I will use their service in the future but today they were just here to do a termite inspection. It was not only perfect because we don’t have termites in the house but also because the person who came was knowledgeable, friendly and on time!

Excellent pest control company! Amazing customer service and extremely knowledgeable! My wife and I have been experiencing the Central PHX roof rat problem the last 6 months. We had been using another pest control company to seal up all possible entry points into our house, but continued to have issues with rats (catching about 26 rats). We couldn't take another day of living with these in our attic, so our current pest control company enlisted the help of Urban Desert to help identify where these rats were gaining access to and from the house.Urban Desert utilized a smoke machine test in the vent pipes to determine if there was a possible leak/hole somewhere in the hope. Within minutes Brad and Chad, were able to identify where the issue was coming from, a vent pipe that hadn't been capped by the contractor/plumber during the remodeling of our house prior to purchase. Required minimal dry wall cutting, but it was worth it to help find out where rats were coming in( they had free reign coming in and out of the house through the wide open hole in pipe). Without this smoke test that Urban Desert provides, we still would be battling the roof rat issues.Chad and Brad went above and beyond their responsibilities, helping us cap the pipe correctly, cleaning up the rat feces/nest and cleaning up the mess from the dry wall. After some of our monsoon storms we have seen increase in crickets...........but with just one call they came out and sprayed again at no extra cost and problem was solved!

Eric V. my technician was amazing. I had suddenly started seeing roaches inside my home. The first time in all the years we lived there. I couldn't understand where they were coming from. He searched and searched my property until he found the source, our water meter. There was a nest which was causing the issues. He treated the area and I haven't seen one since. He also went above and beyond by cleaning all the spider webs. Thanks Eric for your great service.

I have been dealing with Western Exterminator since they found and treated both subterranean and dry wood termites in my house 8 years ago. I have always found them to deliver quality service. If I call between times about bugs or ants, they come out and treat without batting an eye. Seth has been my technician for a few years now. I like that stability of that too.

Nick was very professional, thorough and attentive to our pest control needs! He even does weed control which was a nice add on- especially as the weeds are starting to sprout up! I would highly recommend Fromm Pest Control!

Chris was excellent. Explained everything answered the million questions we had about this unexpected horrible bug. Not only did he go above and beyond as far as custiner service is concerned. The fact they warrenty their product longer than anyone speaks volumes to the work done. Needless to say we were horrified, having 3 kids it was easy to take advantage of that fact and they did not. Heat is the best way to go. After the heat treat and spray of the entire house, they came back to spray new mattresses without question. We appreciate how quickly amd effectively it was done. I wouls recommend to anyone who has this problem come up. Its a process but his is the quickest route to go.

Derrick is very professional and courteous. He communicates well and responds quickly to any issue we are having. We have had issues with crickets and ants in the past, and he has taken care of that problem. I highly recommend Derrick and Western.

Crew was friendly and quick. They had bees removed in 1 hour. Experience with office was sketchy, they sent a man out to inspect the tree, but still could not give me a quote, instead it was an open end quote with a cap of $1500.00. Job ended up costing $485.00 for the hour they spent on the tree. Not sure if that was fair as I had no other quotes to compare with. I trusted them because they worked with the company that was cutting my tree down. Next time I will shop around.

Anteater has been my exterminator for approximately 30 years. They have performed well all these years.

James Fender was exceptionally polite and thuro. He even moved all the items away from my condo and put them all back. I would highly recommend this company. There prices are very reasonable.

I am now adding more to my review… months later we have continued having problems with sewer roaches. The last tech we had called for a manager to come out and further help with this problem. Keith came out and went above and beyond to help and discovered a plumbing issue that was causing the problem. He gave us a plumber to call… Chad with Ahead plumbing, who also provided 5 star service . After all this time the problem is under control and I can’t say enough about how grateful we are that Keith came out. They have been so kind, extremely helpful and again.. we really appreciate you Hawx ! Thank you! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
