Best Service Clean in Phoenix AZ

I'm a pro from NY, and dealt with Scott Roofing while working to correct a faulty roof solar installation done by others. The company is efficient, professional, friendly and know what they're talking about. I have no hesitation recommending them.

Save yourself some time and skip this company. Their bid was 5x the next best bid I received. That is not an exaggeration. Why so greedy? Perhaps they thought i was an easy mark?

We had a little yellow stain in the ceiling of our room and called America Roofing to come and check it out. Ended up not being a leak from our roof but Ray ended up putting a little extra caulk around some of the pipes on the roof and told us it was likely a drip from our AC. Absolutely loved the honesty, whenever we need to redo our roof or there is another problem, absolutely going to go to America Roofing first.

During one of this years storms, we noticed that one of our roof tiles on the corner of our house had fallen off. We contacted Almeida based on the number of positive reviews. This proved to be a very costly mistake.

On the day that the estimator arrived, it was pouring down rain so he was unable to actually get on our roof at all. He looked at the spot where the missing tile was, and put up his ladder to try and see if there was any other damage without actually getting on the roof. He stated that since he was not able to actually get on our roof to assess the damage, he would add extra tiles and materials to our quote incase they are needed, since materials were in short supply. With the extra materials he added, it came to $650 with the understanding that this was only a guesstimate. He advised us that when the tech arrived to do the work and could actually get on the roof, he would assess what actually needed replaced and would adjust the quote accordingly.

When the tech arrived, he knocked on the door to tell me they were getting started, and then informed me when they were finished and leaving. He was here for approximately 35 minutes. When I received the final bill, it was the exact same estimate, from the person who couldn't even get on our roof to do an inspection.

We called Almeida since this was concerning. We asked for details on what was actually repaired, which they stated they only fixed what was on the original estimate. We tried to explain the the original estimate was only a guesstimate since he could not even get on our roof to do an inspection. We never received any pictures, or details about what was actually replaced. The only tile we actually saw that was broken, was one tile on the corner of our house.

We were never able to receive ANY details on what was actually fixed for our $650, other than the single tile that was broken. I also now have to hire and pay a completely separate roofing company to assess if there is any remaining damage, and to double check what was actually done by Almeida.

Very professional company covering Arrowhead region in the west valley. They stand by their work and do not try to gouge the customers for badly needed repairs. When the leaky roof was repaired in the summer, Castille Roofing did a partial repair where the source of the leak came from. However, over the Christmas holiday we received driving rain which caused more leaking in the same section. They gave us full credit for the work done in the summer and redid the repair work and covered a larger area. We were very grateful that they responded within a week of the new leaking even during the holiday season. All work is guaranteed and pictures of the repair were provided.

Kris would call or text me back about any questions I had, he dealt with my insurance, Kris was always polite, kind and considerate, he was at the job on the day he said, I would highly recommend this company 100 percent his crew, oh my, they are awesome.! Crew went right to work, they know their job, they were all hard workers. I am very pleased with my roofing job, in all aspects. I would have given them more stars in all. Did a complete re-roof on my rental home in the Cove at North Canyon and I couldn't be more pleased. Showed up on time as promised, completed all the work sooner than expected and we had both a tile and flat roof to recondition and replace! Cleanup was done quickly and perfectly. All this, AND they were less expensive than most all the other quotes!! What a Deal. Try em, you'll love em!!

After many quotes this roofing company had the best price with quality material that fit our budget. There was zero pressure from the sales person to make a sale. Office staffs were amazing, professional and informative throughout the process. The installers were Outstanding, very knowledgable, professional and the job was completed with the time frame that I was promised. My association has used this company for over 20 yrs. Intially the service and responsiveness were excellent, and I learned much from them about sprayfoam roofs. However, recently the company has changed, and the responsiveness to our attempted contacts have gone unanswered. If company does not respond to emails and/or phone calls, you wonder if you should continue to do business with them.

They came and did my repair for way less than expected and went an extra mile cleaning the gutter to make sure it was not blocked. I was super happy . Very respectful and professional
