Okay where to start. This man Brad was so awesome and personable. He told me exactly what the issue was (the doggy door). He told me what we needed to do, he even drew it out and allowed me to record him showing me how to use the trap.Needless to say this is a great company and I'd recommend them to any and everyone. We've been using AZ Organic Pest Control for over 4 years and have always been very happy with their service. Our technician Dan does a great job with the routine service, and has come out straight away on the few occasions we needed quick service (when we had a bee infestation, for example).

On time, they did a thorough inspection and showed us where all the termites were and the best plan of action to eradicate them.

They’re RARELY on time. They said they’d be here today (12-13-21) between 11-2pm. Didn’t show up until after 245pm. They also charged me (a few months back) and didn’t complete the service. I’m about to cancel on them and go with someone else. Today was the straw that broke the camel’s back.

(I am the church's administrative assistant.) We had termite treatment October 16, 2019 and purchased a 5-year extended warranty at that time. The attached pics show our current situation. We have called numerous times and had two appointments (Jan. 31 & March 8) for re-treatment but nobody showed up or called.
