Best Service Clean in Phoenix AZ

Started with a great initial conversation. Inspector came out quickly and gave a free inspection. then got us scheduled quickly but for some reason no one showed on the treatment date. Called in to figure things out and was offered another time that worked well with my schedule. Although the office staff could not figure out what happened they were pleasent all the same. When the treatment team got to my house they were very polite and effecient. Great company, plan on staying with them.I would like to add that even though i was a cranky customer (newborn baby, lack of sleep, cranky misses due to termites) the professionalism and courtesy shown deserves a 5 star. 4 star is only due to the simple schedule mishap.

We use Urban Desert Pest Control for scorpion and termite control and prevention. Jeremy has been treating our home for scorpions for 2 1/2 years (should have done this review back when we started) and recently identified a termite mud tunnel, Brad came out inspected and quoted on the spot. Matt, Hyrum and Tyler came out the next morning at 6am sharp and started the work. Our experience with Urban Desert has been nothing less than excellent from day one. They're professional, prompt, well informed and customer service is priority #1. We recommend them to everyone.

Been with Arizona Organic for a few years now and we still love them! Originally had Gary who was really great but when he retired, Justin began servicing our home and we couldn’t be happier! Justin has gone above to make sure our critter situation was handled and no longer a problem whatsoever, he communicates well before coming by and what was done and has even been readily available when I had questions. He is really professional! We love that everything is organic too of course and our home always smells amazing afterwards which is a bonus.

Brett came out and was very helpful he got the front yard, backyard, replaced all the traps, and gave us a full report and his recommendations. Came to my home very nice and greeted me & my kids ,he explained what he was going to do. He worked around me and my children and never once seemed bothered. He went spraying away in and out of the house he was done in no time. I even had question about pigeons control and bed bugs he gave me the run down of each issues I was concerned about. He understood my concern with the bed bugs and inspected my bedroom immediately and taught me where to look for them and what they look like. Giving me the run down because I have been the only one getting bitten in my family and no one believe me I feel crazy but no Zach confirmed to me that yes I had a problem. Which I was so saddened by because I have just recently moved in and now I have an embarrassing problem which now I have to pay to get rid of, first time in my life I've ever had to experience this issues. Zach explained to me that its common now and that it can be treated. Since I'm the one searching for help on this and I am paying for everything myself Zach told me what where my options. I appreciate MasterTech Pest Solutions for offering a reasonable affordable price for there services. Sometimes you never know weather or not a company is honest or you can trust the quality but I'm so relieved that my house got serviced and you could just tell Master Tech Pest Solutions is a people-person company. We moved into a preowned home and noticed right away that there were
many pigeons on the roof. When it rained the roof eves would rain down
water and pigeon droppings all over our patio. What a mess. In addition the pigeons would leave droppings on the patio that required hosing off every two days. We did not know what to do.
