I just had a termite treatment from Bill's last Saturday and highly recommend this company to anyone without hesitation. Before I made up my mind to go with Bill's, I interviewed 5 other companies. All the companies I selected to interview have good reviews and are reasonably priced. But when I saw how thoroughly Lisa, a termite specialist from Bill's, examined my house and pointed out the spots that other companies missed, I knew which company I wanted to go with. Lisa was also the most knowledgeable person and answered all of my questions confidently. On the treatment day, Donovan and his helper showed up exactly on time and performed a very thorough and clean job. Both Lisa and Donovan were very courteous and accommodating. Although Bill's Pest Termite Control was not the cheapest, I am glad I chose Bill's. They gave me a peace of mind.

I have been using Urban Desert Pest Control for about 4 years now. Initially called them out for a large scorpion issue. After speaking with an Owner, we decided to seal the exterior of the home. Ever since had 99% decrease of scorpions inside the home.Big shout out to Jim! Jim has treated my residence several times. Each time he is thorough, diligent, and professional. He shows a big passion for what he does and always puts customer service first. Between scheduled treatments, he happened to be treating a neighbors house. He recognized me as a customer, went out of his way to say hello and ensure we were happy with the prior treatment and asking about any activity. Jim consistently goes above and beyond to ensure we receive proper and good service.Those small gestures, professionalism, and quick responses make this company above many others in the industry.

Technician Julian provided superior service! Knowledgeable, friendly, and very professional service. Green Home Pest Control is definitely a company I will be suggesting my family and friends to use for all their pest control needs.The staff is quick to answer any and all my questions. Made an appointment for this evening for rodent control. Was given a window between 3 to 5 PM. It’s 5 o’clock and no one has showed up. Give them a call and they report there’s been a miscommunication error. No one else is available to come out today. So much for this company… Onto another one!

Best and only pest control I’ll ever have! Always have heard bad things about pest control companies how their service doesn’t work or that they are overpriced or that even worse sometimes you pay them and they don’t even do full-service. This is NEVER the case with Insectek Pest Solutions, i’ve been with them for over a year and a half since I first moved into our new home and I am yet to see any alive bugs outside the house and even better any bugs inside the house, I have a personal phobia of bugs so it is very important to me that a company as amazing as this exists so that I never have to deal with it! Money well spent and everyone on staff is so kind! From the technicians that come out (Jose and Matt) to anyone at the office that answers the phone when you call, always great service and attention to detail, I will remain a customer for life for as long as they keep up the superb work!

I used to have TONS of recurrent black widows all over my back yard, and many house spiders. After starting treatments with AZ Organic, I haven't seen a single one! And I love knowing my animals and kids aren't being exposed to any harsh chemicals.

Brent and his team has an excellent service. I noticed their wrapped truck on the 101 and gave them a call for bi monthly service and they offered a one time initial $95.00 special without me asking and did a great job. I would highly recommend them for termite treatments, termite control, or any pest control service if you are in Phoenix or Scottsdale.

Tyler approached my door to welcome my family to the neighborhood and offer his services. We did have a misunderstanding as I was unaware that the expectation for the complimentary service was intended to result in a long-term commitment. That aside, Tyler was understanding about the confusion and did not press me further. In regards to the service itself, the team moved swiftly and did seem knowledgeable with their equipment and key areas to be serviced. Given that I am new to the area and hadn't heard of his company prior it wasn't a good time for a long-term agreement. I will consider his services in the future once I become a bit more adjusted to the area as well as determine what type of potential pests this area may bring. Overall, if you are comfortable with a long-term agreement and have a need for such services his prices are more than fair and he appears to take his work seriously.

Frontino Pest Control is amazing. We use them for our quarterly pest control maintenance and their technicians are always friendly and professional. I like that they text me when they’re on their way and it’s convenient that they service every 3 months instead of every month.

We also had a rodent issue and they were super responsive and helped us through that process and went above and beyond during a very stressful time!

I was forced to use this company by my landlord because a neighboring apartment brought bugs into the building. The technician was indifferent and uninterested during the inspection. Later, when I called Sexton directly to ask questions about preparation, the person from Sexton refused to answer any questions because it was not his account. He Promised someone would call back to answer questions. No once called. Company is fishy. I assume the Land Lord used them because they were the cheapest they could find, just like everything else.

Our technician are very skilled in their trade. They did a very thorough and professional raccoon removal job at our home. In under two hours they located five large babies and removed them. They followed up preemptively. We recommend A1 Bed Bug Exterminator very strongly.
