Best Wildlife Removal in Phoenix AZ

We’ve used Bill’s for years for our termite extermination. We recently included spraying for ants. We’ve been very happy with the quality of the services. Would absolutely recommend.

These guys are pleasant. I will give them that. They do show up on time also. BUT, in the several years I was with them, I never saw any improvement as far as bugs inside or outside. I'm going to give them the fact that I was looking for as safe chemicals as I could get, but I was NOT looking to pay for something that just did not work.I was having swarms of giant roaches in my backyard after dark to the point where I can't use my yard at all without creepy crawlies climbing all over my feet! I could not even walk in the back yard without watching my feet after dark due to the sheer number of roaches out there. In the day time, I had to watch for fire ants everywhere. Finally, I was having them getting into my house through my bathroom drains mostly. This was the case even after Blue Sky had been out recently and, YES, I did wait a few weeks. In fact, I have had them coming regularly for several YEARS now, so there shouldn't be a 2 week wait to see results, because I was having them come out regularly! I would call and complain about the roaches OR the ants constantly coming up through my pavers and they would diligently come out and spray some stuff and nothing would happen! Nothing! I should see a few, dead bugs, at least, right?Also, I got some rodent exclusion done and although Blue Sky did fix the problem, as in no more rodents getting into my attic, the price was 3 times as much as the new company said they would have charged for the SAME services and it's not the first company who has told me that price was crazy high.Back to the bugs in the yard. The new company, the day/minute they sprayed my yard, swarms of bugs came scurrying out and died instantly. I wish I could attach a picture of all the bugs that scurried out in my yard and proceeded to start dying the minute he sprayed. That has NEVER happened with Blue Sky. That is what I expected, dead bugs. The price is better AND the bugs are dead or dying as we speak.I hate to switch, because they all are very pleasant and responsive, but results. I need results!Just a next day update. There are dead bugs all over my yard! Hundreds! Why did this never happen with Blue Sky? Isn't that what I was paying for?

tl;dr: HIGHLY recommended!A few years ago we used Urban Desert to solve our roach infestation - they did a great job, and the price was excellent. Haven't had any issue with roaches since then!So when we noticed termite activity in our house, we knew who to call! Brad came out for the initial inspection, Steve came out for a more detailed estimate, and Matt completed our service. Matt did an excellent job and was very helpful explaining everything. Again, the price was great, and we're happy to support a local business!Everyone we talked to or worked with was friendly and professional, and we appreciated that each tech who came out was on time. These guys are seriously great, and we highly recommend them!

I have been using AZOrganic since the early 90s. The organic system they use has worked great. Always professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

So I moved to Phoenix from back east. Move into my new home. I'm outside at night....see something on the ground move and omg its scorpion. I have kids I don't think so. Hubby calls Master Tech the next day and they send someone over. The tech was awesome. Okay I don't do creepy crawlies at all. Carl thank you for totally going pest Rambo on my home. I will recommend and use again.

Update (6/29/22) - Sean, our technician today, handled servicing our home professionally and with kind consideration. He had a positive attitude, which I appreciated. He communicated well about his approximate arrival time and was punctual. He responded well to our personal request. Overall, great service experience.

Decided to cancel my service before it was preformed because $300 for one service is too expensive. Called and cancelled. Got an email saying I owe $60. For what? I was not made aware of a cancelation fee. Still disputing this charge..what a headache!

If I could give 0 stars I would. My fiancé and I forgot to make one payment and instead of giving us proper notice, sent our information to a collection company. They said if we paid our balance, they would let the collection company know. Well it’s been almost two months and we have gotten an incidental charge from the company, and we are still getting letters from the collection company saying we now owe 3x the original amount even though our account is closed and we have no balance. Beware this company will try to take all your money! When you call for help their staff have no idea what’s going on and are unable to do anything without the direct help of higher ups. Sketchy company and waste of time.
