Best New Replacement in Phoenix AZ

We just had our windows installed yesterday and their service was excellent. The crew, Jose, Alonzo, and on the last day Gabriel were on time, very polite, and very professional. They were careful to cover everything inside the room they were working on and they never stopped moving. They even helped move furniture and remove existing blinds. They cleaned up after each room, sweeping floors and removing the plastic covers from the furniture. Of course, the installation turned out to be on the hottest day of the year, so we supplied some Gatorade. Didn't want anyone passing out! They were in the sun and the heat all day.
Would definitely recommend Desert King. From the first person that showed up to give us a quote to the installers, everything was perfect.

I was notified prior to the installers arrival and given the proper instructions for preparing the work area. Works were timely and did a good job of installing the windows. They also did a good job of cleaning up after the work was completed. The only suggestion I have is the workers need to have business cards on hand. A number of neighbors came by and were impressed with the windows and wanted phone numbers to contact Energy Shield.

Jerry, the estimator, was a very good communicator, both via phone and email.

Then came Dustin to install, very professional and kept the area clean and neat, hauling off the old windows and material. At the close of the install, he asked if he could show us how the window works, since they were sliding and how to manipulate the screens for window cleaning and/or removal. He was very friendly and professional and took the necessary time.

Very please with Az Windows and will use them to gradually replace all of our windows.

I was completely satisfied with the work done by True View. I found a golf ball in my bedroom and soon found the window it had drilled to gain entry. The True
Viewfolks showed up when they were supposed to and the installer was professional, thorough, and cleaned up afterwards.

I highly recommend Sunny State Glass. They were so knowledgeable and experienced - I was able to get a quote over the phone. They were extremely responsive - arrived within the hour of my call to them - even on Super Bowl Sunday! The repair was done so fast I could hardly believe it and the window looks perfect. The quote I was given held true, was spot on and all inclusive. (Not to mention lower than other companies' regular rates) Dwayne really knows his craft and his industry. He likes what he does and it shows. That's so refreshing in this day & age where it seems most businesses/service people do as little as possible for customers. Sunny State Glass is a true service company, they take pride in what they do and enjoy helping people. Friendly, professional, responsive, experienced, quality workmanship and take pride in what they do. What's not to love? ?

Craig and team were courteous, prompt, reasonably priced, and set realistic expectations on time frames. I love my Anlin windows/sliding glass door. Installation was very well done. I would recommend them to anyone.

I am a very satisfied custome! Just a half hour before my wife and I were taking our ganddaughter up north to the Polar Express my drivers window would not roll up. The first number that I came across was Power Window Repair. I forgot the name of the young man that answered the phone, however he was very polite and after explaining my situation I was informed that the mobile service was booked for the day however I couldbring in the car and that it could be done in approximately a half hour. I thought that was awesome, but because we were already off schedule,I called and made an appointment for two days later when I was returning. I was given a window of time, and the service man called me before he arrived (on time) and was avery nice. The window was fixed quickly and I would have to say that from that first phone call until that last handshake after the window was fixed, that I was very satisfied with the great customer service. I would highly recommend them.

I had all my Windows replaced with the blue tinted glass just like the Casinos have. Oh my God, what a night and day difference. I am so happy with my purchase even a year later. I tell my wife and friends all the time, this is one of the best purchases we have ever made. I live in Arizona, in the the summer I keep the thermostat at 77 during the day and 74 at night and my utility bill is now cheaper than what it was when running the thermostat at 82 during the day before I had the new windows installed. So yes I am very happy. The house is cooler and I save money even with having APS as a power supplier. Win win all the way around :)

The install team arrived promptly, introduced themselves and wasted no time in getting to work. They worked continuously causing the least possible disruption in completing the installation. They too care to protect house furnishings and property. When the Installation was completed they took care to explain the use and maintenance of the new windows. As far as I can tell the installation is flawless, the windows fitting perfectly and showing a thoroughly professional job. The team took care to make sure the house, with the exception of the new windows, looked as though they had never been here. I am completely satisfied with my whole experience with Anderson and would recommend them without hesitation!

I have a specialty door handle/set sold by these guys (unknown location of purchase, was a part of a renovation done 5 years ago). An internal hardware piece broke recently. I tried Home Depot 1st, but not luck. I went online to attempt purchasing a replacement, but the website directed me to this local dealer. I decided to walk in, unannounced, to attempt purchasing a replacement. The owner (or someone in charge in the back), decided to 1st check random spare parts in the back prior to my purchase. They indeed had an exact spare I needed and gave it to me free of charge. They did not have to show me this generosity, they could have made me repurchase the entire handle set. Thank you! I will definitely use these guys for any door or window needs in the future.
