Their effective and safe treatments have been very effective. In the few instances we had a persistent pest problem, Green Home sent techs out to take care of the issue at no additional charge. I highly recommend them for pest control.

We had a great experience having Alex out to survey our home and treat it for all sorts of creepy crawlers. We’d had issues with crickets, scorpions, spiders, roaches etc.

After the first treatment (daytime photo) we already saw the effects it had. Alex was kind enough to give us a black light to scout for scorpions should they return.

Upon finding a batch of scorpions still in our palms, Alex was quick to return and remedy the issue. Black light photo shows the scorpions found dead after he came and retreated the palm trees.

Besides the physical service, Alex’s professionalism and hospitality was splendid. Anytime you welcome someone into your home, you can feel sort of uneasy, that’s not how we felt with Alex. He was courteous and did a great job explaining the process and actually took interest in our personal lives. It was obvious this was more than just a pay check for him.

We will continue to trust Alex with the protection and service of our home.

Benito was prompt, friendly, and efficient. He listened to my concerns and treated all the areas necessary to protect us from termites. He double checked our house inside and out, and made sure to tell me to call if I have any concerns or notice any activity.

Insectek customer service is excellent. They sent an inspector out the very same day and services followed shortly thereafter. All office services, inspection, and technicians were helpful, friendly, keeping us well informed throughout entire process

We hired Arizona Heat to get rid of a Bed Bug problem on site at our office and attached apartment. They came and did a heat treatment and chemicals. They followed through and were and are much appreciated

Customer service was great and very informative. Josh N did a fabulous job of explaining everything thoroughly. He was very professional and kind. He even didn’t mind my pit bull jumping on him. Five star service!

They came into my house and did an inspection and left all my lights on, left the windows open, moved all of my pots and pans out and then left them all on my counter without putting them back, and the simplest thing they moved my welcome mat and just left it there like someone threw it out-of-the-way, he took my mirror closet door off the tracks and left it off for me to put back by myself, lastly he turned down my AC to 72 and left it there and did not change it back. I came home from work early thank goodness and closed on my windows which was letting out all the cold air the AC was pumping out. Super unprofessional in my opinion. This man was in my house and left it a mess can’t believe how unconcerned he was about my home! NEVER do I want this company in my home again! We talked to the realtor who was working with them and informed them about the issues also.

I absolutely love this pest control service they are always very professional have excellent customer service and we have never had a bad experience. Every technician is thorough in their work and are always willing to educate us about why pests are here and how to prevent them. I highly trust and recommend them. Their fees are very reasonable and they do have the option of regular return visits or a yearly service. Thank you for being excellent!

Great company

I am really conflicted on how to write a review for this company, they seem to be a truly Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde in personality. I’ve been with this company for over two years and have had flawless service, until February 2022.

In the first 2 years of service, they had a gentleman named Kayden who came out and was truly professional, did a great job, and was always on time. My service was bimonthly (every two months) and couldn’t have been happier with the work that was completed.

However, ever since Kayden has left this company, their service has been truly substandard. The technician they sent out was not professional, continually complained about how he was treated by this company, placing me as a customer in a very awkward position. Then to make matters worse, he didn’t show up and no one called with any explanation or thought of rescheduling. I found out later that he was sick but never received a call concerning why he was not going to show up or to set a time to reschedule. I called this company’s office and we set up another schedule in two months. However, again I received no phone call the day before the service was to be rendered and nobody showed up. I called again and set up another appointment for one month as I have now not had service for for months. Again no one called or came.

I then called a lady named Angela at the company’s after hours work number to find out what was going on when nobody showed up for this next scheduled service. I think Angela must’ve had a very rough day because she treated me very disrespectfully as if I was not the one that was understanding her situation. There was no apology concerning the fact that nobody called (again) for missing this appointment.

She inferred that I was not being truthful concerning this appointment, stating that she had no record that anyone from her company was supposed to show up in June but instead blamed the company’s computer program for scheduling the next appointment in July, not in June as was told directly to me by one of her staff. Not sure how I was supposed to know that but I guess that was my fault. Even when I spent almost a half an hour on the phone back in May to set this appointment for June 23.

She stated that she was the manager and she knew nothing about this conversation and she explained it would’ve been good if I would’ve told her. First of all I had no idea that I had to talk to the manager directly when rescheduling a service call that they missed twice in a row. I guess that was another of my many mistakes.

I believe in giving this company another chance, however, due to the stellar service that was received in the first two years. I also understand that it can be very difficult when your star staff leave and the company is left trying to fill in the appointments with another qualified candidate. However, having been a good customer for over two years, it’s been very difficult to understand the type of disrespectful treatment they have shown me as a loyal customer throughout this process.

Supposedly they scheduled the next appointment in July as stated by Angela who I am assuming is the manager. Angela stated this new guy that they are sending is a quality candidate and seems to be liked by his customers for the work he does for them. I hope this is true as I would like to remain a solid customer for this company that was brilliant for the first two years but has recently hit kind of a rough patch. I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and see what happens.

On July, if this agent arrives in a timely fashion and offers the service that this company lead me to believe was as exemplary as was experienced in the first two years, I will gladly continue with their service. In the past I’ve always been very happy to recommend them, and would like to continue that endorsement for future consumers. I guess the only thing I can do is wait and see and make another updated review that I will post in July.

Had someone come to my door and offer services (Jacob Graham) declined those services and I have a $70 Bill. Cute.
After looking over several other reviews it seems like these are indeed the buisness practices you follow. The salesmans took it upon himself to create an account and schedule recurring services when I literally declined to have a single service done - super shady buisness practices.

I have been using Frontino for the last year and they are absolutely amazing; every exterminator I have had out to my house has been very friendly and knowledgeable. We started using Frontino pest control after we had an infestation of ants in our kitchen, after looking at other pest control companies, Frontino was able to come out same day and give us a good price on quarterly services. I appreciate how responsive they are when requesting additional spraying in between quarterly appoints and will continue to use them for any future homes I purchase. I personally would recommend them to all of my friends and family

My service technician is David Eickhoff (Doc). He has been servicing our house for years and has always provided a high level of expertise, friendliness, and character. His knowledge of the industry is second to none and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for service.
