I am very satisfied with Urban Desert Pest Control. I ran into Brad while he was working on my neighbor's home and he scheduled me in for later that day. He did a very thorough job, we haven't had any pest issues since. The best thing is that there are binding contracts.

Jake called ahead to let me know I was added to his route last minute. Very courteous and friendly even though I was not planned for his day.

Enrique came over to spray for scorpions and he was fantastic! He was able to come over on a Saturday and was so nice and helpful. He took the time to explain what he was doing and what we could expect moving forward. He answered all of our questions which were a lot! And he was very accommodating with our dog and messy house. I don’t see how you are rated 5 stars unless I’m an exception.. I had an appointment yesterday Wednesday between 1 an 3 pm no one shows up I sent a text asking if someone was coming and no reply so I called the # a girl answered said to hold and then said the technician had to go unload a trap and was tied up ? But a courtesy email or text saying we are running behind would of been nice don’t you think ? Then he shows up said I would have an estimate last night or today it’s almost 7 pm the next day and still nothing ? I don’t think I would do busses with your company just on your lack of follow through because my times as valuable as yours and I’m sure there is a company out there that would love my business.

Love these guys! I’ve had Ken come out and get rid of birds in my attic then seal off all the holes. I’ve also had them spray for bugs, great results. Most recently, they took care of a rodent problem at my new house. They do an awesome job! Highly recommend!
