Steph came and did a great job explaining the issues and concerns. She made me feel comfortable about the process.

The two guys that came were very polite identified themselves and were very helpful in working with my dogs and making sure they were safe. The chemicals that were used seems to have taken care of the problems.

The best exterminators in the valley! I live on the mountain and have the worst experience with scorpions, centipedes, and the strangest looking spiders I've ever seen in my life. I have been using Urban Desert Pest Control for almost two years now and they have brough down my critter problems significantly. They spray inside and around our outside perimeter. I hardy see any in the summer time which is when scorpions are the most active. I would highly recommend them for any pest problem.

These guys are great! Our technician Natalie is so fantastic! She is so friendly and sweet, works hard and isn't scared to get her hands dirty lol. She answers all my questions and we haven't had any ants. She even went so far as moving a heavy trailer for me to get to the super heavy fence she also moved like it was no big deal. We are absolutely now repeat customers!

I have been using Family Pest Control for a little over 6 months or so and I couldn’t be more satisfied.The previous pest control I had never answered the phone or once you sign the contract no care.Josh the owner is special, reliable, on time and cares about every single corner of you house and yard.The best thing I love about Josh that he follows up every couple of weeks checking in for anything going wrong or not.My kids play in the yard and don’t see not even a mosquito flying .The best service and company ever .I highly recommend Family pest control.

This company is great and my technician is wonderful. They accommodate coming later due to my work schedule and they always show up on time. It is very affordable too. This is the first pest control company that I have stuck with for almost 2 years. Cannot recommend them enough.

Not a fan of chemical agents thus we chose AZ Organic years ago, been with ever since, no issues…….or pests. Colton my tech is awesome, knowledgeable, and addresses any concerns I may have. I have a termite warranty and was able to make use of it after seeing activity in my garage. The rep was very helpful in explaining the process and answering the questions I had. I also had a another service call scheduled for regular pest control for ants and bugs and found the service to be reasonable and quick. Thank you.

We contracted with them around 10 years ago to have our home treated for termites. We have been paying them annually for inspections. We noted evidence of termites three weeks ago and called to have it addressed. They were able to get an inspector here the next week to confirm the termites, but they were not able to schedule the termite extermination until yesterday, and it took multiple calls from me before it was scheduled. They were supposed to come in the morning. I called at 11:30 to verify they were still coming and was told they would give me a call. They did not call. I called them back again today and was told that I would have to be rescheduled for a week and a half from now. It appears that once you are a customer, you are no longer a priority.

You get more than you pay for. The report is complete and any deficiencies at the property are line-itemed, pointed out in the field, and explained. Great service. Highly recommended.
