I have been a full time Realtor in AZ for over 10 year. I have used Bill's Pest Termite Control for numerous termite inspections all over the valley. I recently hired them to treat a client's home in central Phoenix. They did a phenomenal job! Not only was the price less than I budgeted, they scheduled my appointment for the next day. The service tech was courteous and used the time efficiently. The service came with a one year too warranty. I am happy with the service and will recommend them to other agents.

Professional and attention to detail

These guys are awesome! A dog that had ticks visited my property. I freaked out and called Insectek. They squeezed me in the next day. The gentleman that scheduled my appointment explained everything, didn’t try to upsell anything and charged the first time fee. They agreed to come back in 10 days and treat for free with a monthly service that could change to bi-monthly if there isn’t a lot of activity. No contracts! No fee to stop service. Enrique sprayed my property. He was early, very professional and did a great job. I’m so pleased with this company.

AZ HEAT IS AWESOME....I cant thank these guys enough. I contacted them on Friday for a quote and Austin was there Mon. to do my inspection and was very thorough and was worked with me to get me a quote I could afford which included a warranty and was very knowledgeable and even answered a question I had after hours right away. He was professional and on time and very pleasant and had me scheduled for treatment for Wed. Afternoon. Between 2-4 and Sean called me Wed at 1:35 with an ETA of 2:15 which is exactly when they arrived. Sean and his partner were nothing short of helpful as I had misunderstood a couple things on the prep sheet and they were willing to help me and my daughter knock the rest of my prep out quickly in order to avoid rescheduling and I couldnt have been more grateful for that. They were so understanding and compassionate of my situation. They really made me feel comfortable and confident that I has chosen the right company. They even called me when the treatment was completed to let me know that all had gone well and let me know when we could return home. It's been a couple weeks since my treatment and we have not seen a single bed bug anywhere and no more bites either. I would recommend these guys to anyone. Professional, knowledgeable, prompt and great customer service plus they have such compassion and you just cant get any better then that. Thank you all for a wonderful experience from start to finish.
