So. Thorough. You have any idea how at ease one instantly feels when your pest control tech shows up with a truck-mounted, pressurized, fully automatic sprayer instead of a glorified camelback?! I do! And let me tell you- it's one of the most reassuring feelings in the world! Jack was just here (on a Saturday morning... I mean, that speaks volumes!) to treat my home- inside and out... I haven't seen a bug, spider, scorpion, or any other creepy crawly since he was here 2 months ago- and I'm confident I won't in the future so long as Urban Desert is in charge of my pest control. These guys (and office gals!) are the best; friendly, accommodating, professional- if you haven't already, do yourself a favor and get them on your team.

And I continued on with their general pest. Since continuing service, not only do I have lifetime warranty on my bed bug services I have ZERO pest problems in my home.
