I had a great experience with Bill's Pest Control. Gemma came out to give the estimate and was very knowledgeable and was able to answer many of my questions. The treatment process went well and was very quick. When there was an issue they came right back out and corrected it. I had a good experience with Bill's Pest Control.

It’s hard to please me and get a 5 star out of me. I must say that Tony deserved every star given. He was very customer service friendly, he was on time, very knowledgeable and even funny. He definitely keeps it real with you and in todays world that’s all I want is some realness. He definitely didn’t just do a quick spray and leave. He took his time and engage in a little conversation. You can definitely tell he loves what he does and knows what he’s doing. This service was complimentary through my management company(I have to hire my own after this treatment). I must say the work Tony did today. I’m definitely switching to Urban Desert!!!

I know Jon personally and he is a straight up guy. He keeps his word, which is alot to say of a service professional these days!

Alex promptly fit me into his schedule when my kitchen had a sudden ant infestation. He was comforting and knowledgeable, asking a lot of questions to try to understand the root cause. Also he assured me that the products used are pet friendly, which is extremely important to me. He was patient and took time to make sure he addressed all my concerns, treated my house and yard today, and then we also came up with a game plan moving forward. So grateful and relieved to have found this company!

We've been using Trojan for years and would never consider using anyone else for our pest control needs. They are always professional, on time and provide amazing service. Where we live we should have a pretty bad scorpion problem but the few times per year I do see them in the house they're always dead. When we bought our house we had a huge pigeon problem as well but these guys took care of it with a single visit by putting up the necessary spikes and such. They are great people, so support a local small business, you will not be disappointed!

I moved to the valley six years ago and, ever since, we've had Anteater routinely visiting our home to keep the creepy crawlies away. Their service is exceptional. They're courteous, knowledgeable, and genuinely invest themselves to your best interest. Their techs are prompt and friendly, as well! Every time Gordo is at my home I feel as though I'm talking to an old friend. I really enjoy the fact that the chemicals they use don't leave your house smelling like a poison manufacturing company like most others I've experienced do. I've been a long-time customer of theirs, and that isn't going to change unless I leave the valley!

Ants. I hate ants getting in my hummingbird feeders and now they got in my kitchen! Hawk Pest Control was servicing my neighbors property and Matt the technician came over and did my property right away when I told him about my ant problem. Matt did a great job spraying the perimeter of my home and baiting for the ants. Matt was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. This was an intial visit .
