When I bought my house their were termites in the backyard shed which were treated. A few years later I noticed termites on my front yard fence which I killed. Recently I saw a lot of termite signs all over my front yard. So I contacted several pest control companies who listed a focus on termites.Several of them were more focused on selling me a solution before identifying if there was a problem. Furthermore the majority either didn't share much information about the different types of termites or confused them.However Chase for Bills Pest Termite Control was very helpful and provided a lot of useful information about the types of termites I had and the different types that posed a greater threat. After explaining the significance of the termite signs that I recognized he did an inspection. Upon finding no signs of termite activity in the structure he didn't try to sell me a solution to a non-existent problem.If I ever need or want any pest control services I am comfortable hiring Bills Pest Termite Control.

Alex is amazing and I am so lucky that I chose this company for my service. I called 2 other companies before him due to close proximity- and they were difficult to reach. I called Alex and he immediately contacted me back and set up an appointment to come see the issue that same day! He was very punctual, polite, and respectful in the house. He is also very knowledgeable in his field. I had (so happy to say HAD and not have) a roach problem and Alex diagnosed the issue and was very accurate in his estimate of how many treatments I would need. He is a very honest person because originally we were set for 5 treatments and because of his work i see no roaches after 4 treatments - I wasn’t sure if we needed the 5th and Alex, himself, stated 4 should be fine, gave me a recommendation for a household product, and set up treatment for every so months now for maintenance. He could have just as easily came in for that 5th treatment, I wouldn’t know any better, but he was very honest and has great integrity. His prices are affordable and worth every penny. I appreciate his services so much and would recommend him to anyone including all my family members. If you need an exterminator, Alex is your guy!

They have been treating our new house since November of 2017. We are on the semi monthly plan and if we have any issues in between they come free of charge. They are friendly, on time, and flexible with schedules. Very professional on the phone and in person. We will probably keep them forever!

I was horrified when we found bugs. I called Arizona Heat Pest Services and they were out there 1 1/2 hours after I called. They then came back later that day and completed the treatment and offered to go to the residence we believed the bugs came from a free inspection (which they took them up on their offer). I found these folks through my Angie's List deals. I purchased their services for $99. They came and spray the entire interior and then power sprayed the exterior. I think they did a great job and plan on getting monthly service from them. I am very pleased with the personnel. They were friendly, polite, and respectful of my property.
