I have so many good things to say about Bill's Pest & Termite, I don't know where to begin. From the very first call to their office, I felt I was being treated like family. Everyone in the office was always friendly and attentive, and they fit me into their schedule right away.When Jon the inspector came to my house, he was punctual, friendly, professional, and thorough (more so than the big companies that came out to inspect previously). I had a lot of concerns and he addressed every issue without ever making me feel like I was asking a dumb question. His assessment of my termite problem was very detailed yet easy to understand.Anthony was the technician sent out to treat my home. I was extremely impressed with his attention to detail. He went above and beyond to ensure the treatment was completed to provide the best possible results. He was personable and very informative regarding the manner in which the treatment would be handled. This put me at ease because I was concerned my children and pets would be accidentally exposed to chemicals. The hours involved to treat my home flew by, and by the time Anthony was finished I felt like I had been talking with an old friend.Overall, my termite issue was more extensive than expected, but the knowledge and experience of Bill's team made feel secure that they were genuinely concerned with resolving my situation rather than just selling me their service. Outstanding!!! Tony is our technician and he is amazing, friendly and very attentive to our home's needs!! We live right off of a wash with tons of critters hanging out just on the other side of our fence. Yet, we have sooo few issues with Urban Desert! I've only seen 2 scorpions in our 5+ years here and both were already dead. When we moved in, there was a grill that had become inhabited by pack rats and we had to have it completely destroyed and removed. We were concerned what the future would hold for us on this desert wash but have no fear with Urban Desert! No more pack rats or mice!! And if you have pets, our pups are healthy and fine. Urban Desert uses a product that dries quickly and it's easy to keep the pups away in that short time. We also love the owner, Brad, who has come out. We've seen his business grow from when we first moved in and it's for good reason...they offer great services, affordably, safely and reliably!! Highly recommend this company and their staff!!

The people who work here are very knowledgeable and friendly. When we moved into our new house we were finding a ton of large roaches. After a couple of months of being serviced, we maybe see one every couple of months

Words cannot describe the extraordinary service that Alex provides. Having just moved to the area, we had a single treatment of our house. However we were staying at a nearby temporary rental and saw what we thought we would never have to see - a scorpion. I simply texted Alex for advice - he called immediately and offered to come and deal with the scorpion within the next 15 minutes (again at my rental not even our house). Even with such a new relationship he provided service that I would have never expected - I could not imagine ever using another service and would highly recommend him to everyone!!

As a Realtor, I recommend Burns for termite inspections to all of my clients. The inspectors, especially Tony Fajardo, have been available on short notice and do a fantastic job. Everyone at the company has always been very friendly and professional.

Their work did nothing to stop our rodent problems. They just charged us a lot of money and still have not come back for their stuff

We've been using Insectec for years and we're happy with their services. Our friendly lizzards and geckos have not had any problems but the bugs stay out of our house! Win win!

Justin always provides superior customer service. He is dependable and always coordinates with us on a time to come and then lets us know when he is on his way. Last year we had a terrible infestation and Justin went above and beyond to help us resolve the issue. Never have we had anything except exceptional service.

The same person comes to my house each month. I love the communication. The exterminator texts me the night before to let me know to expect them. They text me when they are on the property. They let me know of any concerns. I have used the same company for 13 years aand have been very happy.

This was our second visit from MasterTech. Zack is our technician. What a nice young man. He is friendly to our Dogs and is professional all the way. He also took the time to explain the different kinds of ants which I found fascinating. I really appreciate the level of customer service from MasterTech. Love these guys!
