The representative for Bill's Pest & Termite was very friendly and explained what they found and what they recommend be done. The Rep. that actually came out to do the work was very friendly and new exactly what he needed to do. He finished the job in a timely manner. It's been a few weeks and I have not seen any termites. After dealing with this company I will never deal with any other Termite company. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for Pest & Termite control.

Excellent in every way. The first treatment helped a little but we still had pests so Steve came back to do a second treatment and results have been great! It’s kind of gross but we’ve been seeing a few dead cockroaches every day for a week now. And the mosquito problem has also improved but more importantly, Steve was able to figure out that our main problem was likely coming from the neighbor’s green pool. Hopefully they’ll get that treated and the mosquito problem will be resolved but in the meantime, we’re grateful for the reduction. Overall, great service and I would highly recommend!!

Steve is phenomenal and does a great job spraying the house and provides excellent customer service. We no longer have any bug issues thanks to their excellent service. I will continue to use them and definitely recommend them to everyone!

Alex was and his team are absolutely amazing. My wife and I moved to the area 2 months ago from out of the state. Coming from a high-rise, my wife was alarmed when she met her first cockroach. I figured it was normal to find these critters inside every once in a while, but 5 or so a week seemed excessive. We reached out to several companies who had just wanted us to start with a basic spray. Alex was different. He came out for a FREE inspection of the area. He was able to not only find an open sewer drain in the house, which operated as a front door for the roaches into our house, he was able to identify a potential water leak near this open drain. He explained to us why this was a problem, and how this is what is attracting the roaches. Unlike other companies that just wanted to spray the perimeter of the house, he worked inside out. Alex sealed the open sewer, and because of his water leak identification, we were able to eliminate what attracted the roaches to us in the first place. Had we just treated our perimeter, this would have done nothing to fix our problem.....and of course we had Alex do our perimeter as well. Haven't seen a bug, of any kind, at all since his treatment. Burns is part of our family. Russell is our rep, and he is the most dedicated professional young man - always so courteous and will go above and beyond to please. Burns participated in an effort to feed homeless pets at a shelter, but did not ask for money. They asked for pet food. We were so impressed and touched. Insectek is the only company that keeps all insects out of my house and yard! I’m incredibly allergic to scorpion venum therefore having a good pest control company is IMPERATIVE!
