Best Termite Removal in Phoenix AZ

Not having a good experience with Bill's Termite. They've come out and treated the house a few times but we haven't noticed a reduction in termite tunnels. Which is why we've called them out again. We have a service contract but it's usually 4-6 weeks to get an appointment. If someone apologizes about the wait, but blames it on that time of the year, is it an actual apology? Why not just be honest and apologize for lacking sufficient staff to uphold service contracts?During the last visit from Bill's, they said they needed to drill into the foundation at the front of the house but couldn't. I don't know why, but something about this suburban Arizona cookie-cutter house model stumped them that day. He asked me to remove a strip of drywall inside, the length of the front room, so he could return and try drilling from inside. This morning he complained that he still couldn't drill and complained that I didn't clean out all the drywall dust and debris from the gap between tile and sill plate. I offered to clean out the drywall debris so he could come back and apply treatment, and he left, referring me to the office to find out how long before someone can come back.The office was able to schedule us two weeks out. So we'll have this 15-foot by 5 inch hole in the wall for the next couple weeks, and I still don't know if it was for nothing.Customer experience doesn't seem like a priority for either of the people I spoke with today from Bill's. And results don't appear to be a priority, either.

I have always been pleased with their service. The keep the crickets and scorpions away and spray away
from my garden and fruit trees.

I've had Alex spraying my property every 6 weeks for a while now and have nothing but good things to say. Most companies will give you a 2 hour arrival window. Alex tells me 8am, gives me a notice that he's on his way, and he's there at 8am. He's punctual, professional, courteous, and gets the job done. He doesn't rush out the door to wrap up in 45 minutes; he takes the time it takes to properly spray, set traps, etc. I've had various pest insects and he's had a solution for all of them. We used to find a dozen scorpions or more a night hanging around the block walls. That's now a problem of the past. I don't *need* to spray as often as we do anymore, but the peace of mind and quality of service is worth it.

We have been very happy with Burns Pest Elimination, and have used their services for almost 20 years. Their treatments are very effective and we are insect free! Jason, our technician, is on time and is always very cheerful. We highly recommend Burns Pest Elimination.

Insectek has been to my house twice now. We were having lots of trouble with scorpions in our yard and coming into our house. Both visits were by their technician Eric. He did a very thorough job of treating the outside perimeter of our house and block wall. He is also an Arizona native and is very knowledgeable about the local critters. We were counting over twenty scorpions a night outside using a blacklight flashlight. Within a few days after the first treatment, we could not find any live scorpions outside. I would highly recommend Insectek to anyone with pest control issues. I also work at a family business and Insectek has been very helpful with treating termites there. Two thumbs up!

Colton at Arizona Organic has been servicing our property for years. He always reminds us via text the day before he is coming. He gets product in and around everywhere- knocking down spiderwebs and looking for pests. We used to have a horrible ant problem. He worked to eradicate the ants and whenever they pop up again (once a year?) he makes sure to address the problem immediately and safely for our animals and children. Great service, great company.

My technician is so thorough and efficient. He even texts me a day ahead to let me know he is coming. I have dogs so that helps me out quite a bit. He also asks if I'm having any particular pest problems so he can address them. Personalized service...I like it!!!

Tyler was prompt, professional, and took his time getting the job done right. I called freaking out like anyone would when they find out they might have bed-bugs in their home. I called 4 nights in a row with several questions, most people would have rushed me through but they didn't, everyone I spoke with was so patient and kind, this was a difficult and frustrating process that they made so much easier and explained everything to me step by step, another company had said they'd be at my house for an hour and a half tops if they did the work, but Tyler scheduled out several hours to complete the job, I knew they weren't rushing through jobs but taking their time and getting the job done right the first time...!
