After an initial inspection, Bill recommended that I not treat for subterranean termites at that time due to the boric acid that I had been using would not react well with their treatment. The critters kept coming returning after a few months, so I had them treat my home. So far so good -- no problems with termites any more. This company is an honest business. They spent a lot of time answering my questions and concerns, and they cleaned up after their work too. It's hard to put a price on peace of mind.

We had a great experience having Alex out to survey our home and treat it for all sorts of creepy crawlers. We’d had issues with crickets, scorpions, spiders, roaches etc.

After the first treatment (daytime photo) we already saw the effects it had. Alex was kind enough to give us a black light to scout for scorpions should they return.

Upon finding a batch of scorpions still in our palms, Alex was quick to return and remedy the issue. Black light photo shows the scorpions found dead after he came and retreated the palm trees.

Besides the physical service, Alex’s professionalism and hospitality was splendid. Anytime you welcome someone into your home, you can feel sort of uneasy, that’s not how we felt with Alex. He was courteous and did a great job explaining the process and actually took interest in our personal lives. It was obvious this was more than just a pay check for him.

We will continue to trust Alex with the protection and service of our home.

I’ve been using Insectek Pest Solutions for almost 6 years now since I relocated from California to Arizona. They use pet friendly products, are responsive, take the time to understand any concerns I have and answer questions, as well as (most importantly) help keep my home as pest free as possible. Jose is my usual tech (he’s awesome. Give him a shout out for me!) and Matt just came out this morning and was amazing as well. I wouldn’t use any other pest control company.

We've been using Arizona Organic Pest Control for years now and we are super happy with our current bug killer, Justin. Of all of the technicians that we have had over the years, Justin has certainly been the most reliable, calling us to make the appointments and, if for some reason he is going to be late, calling us way beforehand to let us know. He always does a great job spraying and, if for some reason the bugs decide not to die, he will come back to finish them off. He is a great asset to Arizona Organic Pest Control.

Sadly they only get one star. This used to be a reputable business as it was Arizona Exterminator. Now the customer service has gone downhill. You never know what serviceman you will get. Unreliable is the only word that comes to mind.

I loved my experience I had with master tech pest solutions. My pest control guy Carl was very polite and took care of my bed bug problem. I would recommend him to all my friends and family.

Tyler approached my door to welcome my family to the neighborhood and offer his services. We did have a misunderstanding as I was unaware that the expectation for the complimentary service was intended to result in a long-term commitment. That aside, Tyler was understanding about the confusion and did not press me further. In regards to the service itself, the team moved swiftly and did seem knowledgeable with their equipment and key areas to be serviced. Given that I am new to the area and hadn't heard of his company prior it wasn't a good time for a long-term agreement. I will consider his services in the future once I become a bit more adjusted to the area as well as determine what type of potential pests this area may bring. Overall, if you are comfortable with a long-term agreement and have a need for such services his prices are more than fair and he appears to take his work seriously.

I had an inquiry about a potential summertime ant infestation problem and I was promptly scheduled for service, and not only did they give me a free bait station but the whole thing ended up being free of charge because it was not an infestation the way I thought it was.
