I would highly recommend Bills Pest and Termite Control for extermination and termite needs. We have used the company for both. We have been customers for a couple of years and have been highly satisfied. The technicians are very friendly and knowledgeable. Any issues or concerns that we have are addressed and taken care of promptly. They are always very thorough, and spray inside and outside as well as lay down glue boards where appropriate. If any area needs extra attention, the technician goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is taken care of. Also, I appreciate that we are given a specific time for our appointments, instead of a window in which they will be there. They are always on time, and if for any reason they are running behind schedule, I always receive a phone call. I also know at the end of each appointment when next months appointment is scheduled for. Their prices are reasonable and I feel we always receive stellar service from them. Highly recommended!

Jay did a great job treating our home for scorpions. I work from home with two reactive dogs and I really appreciated that he texted me when he was on his way so I could make sure my pups were tucked safely away and my work meetings were not disrupted. We've been using this company for years and very rarely see a scorpion any more (we used to get them ALL THE TIME). Thank you!

The service worked well to control pests. It was easy to schedule, Alex is on time and courteous. The price is very reasonable and I love that I don’t have to have a contract!

I've been using this company for over a year and servicing monthly. I have seen 0 crickets and scorpions on my property since using Josh. We had several scorpions show up in our house last summer and my wife and I are so happy to not have seen any since using Family First Pest Control! Josh, the owner, is an honest and hard working dude. I really appreciate his business and keeping the bugs at bay!

Always professional and courteous. They show up on time and make it easy by texting you with the date and time of your next service, so you never have to wonder when you are due for your next treatment. We never see any bugs/critters in our house now.

Andrew recently completed pigeon mitigation on our roof and did an excellent job. He followed up with multiple pictures and a detailed explanation of the work completed.

My main gripe is that the gentleman showed up without a mask. I refused him entry. He was then supplued a mask by my manager and returned. This guy has been taking care of this building for a while now and knows we are either old or ill. He was unprofessional, inconsiderate, and rude, period.

We recently purchased a home on 5 acres, and were told the previous owners had a scorpion problem. Fromms came right out, serviced our new property and we haven't had any problems. I started using Moxie in June of 2021. I had just finished moving into my new home and someone came by with deal on services. He was pleasant and professional. My first service, without a doubt was the single best pest service I have ever had from any company, hands down.The technician was friendly and explained everything he would be doing. He was thorough and paid special attention to the areas I had seen activity and even found some I hadn't found. I was so happy I had found such a “great” pest company.Sadly, since then every technician had done a horrible job. I had to keep calling the office to have them send someone back.I was finding scorpions, tarantulas and black widows.There were active cobwebs on my backyard patio that every time I physically pointed out to the technicians and every time they not only didn’t remove the LARGE webs and take care of the biggest widows I’ve very seen, they didn’t even spray the general area.Sticky traps weren’t replaced and DE wasn’t put down. They barely sprayed.Today I just had another service. 1-20-22I called the office when I received the notice they were coming out. I told them what had been going on. The woman I spoke to sounded annoyed and made no verbal attempt to correct the situation or offer an apology. Terrible customer service on her end.The tech that came out today did a much better job. I had already resorted to buying my own bug spray and DE as well as knocking down all the webs previously.He was aware of the situation and apologized for all the “new” and “younger” techs. ( upon checking my invoices he was the tech that wasn’t doing his job previously, I didn’t realize this because he always wore dark sunglasses and a hat ) Before leaving he told me he looked at everything and the only thing he could see that they weren’t doing was “crack and crevice” and that I needed to be specific when those new techs come out…..I tried telling him, again, that I had done that 3 times and every time they didn’t do anything but he kept talking over me.I broke it down Barney style for these other techs when they came out, I did everything but hold their hands, I even ended up doing their job for them after I had given up on them correcting the problem.Today I found myself being told how to get the future techs to do there job, and he couldn’t find anything they didn’t do.I don’t think I’ll be keeping Moxie as my pest service.

I signed up for monthly service, and they have not been out for several months. I found a few scorpions in my house, and it took several weeks to get any response.

This is a fantastic service. It's hard enough to know you have to call someone because of pests in your home - in my case mice - I was totally creeped out.

When Tyler came he said he would take care of everything and he did. He emptied cabinets, vacuumed, moved and cleaned behind my washer and dryer, and put everything back perfectly. He is one of the nicest and most pleasant persons I have ever met.

The rates are reasonable le and if five is the highest star rating , rating they deserve ten.
