Great company! Everyone I dealt with was very professional - the owner, the secretary, and the technician, Matthew. They explained the treatment process and contract, offered a competitive rate, and worked me into the schedule quickly. Very pleased!

I so far have really enjoyed using green house pest control... their front office staff is great ... jen has made sure to get me well taken care of each time i have spoken with her. I believe their start-up deal was very reasonable as i only paid $40 for the first time out... then after tbey come bi-monthly for $80. I thought it was a good deal.. But on the termite side of it, i thought they were WAY to steep for me at $1000 to start. And i tried to connect my neighbor with them and they told him $5000 for a 5 year contract.... OUCH! Needless to say, he went elsewhere... But if your just looking for general pest control. I like them!Thx!

My wife text me a picture of a 2.5 inch roach in the kitchen sink and I lost my mind. Started calling for same day service but no one available. I talked with Spain and he told me to give him 30 minutes and he would see what he could do for me. As promised 30 minutes later he called me back and said that they would get me in today. Unfortunately my wife at home was also calling and scheduled an appointment before I could. Although I won’t be using them this time I know who I will be calling the next time. Customer service was above and beyond what I was expecting. Thank you Spain for taking the time and putting in the effort to take care of me. You will be my first and only call next time.

Josh took over my pest control several months ago. He takes a comprehensive approach and the results have been a pest free home. I live right up against an arroyo with view fence in my backyard and side yard. You would expect to see all manner of bugs, insects and certainly scorpions. I am happy to report that I never have to kill those bugs because they are not around.

He is always on time and very friendly. He get his work done efficiently and charged a very fair price for the services provided.

I couldn't be happier, with Nick, both professionally and personally, after having used two other Pest Control services in the past, without good nor ethical results. (I asked one not to use rat glue traps in my attic, due to the torturous aspect. He ignored my request! The result was haunting.)

Professionally:
Nick answered my call regarding a massive cricket issue, which I thought might entail tearing open a wall. Anyone else might have taken advantage of my ignorance. Nick did not. He answered the call immediately, came to my home, within a few days, sprayed and explained how it works. 3 1/2 weeks later, I noticed a third cricket, pointed out by my cat. I called Nick. He came out and sprayed again, at no extra charge.

Now, nearly 3 months later, I have seen NO CRICKETS.

I wanted to wait a couple months and then kept forgetting to write this review. Then, while listening to a recording of an educational phone call, I heard a loud recurrence of cricket invasion and thought OH NO, NOT AGAIN!
It was not a recurrence ! The recorded call , was about 3 months ago and was done prior to Nick's visit. I could barely hear the recorded speaker over the sound of the crickets!! It was only a recording!
STILL NO CRICKETS!

Personally: I have taken off work, numerous times, for various job quotes. (Pest control, handy man, landscapers, electrician, ...) More than not, they did not show. Or, they showed and ripped me off.

Nick, on the opposite side of the spectrum, brought a pleasant combination of ethics and kindness.

I try not to kill animals, even pests. However, if it will bring damage to my home or threaten my family/pets, I will certainly call Nick again!

They are the best! We have been using them since we bought our home 4 years ago. They helped us get rid of the ants and keep the scorpions out as well. Any time we need anything they are prompt, on time, and have the best customer service. I highly recommend them.

Our tech, Frank, always does a great job - on time, professional, thorough, and always responds to our questions and needs.

I would highly recommend this company. They were prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable and most important honest! They offer a guarantee, which we haven't needed because they were so thorough we haven't seen one bug... Definitely a top-rate company with fair prices.

I will definitely be using their services in the future. I called for the pigeon problem that I was having and ended up getting pest control service after he told me what was on my glue trap. Jesus my service technician was very professional and had such a good spirit I felt very comfortable having him around my home.
