to disinfect our service vehicles and offices. Andy and his team are great to work with since a lot of coordination is required with our service vehicle fleet. We highly recommend them to help keep yourself safe and to stop the spread of covid19.

I am very pleased with Apex. I had family come in to town and my carpets were a mess. My carpet hasn't looked this clean since I first moved in. I also had my sectional cleaned. I have a cat and needed to get rid of all the pet hair and smell. I was surprised that these guys were able to get all of that out in no time. Good job. I will definitely be using you again.

I just watched one of your technicians sit in front of my house for 10 minutes and I guarantee you that when I call I will hear these words, looks like they rung the door bell twice and no one was home. Someone is ALWAYS home, and no. No one rings the doorbell. We've even asked for double measure of proof of your incompetence that you call when you've arrived. No calls. No doorbell ring. No door knock. It's been about a month now that we haven't been able to use our pool because it is filthy. We've had to cancel a birthday get together, we can't sit in our backyard to relax because the now swamp-like pool is attracting all kinds of insects. I had to scoop a dead bird out of the pool just days ago. You started sending someone on Fridays last month and there always seems to be a reason that we have to wait until the following week to get our pool cleaned. And of course you come the next Friday where there's another issue that will cause us to wait. When you actually follow through on your service the pool looks great, but lately this service has been a complete waste. Also it doesn't help that NO ONE EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. I would like for someone to reach out asap.
