We had a great experience with Bill's Pest & Termite. From the estimation to the completion of service, everyone at the company was a pleasure to work with. They were prompt, courteous and thorough. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone with a termite issue. Our service was completed by Wayne, who could not have been more professional. He took his time to explain what he had done and what we might expect over the course of the next few weeks. He also took care to discuss the safety of our pets through the process.

I have been a long time customer. I added another home to the service, I was quoted a price, but when I got invoice it was 35% higher. They didn’t wanted to talk about it. I am surprised with their customer service. Losing a customer that has been with them from past 4 years.

Alex was so amazing when my husband and I hired him to service our home. I am TERRIFIED of anything creepy crawly and Alex was on time, even slightly early (kept me informed the whole time on his way), and not only did he spray and evaluate the active bug areas but he also explained to my husband things we can do to watch out for and increase or to do to avoid altogether!
