Best Wildlife Removal in Phoenix AZ

Started with a great initial conversation. Inspector came out quickly and gave a free inspection. then got us scheduled quickly but for some reason no one showed on the treatment date. Called in to figure things out and was offered another time that worked well with my schedule. Although the office staff could not figure out what happened they were pleasent all the same. When the treatment team got to my house they were very polite and effecient. Great company, plan on staying with them.I would like to add that even though i was a cranky customer (newborn baby, lack of sleep, cranky misses due to termites) the professionalism and courtesy shown deserves a 5 star. 4 star is only due to the simple schedule mishap.

I had Urban Pest Control (Dax) come out two days ago for the first time. Ants, scorpions, crickets, you name it. Been battling these pests for years and was hesitant to call any pest control because I figured they'd want a big initial fee, a contract, etc. These guys charged me a flat $75, and Dax came and sprayed inside and outside, laid some traps, some bait, etc. I'm shocked that two days later I haven't seen a single ant or scorpion, and only one cricket - a dead one! Also found a baby scorpion in one of the traps in the garage already. I'm convinced Dax is a witch - no way those pests would all just decide to go away otherwise. Also could not have been any more friendly. Would give 6 stars if I could. See you in two months, Dax!

Words cannot describe the extraordinary service that Alex provides. Having just moved to the area, we had a single treatment of our house. However we were staying at a nearby temporary rental and saw what we thought we would never have to see - a scorpion. I simply texted Alex for advice - he called immediately and offered to come and deal with the scorpion within the next 15 minutes (again at my rental not even our house). Even with such a new relationship he provided service that I would have never expected - I could not imagine ever using another service and would highly recommend him to everyone!!

I have been extremely satisfied with the service I have received from Josh at Family First Pest control. He is always respectful and kind. I rarely see bugs around the outside of my home….and have never found one inside since I started with this company several years ago.

Justin is amazing. He's been our technician for over 4 years and I always trust that he will have a solution for our various pest concerns. He's knows that all-natural pest control is my number one priority and he always explains everything that he is applying so that I can rest easy that non-toxic products are being used. Watts representatives are extremely polite, considerate, and sensitive to our needs—-they return (no charge) between scheduled treatments if we find a scorpion alive OR dead! They have served our home for seven years, dealing with pesky insects and spraying pre-emergent to keep weeds out of our rocks. We get rave reviews from all to whom we recommend them. Allow me to recommend them to you!

Very friendly crew. Seth treated the foundation and walls, eves, baseboards, doors and windows and put dust on the plumbing where he said things usually try to gain access, and was happy to check a couple areas with me that I knew to be a problem and make sure they were covered. I've had tons of spiders since moving in, since the house was vacant for so long, and he did a good job spotting where they were laying eggs. Cameron also worked with me on pricing and services they would cover me for.

Such bad, unprofessional, rude service. Do not recommend. They were so rude to my mother, one of the managers actually hung up on her while she was speaking. If you're looking for respectful and professional service, do NOT go here! So expensive and on top of that have such a bad attitude. No thanks.
